I am using the latest version and mining on NiceHash pool...however, I do not see an option to configure the NeoScrypt algo?  I have X11 & X13 already set up and they work without issue.  Anyway I can set this up to use and auto switch to NeoScrypt?

I am using the latest version of MultiMiner for Nicehash but do not see a setting in the add coin/pool option for "NeoScrypt" algo....what is the correct option or configuration to set this up so I can take advantage of the auto-switching for this algo.  I already have X11 & X13 switching seamlessly.

You can file a Small Claims Court online against MinerSource. If you have a single X1, then it's probably not worth it. But a larger order would be.

This is my last option.  I just filed my complaint case with the FTC and already have the BBB under review.  I will look into small claims unless we have some collective legal action being undertaken thus far by any others.  I will definitely join if we have any such claim in the works.

From ecointalk:

"All,

Anyone interested in joining a legal action case:

Please send to bitcz@outlook.com the following details:

Order date
Rough figure on how much was spent ( please do not supply order numbers yet..this will be a job for the legals to obtain directly from you )
Contact details ( Email will suffice at this stage )
Brief paragraph outlining steps you have taken to resolve issue with BA directly ( i.e. direct communication, complaint to consumer council, local better business bureau, local state senator etc.. )
Expected resolution that would satisfy you ( i.e. full refund, delivery of goods etc )

I just want to gather enough information to show to the legal team what level of commitment they will have to undertake to start this rolling and how many people will be involved. From this they can gauge how large the suit will be against BA and what it will entail.

Bticz"

Is it still time to get involved in your joint legal action case?  I just revisited this thread and like numerous others, I have nothing from Minersource in terms of my purchase or refund.  I have already filed the BBB complaint which is currently under BBB review as Minersource never responded or replied.  How many people so far are part of this joint case?

I am now filing a complaint with the FTC as I already have the BBB processing and reviewing my case.

Hey Gezellig4Geld,

I've given Minersource a deadline and I will be filling a complaint to the FTC and the BBB next week if they don't send a refund. Let us know if you ever got your money back.

Nothing so far.  My case is still under review with the BBB in Denver.  I am out of state in NY.  Minersource never responded to the BBB complaint I filed.  Totally ignored my concerns and now they are past the deadline set by the BBB, so it's now under review.  At this point I would be open to join any collective action legally to get my refund.

Well I believe they are banking on the fact that people's orders are small enough that it won't be worth their time suing. Please contact me if you're considering the option of suing Minersource, thank you.

I would not mind getting involved in any legal capacity.  I like others have emailed numerous times, posted on the Facebook pages asking for updates and have been ignored and I now even filed a complaint withe the BBB to no avail.  I have asked for a full refund numerous times only to be denied as they mentioned this was a pre-order.

Same here.  Waiting for my pre-order since April 15 and no updates or answers to my email inquiries from Minersource.  I will also see about the legal options in terms of a small claims court.  In addition I recommend people who are dissatisfied file claims and leave reviews at the BBB.  here is the direct link to Minersource which already has a "C" rating on the Denver, CO BBB website:

I totally agree. Avoid this company at all costs! Minersource has been avoiding direct emails and posts on the Facebook page regarding the pre-orders for the X1's and X3's  - The last update as of today was from 08/06/2014 which is the same rehashed useless information on when and what kind of compensation if any, we will get from BA.  They have also started deleting posts on their Facebook page that not only ask relevant questions about our orders but also criticizing them.  I have paid for my order in April and all I got was one email when I initially inquired almost two months ago - the same tired excuse that we will be shipping soon crap!  I never even got another response when I recently contacted them a few days ago and others on the Facebook page have the same zero results to our questions.  I am going to file a complaint and I have suggested others do so with the Denver, CO BBB.  For those interested, here is the direct link:

https://www.bbb.org/consumer-complaints/file-a-complaint/find-business/name/Miner+Hosting+LLC/80207/

I also requested a refund numerous times in the past and was denied.  They are NOT a professionally run business and I consider them an illegitimate operation.

Re: [ANN][DRK] sph-sgminer - DarkCoin GPU miner
by

on 30/03/2014, 00:11:55 UTC

I figured it out for those who may have the same issue.. I was using 13.1 drivers because I have 6 cards, well I modded the 13.12 drivers to allow 6 cards, and now the Sgminer works fine with the new drivers..

PM me if somebody wants the modded INF file.

I could use that modded INF files as I am having the same issues with 6 x GPU (7950) on a WIN 8.1 system.  The 13.12 work fine for 5 GPU's but the 6th card does not and I have the error in device manager (code 43).  Only the tech Power Up 13.1 drivers will work for 6 GPU's but not for X11 coins.  I get HW errors and no accepted shares.  Right now I am using the 13.12 drivers with the 5GPU's and can mine Scrypt, Scrypt-N or X11 without any errors.  Sent you a PM in case you do not see this message.  I could definitely use a modded INF file to get the 6th card working with the latest 13.12 drivers.

I was able to make two withdrawals.  One for KDC and another for DGC.  I received both emails and simply clicked the links and the amounts were deposited to my wallets.  I had to do this several times, reloading as the site/page was down.  Eventually it worked.  I did however have to reload, clean my browser cache and was lucky as I had enough time on the live site to process the input of the WD info.

Re: Cheapest Electrical cost by State

I was reading about the solar application but unless you have a large enough purchased property it can be costly to set up those smaller mobile style units.  If you rent space not sure the owner will let you modify the property, especially the roof to accommodate those larger panels.

Cheapest Electrical cost by State
by
Gezellig4Geld

Just curious for those who either operate or plan to develop large mining farms, where is this most feasible, State wise, in the US based on kWh?  I think the northeast is the most expensive with NY and NJ but I think the plains States or Wyoming has the overall cheapest rates.  I would be curious to see if anyone decided to move in order to either set up shop in some industrial or commercial space where the electrical rates are the cheapest.
