Of course this happen. Big company’s just look at potential profits and risks. If they launch a coin they will be able to break into a new market for their business which will unlock big profits, it’s a matter of time.

I think this is a recent occurrence though. I don't remember hearing about fake bounty payments until the turn of the year, not on this scale anyway. I say clear of the announcement thread for that very reason now. I think its become very polluted and its just too much effort to find the decent project announcements.

Well eventually when people realise which coins are scammy I think a vast majority will disappear and resources will congregate into the quality projects. I think people are just taking advantage of the uneducated masses at the moment but the masses won't be uneducated for long.

I don't think the ICO will die to be honest. I think its going to become the new version of the IPO over time. The majority of scammy projects will eventually be regulated out of existence hopefully. I think financial inclusion for retail investors is one of the biggest benefits off an ICO and will be the reason it prevails.

I do think the infrastructure is being ramped up which is needed. The underlining technology is there we just need more infrastructure and adoption to see the whole market increase. What I would say regarding the bank notes is that I think it is bit of a novelty. The beauty of bitcoin is that is is massively divisible and can be sent cross borders. I think the best explanation for this is that our brains are amazing at pattern recognition. This is one of the things that sets us apart from the rest of life on earth is our ability to pick up on patterns. We do it without even noticing. When you get that feeling of mistrust in your gut towards someone without explanation its probably you are subconsciously picking up on similar traits to people who have been untrustworthy in the past. Specifically for DeJavu, I have to admit it does get pretty weird sometimes. Maybe this is through dreams. They say we have over 100 dreams a night and as we all know these dreams can be pretty wild and also scarily mundane and normal. Maybe be have dreamed these scenarios in our head before they happen.

It may be worth buying up some obvious domain names however if you look at the biggest companies in crypto, the names they choose are pretty much all unrelated to crypto. Binanace, Poloniex, Ethereum ect. Maybe buy domains that contain "bit". We have a few companies with this within the name.

I think there is room for a centralised coin in the short to medium term. For the banking sector that is. But I think for anyone trying to set up a private blockchain to receive extra security well these will all fall by the wayside eventually. Even ripple to an extent could become obsolete. When I first read this quote I though it was extremely revealing. We can fall into the trap of assuming history will repeat over and over. A few months ago we were told following Chinese new year the market would pick up and allot of peoples decisions were based on that assumption coming true. Now it turned out this didn't actually play much of a part in the price action so its important to understand the majority of events happen independently of one another. That being said history is a good indicator in some cases but basing your decisions on the past can sometimes blind you from what is right in front of you

Bitcoin will have a market cap of 1trillion and a value of 100k. It will be considered as another option by people looking to store some value. The one trillion will come from a majority of gold lovers switching sides understanding btc is a new generations gold.

Eth for me could go two ways. It could be the google of tomorrow hosting tons of amazing applications that may become the corporations of tommorow, or it could get absolutely decimated by the SEC who could blame them for all of the ICO scams taken place on top of their platform (take this view with a pinch of salt, this is the very worst case scenario for Eth)

I do see allot of similarities between religious fundamentals and atheist fundamentals. Anybody who is 100% certain of anything sets my alarm bells ringing. If you are 100% sure there is a god, ok thats fine but you cant be certain because really there is no substantial evidence but the same goes for hardcore atheists.
