Re: What percentage of investment BTC vs ETH
by
HaXX0R1337
on 16/05/2021, 15:12:59 UTC
If you were going to invest in both BTC and ETH what percentage would you put into each?  At the moment I have 100% in BTC but am thinking of diversifying.
If you think that there are other coins that could give you much bigger profit then you can diversify. I am not sure which coins i will target at this time thinking about making a profit. I might check out some coins with staking ability if i plan to diversify, if not i am glad to hold Bitcoin.

Are there a couple of others that you would suggest should get some of that percentage, such as DOGE or something else? If so, what percentages?
Right now it is better to stay away from these kind of investment because it is really risky as the price rallied a lot and a fall from this price would be huge.

Re: If Musk doesn't tweet Dogecoin, can it still soar?
by

There is no use case of dogecoin unless elon musk start accepting it for the tesla.
The reason for the dogecoin pump is only elon musk. If he stop shilling this coin, we may see this coin die within no time.
The pump is the Doge market is because of the hype given by Elon Musk but you cannot say that Dogecoin is useless when it is used by many to gamble and many gambling sites and casino accepts Dogecoin and when you are planning to wage for a low valuation it was the go to coin for many like me and you do not need Tesla to accept Doge to become popular as it is much popular than thousands of other coins in the market Tongue.

Re: I Predict $20,000 for dogecoin in 5years time
by

I can understand people making predictions that go beyond their own life when it comes to the technology but when it comes to the markets what is the point of predicting a price when there is no chance we are going to see during our lifetimes? Dogecoin is not going to last that long, it is likely it will disappear on a few decades once people realize the market of altcoins is a waste of time and that they should have kept their bitcoin instead.
People are making insane predictions but we cannot say that Dogecoin will disappear in a few decades, there are other meme coins that are following the Doge theme and some are making huge strides and people are looking at these coins and investing heavily thinking that some of the huge investors will pump the coin and it happened in some of the coins. These pumps will not last, make the most you can and get out of it should be the theme  Grin.

Re: Btc price drop 12% after Elon musk tweeted Tesla won't accept bitcoin
by
HaXX0R1337

However, we shouldn't take this as a thing that will last forever. The continuous action of him like that can only be lasted for long on some altcoins that he will shill but not on the steady and large community in bitcoin.
This is what everyone is hoping but for the past several years he has the ability to influence markets and i am sure he is enjoying that notoriety and he keeps on doing that.

A 12% drop in bitcoin's price is nothing compared to how much bitcoin grows in the past several months. Come on Elon, just do what you want and the community is all ready to ride your future actions.
His words moved the price of Bitcoin to new levels and now his green house love turned the tide in the opposite direction. I doubt whether he is booking his profit as well before making this announcement of removing Bitcoin as a payment for Tesla.

So what is the status of the project and when are they planning to list in exchanges. Heard about the project a long time ago with all the hype but for a long time we have not seen any updates here. It is good to see updates regarding the project here in the forum so that everyone could follow what is happening.

Amanda Nunes can fight a amateur men bantamweight, but there is no way she is going to win against legit pro bantamweight men Tongue.
What makes you think that precisely? I think the opposite, she's able to easily beat many professional bantamweight men IMO, in such small categories KO are less common, so strength power is less important.
What makes me thing so, heard similar arguments when Ronda Rousey was dominating and some experts went on to say that she can even defeat Floyd Mayweather in boxing and other bantamweight men  Cheesy. Hyping a fighter is not bad but there must be some truth to the arguement when you are facing a professional MMA fighter you might think that she can knock them out but these fighters are not having their hands tied behind the back to simply come forward and present their jaw so that they can knock them out Tongue.

Amanda Nunes can knockout you and me who are not training for a fight but you cannot say the same against professional men fighters.

Is uncle Dana promoting Belal more than Leon hehehe. I reckon Dana does not like Leon Edwards because he is similar to Tyron Woodley. They are very selective on their next opponent.

Also, for Amanda Nunes, I reckon she should challenge the men in bantamweight or featherweight for an intergender championship hehehehehe.
It is possible that uncle Dana will promote the opponents of Leon Edwards, i always thought he was avoided by the top brass for a long time as he is on a eight fight winning streak yet he is not able to fight for the belt as he is getting skipped one way or the other and last year he was infected with covid and he had its complications and lost a year.

Amanda Nunes can fight a amateur men bantamweight, but there is no way she is going to win against legit pro bantamweight men Tongue

Re: Why Elon Musk shill for DOGE
by
HaXX0R1337
on 08/02/2021, 12:55:45 UTC
We don't have any perfect explanation but maybe Elon musk is increasing his popularity. If I'm not wrong, He is the CEO of Spacex and Tesla. By helping others he is increasing his popularity. Although this year every altcoins will pump, so by helping DOGE coin
Elon Musk is the richest person in the world right now and you think he needs other publicity to get popular  Tongue. Elon is active in social media and this is not the first time he tweets about cryptocurrency and doge coin was his go to coin and you cannot pin point that the price is pumping because of his tweets as he is not asking anyone to pump.

