I used only top exchanges that have long reputation, however I don't keep my crypto assets in any exchange because is place to trade, not to store assets. I never lost any money due a hack. About decentralized exchanges, they are safe, but not ready yet for real trade, they are slow as AF.

Talking of features, on PrimeXBT you can only deposit or withdraw Bitcoin, no other coins which is inconvenient, I think they should implement those basic things before making any comparison with other exchanges ! and claiming that they have advanced features and tools that others don't have ! When a customer sees an ads of PrimeXBT promoting advanced feature then signs up and find out that he can deposit/withdraw only Bitcoin ! what's his impression would be !

Indeed, PrimeXBT offers aggregated liquidity from 12 exchanges, it's not a local volume. otherwise it would be impossible for a new exchange that just launched a month ago to has that huge liquidity. It's not clear yet if they have a legal agreement with those platforms or they just use API on their side since there is no partnership on the website. PrimeXBT claims to bring aggregation that used at Forex for long time to crypto space, however gaining reputation is a long journey.

When it's ICO project a transparent and public discussion is required because the target is investors ( people who invest their money in the project need to be in direct contact with the team, even if it's just a token they still own something in the project ).
When it's a company ( final service or product ) the target is customers (people who consume the company's service or product ), customers don't have the right like investors, therefore the company don't have to create any public live chat (ex telegram live chat ) or share information that are not relevant to customers.

Exactly, making a comparison with big exchanges at this stage is a wrong strategy, specially when your targets are margin traders who are professional traders and know to differentiate between promotion and real deal. If it is just about features, those exchanges have the money to implement any tools their want. Becoming a leader in the market is beyond that.

The article focuses on making a comparison between PrimeXBT and BitMEX. Adrian Mathieu said that PrimeXBT has low fees than BitMEX and he backed his argument by numbers, however I noticed he ignored the fact that PrimeXBT is a new trading platform and offering low fees in beginning doesn't necessary mean that they keep the same low once they gained enough customers and reputation like BitMEX. In term of unique features, he said that PrimeXBT boasts a number of features that BitMEX simply does not, but in my opinion, Adrian Mathieu forget to mentioned that PrimeXBT lacks basics features like book order ! which almost every trading platform has !

For those are asking about telegram chat, companies don't create live chat, they communicate with users through email and individual chat on their website because that give them full control and better reputation. ICOs  have to go through public live chat because they raise money from investors, So there is a big different between a company and ICO project.
