I unlocked it.

maybe you use another ip in oneday to login your account, they will not doing lock account without any reason as well. need to keep in mind, don't use another ip than your own. it will be detected by this forum. so, if you found by moderator doing a suspicious action, you will absolutely banned or locked. but in your case, seems like you change your email and password and after doing that, you get locked. waiting for theymos or cyrus to recover your account, but they very rarely to recover an account, if you can't prove that you're the owner, you will permanently banned, means that you better to make new account.

It could take several months, there's so many people looking to get their accounts unlocked, and Cyrus is swamped, due to him being the only one unlocking the accounts. I don't think theymos actively does it anymore, but I may be mistaken. Maybe, in the future there will be other staff members dedicated to unlocking accounts, but for now you just have to be patient and send them a reminder every week or two without spamming.