Re: IF USDT would collapse what do you think will happen to the BTC price?
by
HaXX0R1337
on 17/12/2020, 23:54:35 UTC
If USDT collapse then we would see a major disruption in the market and we might even seen a major correction as the confidence of the investors will be affected if there is a situation like that and we might see institutional institutions booking their profit if there is a negative news like this magnitude. That does not mean that the entire bitcoin price will be affected but the entire market but bitcoin will rise again eventually.

by

The price of XRP had a good rally already and if anyone invested in it earlier could book their profit, the idea of a coin with unlimited circulation could reach a dozen dollars is just crazy but the price might reach a dollar if the market could rally for a few trading sessions and i did not expect the price to rally this much but it is possible to reach a dollar by next year.

The price of bitcoin touched its all time high valuation today and i am waiting for the market to have a huge correction as you mentioned  Grin. Whenever there is a correction the market is recovering so fast and that means there are huge investors glued to the market to invest whenever there is a correction and until these situation lasts i do not think we will see a 35% correction.

Online gambler recover from pandemic how? The last time i checked physical gamblers and online gamblers spent more time gambling online and the pandemic doesn't by any chance stop them from playing every single day though i understand the tax will somehow affect some online player the country in the subject badly need some fund to save the country economy and the increased in tax fee will only hurt the gamblers but won't stop their interest in an online game of chance.
If anyone is affected by this tax then they can always move to cryptocurrency based gambling sites, it is a fact that the government increased the tax because of the economic slowdown due to the pandemic but as a player you can be smart to overcome these extra money you need to shell out and there is nothing that the government can do about it.

Re: ICO, IEO! Which one do you want to return again?
by
HaXX0R1337
on 26/11/2020, 14:30:09 UTC
I sincerely think IDO has taken over IEO and ICO for good, although this carries a lot of risk because of many anonymous team and many rug pulling. Nevertheless it has proved to have  to be a good and a better way of raising fund without giving money to CEX. Many CEX will be shutdown soon as DEX is much more improved upon.
Do you really think that initial offering through DEX can be trusted more than a centralized initial offering. This is the first time i am hearing this argument, the risk is really high for these and you cannot expect anything to be fair simply because of the nature of the platform you are talking about.

Even if there is something new it will last till the hype lasts and then it will fade away.

Re: Poker Site Buys $100 Million of Bitcoin Every Month to Pay Players in BTC
by

But I'm not surprised that gamblers are preferring btc as payout instead of fiat because of the rising price of bitcoin. I even watch one youtube channel about a women showing her win in a traditional base casino and she blurted out that his winnings are going into bitcoin. LMAO.
Purchasing $100 million worth of bitcoin every month to pay their customers i awesome and it is a regular business that is not going to stop, the market is in such a good stage as really huge investment are coming in from different directions and i wished all of the fiat based casino come up with the same option.

Don't you agree that it has been a great year to have Altcoins in your portfolio and Bitcoin pass $19K as matter of speaking.
The biggest winner for this week is Ripple with 117%, but all other top Altcoins have been pumping hard. Which Altcoins are your favorite?
It is a good time if you were holding alts and it is not just XRP that had 100% increase, coins like Stellar, Horizen also had the same level of rise and there are many other coins that had a huge rally in the past few weeks and some of the coins were literally new to me as i have not heard about them and if anyone is holding those, then they had a whooping profit.

Congratulations to you for your article anyway, it's an opportunity for people to know sites they weren't aware before.
There are some interesting concepts there too such as FOAP.
Getting a cash back is not a big deal but there is nothing like a application that gives you free money, any application you install and gives you cash back or anything free, they are not doing that just for their promotion alone they will be selling you information to companies that wanted them and these companies will give you shit crap for providing your sensitive information.

by

Many see the potential since despite of the economic crisis still bitcoins stands and doing a good job for maintaining it's stand compare to any other assets there, that's why by now it gather confidence to the forex trader to shift on it and see some several of them trading bitcoins and cryptocurrency.  And for the PayPal's adoption for sure we can see more from it and maybe more big money will be pour in the market duw to this iconic acceptance happened this year.
There are several situations that aided the cryptocurrency market, the global pandemic that slowed downed the economy and we never know what the economic situation would be in the next five years and all the institutions see the bitcoin market as a safe heaven irrespective of the economic situation globally and these things helped the market drastically and PayPal adoption is one such instance that aided the market.

Apparently the industry was unregulated for a long time and the government now decided to go for it since they will aid in the future stability and improvement in the financial situation.

The industry according to them apparently is able to get 2.4 billion dollars worth of revenue and which is inclined to help the country , 95% of the tax is going to go to the province.
The pandemic has brought most of the countries to its knees and it is a smart move by the government to tax the gambling sector to raise the money, there are countries that raised the tax on liquor and tobacco in the past few months and we should expect these sort of increase in other sectors as well.

I did not expect a huge breakout in price for XRP, around 86% in the past one and i did not see that coming. I was always skeptical about XRP because of the insane number of coins they have in circulation and when the price of bitcoin and ETH was leading the market there comes the rest of the coins that are making huge strides and i wish i had more coins Undecided.

Re: When will the current Bull run stop
by
HaXX0R1337
on 22/11/2020, 23:41:58 UTC
Yes, and everything that happens to Bitcoin in every year will never be the same, because if you say usually before Christmas and New Year there must be a pause in Bitcoin price movements, were there any pauses in Bitcoin movement in 2018 and 2019 ?
Yes there was a pause during Christmas and New Year, the market might have gone down, we are now in a bull year and we might expect the same but we might not see the market going down too much as there are financial institutions ready to invest billions whenever the price goes down.
You cannot predict how the market will react every time but you will have a general understanding.
