Hi everyone
Thanks for all the input.

Stake has verified my KYC level 1/2/3/4 now. I'm currently awaiting a so-called "investigation" for them to reopen my account. Not really sure what it means as i havn't broken any rules in generel but i'm awaiting response from them and waiting for them to open the account.

If anyone could reach out to someone in stakes team to look at my complaint it would be greatly appreciated!
I feel like this is a frequent issue as i browse through bitcointalk..

For further context they want me to upload "proof of address" and "source of funds". I'm the son of a billionaire and have a 25% stake in my fathers company and all this information is publicly available just by googling my name.

Ok, so a son of a billionaire is about to make scandal because of frozen 17.6k? I think you have better "pressure levers" than complaint on a forum. There are only 9 billionaires in Denmark, 4 of them are Lego related, I think you dont own 25% of Lego Group. 5 guys left with net worth 1.3-12.5 billions and you have troubles with stuck 17.6k? I though that people like you have VIP accounts and personal support, and solving stuck 17.6k will never be an issue.

Why this jealousy? I dont need to share my identity with you. I have shared it with stake and it's not a matter of the amount of money but a matter of principle. I've been playing there for years and this is what happens..

Damn i did not realise that bitcointalk had so many sore people who are just frustrated with their life to a point where they comment on every single irrelevant detail out of pity for yourself... Come on.. step up.. man up and stop with this irrelevant bs.. jesus christ

Also you're completely idiotic if you think there is only 9 billionaires in Denmark.. Being a billionaire in denmark requires networth of 130m$+.... if you think there is only 9 individuals with that wealth... then that explains a lot about you:)

Also what do you mean people like me? We are ordinary people like everyone else gambling for fun during parties on big screen with friends... What pressure levers do you want me to use? A secret red button to unleash rottweilers? Wtf?

I am not jealous, I am curious why a person who is billionaire son has selected bitcointalk forum as a place to solve his issues with casino. Why not address support directly million times until they give clear and suitable answer? As a billionaire, I thought you have way more sources and instruments how to achieve suitable result.

And the one who is idiotic is you, as you cant organize text and thoughts in understandable way. How can I understand that you are billionaire in Danish krone and not in USDT? Why in the beginning you state that you own 25% of dads business, later you say about 20% only. You call me an idiot, but you are the person who has sent documents for verification from jurisdiction that are not permitted to use Stake.com.

Anyway, to recover your faith in people and maybe change overall image of users here, I wish you to solve your issue with no time, wish you all the best and may all jackpots be yours.

Am i supposed to articulate myself in a professional maner to your angry comment? If you actually read the thread you would see:

"Documentation of me owning approximately 20% of my dads company worth over a billion danish crones.". If you know what approximately means and crone instead of USDT means that would answer your question.

In all cases bitcointalk is open for all kinds of people, my status is not relevant it's put in the thread to affirm the documentation sent to Stake proving this.

So if they treat a player like me this way. Imagine what they would do to others.. I still have hope that @stunna will look at this and solve it so that i can have my doubts proven wrong but i'm losing hope of that currently..
I think it’s only a matter of time before the team resolves your issue, especially since Stake has recently (this year only) started requiring a strict KYC process just to make a deposit, likely due to anti-money laundering measures.
From what I see in your topic, they didn’t refuse your account verification totally but after several account verifications have failed they always provide the reason and another attempt for you. Could you please provide the exact reason given by the Stake team? Did you try to address the specific issues they mentioned instead of assuming the worst or giving up. I don’t believe a casino of this size would risk its reputation over a few thousand dollars, if it were a million then maybe it would be concerning.

Overall, please update us on the most recent document denial and the reasons provided by the team.

Thats what doesnt make sense. You can see here they acknowledge that they did ask for 3 month utility bills and proof of payment but they still rejected..

nothing makes sense lol

Being a billionaire has nothing to do with the case and is irrelevant.

I agree but he brings it up as if that should make me some

Why are you so harsh in your comment? There is no need to be rude and say stuff like that.

See below they even acknowledge that even know they asked for utility and proof of payment they still rejected it:

Please refrain from posting if you're going to bootlick stake because you run a referral-program in your signature bar. Karma will strike badly and you'll experience same thing that me and tons of others who have never done anything wrong and been a part of stake for many years and lost hundreds of thousands of dollars are experiencing

Stake scamming 17.694 USDT by refusing KYC approval for no reason

What happened::
I have been playing on stake for years and having lost hundreds of thousands of dollars. They requested me fill out KYC up to level 4 three weeks ago and even thought i have supplied them with every single document on their so-called list they keep rejecting my document. They ask me to get some documents with stamp and signature even thought in Denmark and generelly Europe we do not stamp and sign such documents so it would require forging these which i'm NOT interested in doing. It all seems like some kind of trap to find a reason to keep my money.

Scammers Profile Link:

Reference Link:
https://stake.com/

Amount Scammed:
17.694 USDT (10.000 being my original deposit, 4.000 winnings and rest consists of my reload/weekly/monthly bonus)

Payment Method:
USDT

Proof of Payment:

PM/Chat Logs:
They have restricted my access to live support on the stake website now:

Additional Notes:
This seems to be a common issue as i see 20+ posts regarding exact same thing on bitcointalk and multiple cases of this on Askgamblers and casinoguru complaint forum. It seems like this is the new way for stake to make money of their long term customers and explains a sure lot in regards to why a lot of people are moving away from them. I have lost so much here and never done anything wrong. I've referred so many players and this is the treatment they are giving me...

For further context they want me to upload "proof of address" and "source of funds". I'm the son of a billionaire and have a 25% stake in my fathers company and all this information is publicly available just by googling my name. I have provided them with the following documents and they have still rejected me:

• 3x utility bill by Modstrøm which is an electricity company

• 3x Proof of payment of electricity bill along with address to prove address

• Revolut bank account statement

•Regular bank account statement

• Loan paper between my dad and I proving a loan of about 2.600.000 DKK

• Documentation of me owning approximately 20% of my dads company worth over a billion danish crones.

• My annual tax statement from the danish tax authorities

• My dad and I, tax statement report for 2023 for our company with hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue (As 2024 is not finished yet before end of march)

• 3x original payslips for the last three months.

• Bank statement to comply with the payslips

• Insurance policy with proof of my address

• Confirmation of enrollment and passed results signed and stamped by the university of copenhagen.

So if they treat a player like me this way. Imagine what they would do to others.. I still have hope that @stunna will look at this and solve it so that i can have my doubts proven wrong but i'm losing hope of that currently..
