this is the first and last post I/we will create in that matter. This issue is quite simple as the user messed up horribly. Not only that it seems like he did everything possible imaginably wrong regarding internet security, there are also some inconsistencies in his story. Also we had several longer discussions with him explaining exactly what we can do and what he needs to do in an official way in order to get privacy protected information. Definitely we will not post randomly any kind of user info no matter where. And as he tried to threaten us and we did not respond he starts spamming the web trying to pressure us which is obviously useless. We told him what to do and as he does not do it properly in an official way than there might be more behind his wrong accusations than he likes to share publically. And everyone who knows Paul and me is aware of how we work and that we do not let users down.

And again, really the first and last public post in that matter.

nur kurz um das Thema Barzahlen.de aufzugreifen, welches du öfters erwähnst. Diese Methode anzubieten wäre wirklich wirklich super und hätte echten Mehrwert. Es liegt hier nicht an uns warum wir dies nicht anbieten. Haben es in den letzten Monaten des öfteren probiert.
Im Allgemeinen ist es extrem schwierig Partner zu gewinnen, da viele noch ein sehr negatives Bild von Bitcoins haben. Es ist stes sehr viel Arbeit vielen verschiedenen Menschen in verschiedenen Positionen alles zu erklären aber auch überhaupt erst einaml die Chance zu erhalten unser Konzept vorzustellen und Leuten die Ängste und Vorurteile zu nehmen.

Jeder geworbene Kunde ist dauerhaft zu dir getrackt. D.h. du wirst auch in einem Jahr noch Gutscheine für den Kunden erhalten. Das hat auch den Vorteil, dass du auch in ferner Zukunft profitierst obwohl sich viele zwar jetzt anmelden, aber noch nicht voll verifizieren bis wir entweder mehr Vertrauen bekommen und/oder wesentlich bekannter sind oder alternativen anbieten. Mit den 180 Tagen sind lediglich die Gutscheine gemeint, weil wir diese immer rückstellen müssen. Den "Status" deiner Gutscheine kannst du in deinem Account immer nachsehen.

Ja, ich gebe dir absolut recht, dass unser Verfahren für einige Kunden abschreckend ist. Wir arbeiten bereits an Alternativen. Nichtsdestotrotz kann ich dir sagen, dass wir das Verfahren nicht eingeführt haben um Dokumente zu sammeln. Wir wären heilfroh wenn wir das nicht hätten! Wir sind Mitte Dezember mit einem deutlich einfacheren und liberalerem System gestartet, bei dem man auch ohne Ausweisdokumente kleinere Beträge kaufen konnte. Du kannst nicht nicht vorstellen wie schnell die Scammer auf der Matte stehen und wirklich alles versuchen um mit ihren gestohlenen Identitäten und Bankkonten einzukaufen. Irgendjemand meinte vor einiger Zeit, dass dies doch das Problem der Bank sei und nicht unseres. Denjenigen sei an der Stelle nochmal gesagt: Dem ist nicht so! Und es spielt auch keine wirkliche Rolle ob es sich um höhere oder geringe Beträge handelt.
Wir hatten sehr viele Bedenken bei der Einführung des jetzigen Systems. Wie man sieht polarisiert dieses System dementsprechend, was zu erwarten war. Aber Coinimal entwickelt sich erfreulicherweise besser und wir wachsen schneller als vermutet. Wir sind uns absolut bewusst, dass wir ein wirklich gutes Produkt gebaut haben und dieses natürlich mit Vollgas weiterentwickeln (vorweg: es kommt noch einiges in den nächsten Wochen  ) und durch die aufwändigere Verifizierung einige Kunde ziehen lassen. Jedoch wachsen wir lieber etwas langsamer als es mit einem offeneren Zugang der Fall wäre, dafür nachhaltiger und seriöser. Ich bin ehrlich gesagt stolz darauf, dass wir gradlinig agieren und uns auf keine halben Sachen einlassen und gestohlene Identitäten akzeptieren. Das war und ist in der Szene und vor allem in den Medien  einer der Hauptprobleme für Bitcoin & Co.
Bedingt durch den derzeitigen "All-Inclusive"-Preis bei dem keine Transaktionsgebühren aufgeschlagen werden, sind wir meistens auch das preiswerteste Gateway. Ich glaube den meisten in der Community ist klar, dass wir versuchen etwas nachhaltiges zu bauen und definitiv nicht "auf die schnelle Mark" aus sind.
Während man bei einigen Seiten mit der Zeit sieht, dass verschiedene Zahlungsoptionen verschwinden, kommen bei uns nach uns nach neue dazu. Wir sind noch nicht lang am Markt und sind über wirklich jede konstruktive Kritik dankbar, ab ich denke auch, dass wir einiges richtig machen. Ich verstehe deinen Punkt voll und ganz. Zum einen ist es natürlich etwas aufwändig wenn man sich verifizieren muss nur mal kurz für 30€ Bitcoins auszuprobieren, und zum anderen gehört für den Kunden ein enormes Vertrauen uns gegenüber dazu. Dieses Vertrauen wollen wir langfristig gewinnen und uns beweisen. Und das darf auch gern etwas länger dauern, wenn es sein muss.

Wir mussten leider unseren Verifizierungsprozess komplett verändern und leider auch etwas strenger gestalten. Wir arbeiten bereits daran PostIdent als Alternative anzubieten. Wir sind noch nicht mal einen Monat am Markt und arbeiten an vielen Stellen um den Service so zu gestalten, dass jeder sich wohlfühlt. Bitte gib uns etwas Zeit.

Thank you for the update. How did the Maidsafe team handle the huge value loss of mastercoin as, if i remember correctly, most of the IPOs funds came in mastercoin?

i really hope maidsafe will come and succeed, but i cannot see anything anywhere? dont want to provoke, but there anything to look at? one could argue that nothings exists or am i just a poor researcher (i hope so). when i look at supernet for example I can follow every step and every line of code JL777 creates and I can be sure that the project exists.

that is exactly what i thought about the past 3 days. as NXT gets an extra bonus, some people will buy NXT first to invest in the SuperNET. lets say i will invest on day one as one of the first investors, i will get amount X shares of SuperNET. as many people are buying now NXT for the same purpose the NXT price rises by Y%. so if i already own the amount of NXT i want to invest, it might better not to be one of the first investor, as i will get more SuperNET shares if the NXT price rises by Y-% as assumed before. meaning i would receive (X-shares of SuperNET)*[1+(new NXT price - old NXT price)]

i think CHA is completely undervalued as only very few people see the potential of this coin. i cant blame anyone as you probably need a certain level of experience with online gambling.
