Kindle Fire under Square Trade
by
GreenFox
on 15/08/2012, 07:40:15 UTC
I've got a Kindle Fire with 18months of Square Trade warranty left. It's an accident protection warranty, meaning you could drop it in the toilet, throw it out the window then run it over with a car but as long as you don't lose it, you can send it in for a "new" one (prob a refurb). Twice. (2 year started on 3/13/2012)

Plus this case in black:
http://www.amazon.com/Kindle-Lightweight-MicroShell-Folio-Marware/dp/B005V2EVBQ/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1345015699&sr=8-3&keywords=kindle+fire+case

It's in fairly good condition, minor case scratch when I dropped in on the sidewalk; but with that warranty, who cares.

What do ya'll think that's worth? $200 at $1/12.30btc so 16.26BTC? more since it's got the case? will prob try to sell it on BitMit (maybe). Haven't spent a lot of time trying to sell/trade things with BTC other then with my friends who use bitcoins.

Re: [WTB] Civ 5 on Steam.

On top of that, I'm looking for the Steam Version.

Civ 5 is a Steamworks game, which means no matter where or how you get it, you have to use Steam to play it.  If the copy is a physical CD then you have to enter your CD key into Steam.  If it's a 3rd party digital copy, you still have to activate it on Steam.

That said, I can gift it to you for 4 BTC.

Civ V is a Steamworks game, but OnLive is a Cloud game service. When you buy an OnLive game, you don't own it, or even the rights to use it. What you own is the right to play it on their servers using their cloud technology. Buying from OnLive means you have to  use the OnLive player, you can't play offline, and you can't play multiplayer with non-OnLive users (about that last one, that's true for most games, idk about Civ V).

Edit: Civ V on OnLive isn't multiplayer at all.

WTB FallOut NewVagas on Steam
by

Fallout NewVages is on sale for $10.  I'll buy it for 1btc.  It will probably stay on sale for <8 more hours, so I'm kind of in a hurry.  I will check back here regularly, but if you message me on Skype or add me on steam, it might be faster.  For both, use my email to add me: GreenFox1505@gmail.com
(steam doesn't give good notifications for friends requests, so I may miss it, that's why I said Skype too)

Re: Selling Sapphire 5850 for USD or BTC

I still have no reasonable offers...

I know my original offer was high, but I still haven't heard a reasonable counter offer.

I never thought I'd get $200 for it, but that seems to be the market value for a card like this (in stock), and if some one has an reasonable counter offer, I'll take it.

Selling Sapphire 5850 for USD or BTC

So, I think I'm done with this card.

Sapphire Radeon HD 5850, 1GB ram.
http://www.amazon.com/Sapphire-Radeon-PCI-Express-Graphics-100282XTREME/dp/B004W75ATI/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1310155973&sr=8-1

Lets see, $200 or 14BTC? (plus shipping from Dallas, TX)

Does that sound reasonable?

So, over the years I've gotten a lot of Steam games while they where on sale for gifts'n'stuff... now I just need to get rid of them! I would like to get their USD/MtGox price, if possible.

Empire: Total War
Rome: Total War Complete Pack
Osmos (fun little indie game)
Orange Box
Bioshock (1)
Serious Sam HD: First Encounter
Civilization IV: Complete Pack (all expansions and Colonization)

"Portal First Slice" is a demo that only has the first 11 test cambers. (and if you actually read the link you just linked you'd know that it is just a demo).  HL2DM is free.  HL2 Lost Coast is free.  Peggle Extreme is free. Portal1 isn't.

what's the difference between Alpha and Beta codes? don't they give you the same content?  I know for a while he said that Beta won't get you the game once it launches, but http://www.minecraft.net/prepurchase.jsp seems to say that it shouldn't matter anymore.

What the best way to turn my BTCs into real money?

I've tried MtGox, but I can't seem to figure out how to move cash to my bank.  Should I just sell them through PayPal here?
