@Haliburton
there are some services that receive shipments in Japan and they will sent out to your country.
However these are not cheap or convenient (and I don't know if they accept also item made with metal etc etc...)
generally, I have seen really higher postage fees from Japan to other countries and if you add the expense of the service itself, it doesn't really worth, unless you're buying large quantities....

If you are interested, I should go there in a few months (during the summer/ February 2026). In case I can help you to buy some of these and then reshipping from Italy.
Just let me know, reply here or send a private message.

PM sent, brother.  Wink

More than likely... Cheesy

There is also a smaller 1/2oz ? silver Monacoin that was made that came in a small display slab/box.... got to see if I can dig that out
For now, enjoy these Smiley

Sick. I assume those are pure silver and gold rounds? Or are they just plated?

Monacoin is a very old altcoin (according their website has been created in Japan in 2014). I remember the name because "mona" is like an offense in north-east Italy Roll Eyes

Ok geography apart, if I am not mistaken, these have been minted by https://sakamt.co.jp/ SAKAMOTO Co., Ltd no idea about how many minted but in some sites show the "sold out" label.
Other similar seems still available in https://store.medals.tokyo/items/41949494 they call this as "medals" and not coin however made in pure silver...
thanks for sharing, their products are somewhat inspiring Smiley

Damn. It does not seem they ship outside of Japan (international). I am US-based, so I guess I am out of luck. Those Monacoins look sick. The pure silver one looks interesting, though.

Hey, y'all!

I found a Monacoin design while surfing the web. Actually, they are two different designs from the same year (2014). See for yourself below...

Any info on these coins? Who is the creator and how many coins were minted? And where I can buy them?

Thanks.

Peace, yo.  Cool

Yes. The 2015 die sold out so quickly. My respects to the lucky owners.

Whatcha think? Is it legit?

Yo, are these cards thick? Or are they thin like paper? They are sick . Shocked

They seem to be just as thick as a credit/debit card, so decently strong and not flimsy/easily bendable

Thanks, brother. Just asked for a friend. If he's interested, I will send you a message. Good luck with sale!

by

If he has to sacrifice the website to get the funding done then so be it. Hes not that far behind and these coins can still be a major part of physical bitcoin history. As long as he dosent go criminal and swipe. If he reads this, just keep funding as you can. You will eventually get it done and it will be over. Were all rooting for you

Agreed - I'm not defaulting to calling for peels. We've seen some comebacks recently, hoping he makes it too. The funding gap isn't huge, and the items are good.

At the same time, I'm sharing things as I notice them here to allow everyone to make their own decisions based on risk tolerance and comfort.

Some of us have graded items from "MrHodlUrFundz" loaded with BTC on them. How are we supposed to peel them off, yo? I'm hoping the dude makes a comeback and proves us all wrong. That's the problem with trusting anonymous coin makers. You'll never know when they'll run away with the money. And without any personal information about the maker, you'd be f**kd.

he has not posted on Twitter since July 28th.

Did something happen to him in Ukraine? Or did he simply quit and leave the space?

Yo, maybe he died from shelling in Ukraine? Kyiv is a war zone, after all. I'm hoping that's no the case... Sad

Hey y'all! Has anyone heard of MrCryptoHodl? It's been weeks since his last response. Was the trip to Kyiv a fad? Maybe a scheme to disappear and run away with the BTC? I would not buy any other collectible until I hear of this guy again. Peace, yo.

What happened to the dev? I have around 65k HODL sitting on my wallet. I can't sell them nor do anything else (wallet doesn't sync). Y'all havin' the same issue? Sad

Too bad, 'cuz this coin had an innovative approach to staking. Maybe some other developer will revive the project? Tongue

I've found a DiY Bitcoin selling on eBay. The maker is KHRUSOS. It's interesting, but I couln't find any info related the number of coins minted and the material. At $89+, it might be expensive.

Here's the link if y'all wanna take a sneak peak: https://www.ebay.com/itm/145412584002

Things have been silient for quite a while. There hasn't been any new releases for 2023. It is likely the company will disappear soon.

Too bad, 'cuz I've bought every single chip released by them (except the Stellar version). Has anyone managed to get in contact with Mr. Hockin? Sad

Hey y'all!

I've just found one of those early silver Dogecoin bars for sale on eBay: https://www.ebay.com/itm/256265665016

I think it's a good deal, but I'm not that knowledgeable when it comes to market prices for cryptocurrency collectibles.

Is this a good buy? Thanks. Smiley

That appears to be a silver plated one.

If you look at the mintages here, http://bigtimespaghetti.com/mintage.html

you will see there were 20 pure silver (unnumbered) and 31 pure silver (numbered)

and then, If you look at the pictures here, you will see one clearly marked as pure silver but is not numbered.

https://imgur.com/a/gwWEYyH

the point is the silver ones are marked as pure silver - the plated ones are not. and the one on the ebay listing appears to be one of the unmarked bars.

Nice observation, bud. And yet I've thought I was actually bidding for the real deal. Do you think the asking price of $99 is fair for a silver plated piece with a mintage of 180 units? Sorry for asking but I am new to cryptocurrency collecting.

Cheers Smiley

Just stumbled on this thread. But I've noticed it's a bit outdated. If I'm correct, there's a 2021 Bitcoin Penny copper and a 2021 Dogecoin edition in circulation.

Anyhow, I have to say this is a great reference thread for long-time Bitcoin Penny collectors like me. You can find everything neatly organized on a single place. Good work, Mr. Bitcoin Penny!  Smiley
