Hi there!
I dont know if something have been changed since my last order, but I ordered and payed for order 478 today. There are 13 confirmations right now and I have recieved an email saying that the order is completed.
However, there are no key attached to the email and the order cant be found in "My Account" on the site.
Could you look into it please?

K4C told me about Key4co.in after I had problems with another site, so today I gave it a try.
First of all, 90 minutes limit to payments is way better than others have, since payments sometimes can stack up, even with a decent fee.
Just seconds after the first confirmation the keys where sent and worked like a charm.
Great service, I´ll get back to you and will recommend the site to others.

thanks for your purchase! Instant confirmations sadly don't seem to be working for the time being. I'll try to fix that problem asap.

It worked great for me yesterday, 5-7 minutes (one confirmation) from order to delivery is great in my book.
I know that transactions can stack up sometimes, but I cant really blame you for full blocks (and that can be solved with a decent fee, like yesterday for me).

Due to the fact, that here a posts from people, where I've responded to the mail, I guess there is a problem with some with my emails. It seems that everything is sent, but not received. I'll try to reach out to everyone through other channels who need support. I'm very sorry for this inconvenience!
Now five days have passed and you are still to reply. I cant see any reason for it to take this long. Until this is solved I wouldn't recommend anyone to order anything from bit-keys.com. You have had the money for 12 days already.

like I wrote before, I hope that I´m wrong and this really is a legit site, if it turns out that it is, I´ll write that it works as well.

I ordered World of Warcraft: Legion and a timecard yesterday, followed the instructions in the mail.
However the transaction took some time, both due to Coinbase that had problems and that the queue was long so the order day "Timeout", but the money is still sent with 42 confirmations. How do we solve this?
