Solarcoin was listed on Poloniex back in 2014 for a while, but it got removed due to extremely low volume. Main exchange at the beginning was Allcrypt (which was hacked btw and closed after that).

I wouldn't count on Poloniex adding Solarcoin before they officially announce it on Twitter. They do add coins from time to time, but trading volume needs to be quite high for a while on other exchanges.

Btw. mining rig rentals pointed at Solarcoin from 2014 seem to be paying themselves back slowly, too bad that I didn't hold all of the mined coins

There are quite a few social media management applications available these days, and those are actually very handy for posting new announcements on various social media platforms. Usually you just need to write stuff only once and with a push of a button it gets posted on all of the sites at once, using one could free some time from posting

Hootsuite could be the best option currently for that.

When it comes to real, physical products which have been pre-ordered (and paid) and there's a delay, it would be preferable to post an answer explaining the delay. Question has been raised on the XCtalk forum too and has been totally ignored. 

Tor Sticks have been quite eagerly awaited on the community as they were sold with quite an effort on the PR level.

Simply ignoring a genuine question about product which was announced to ship and seemingly delayed, shouldn't be ignored and the reasons for delay should be explained. I think the community would understand if we get a proper reply for the delay, there are sometimes delays on online purchases and sellers usually tell the customers about delays in the shipping.

Telling the community that there's a lot of things happening behind the scenes unfortunately doesn't tell anything about current delay of a physical product which should have shipped by now.

I hope that you find this as constructive criticism and I won't see another reply with fud comments.

I raised the topic up on XC thread as there already were accusations against XC and Blocknet on another thread and wanted the situation handled correctly by atcsecure and other team members. And it was handled correctly

Here's my reasoning for bringing up the question and I don't myself consider it as fud.
And i'd like to point out that both of you should discuss in a civilized manners, there's no point of having a community code for XC if members of the community act like children

And in the end, it did clear up some misconceptions.

It seems that no one seems to care. In my opinion, this is actually quite huge for XC as the similarieties on the project confirm that atcsecure's vision is heading on the right direction. If bigger company (as in Bitpay) is working on a similar project, that does tell me that there's actually something bubbling on a larger scale at the tech front.

I did ask the question about the premine address after I saw "Devs are dumping the premine"-accusation on a mud-throwing thread which they hadn't confirmed at the time. So, I checked it out and balance looked bad. Then I remembered that reddit post which talked about the premine. I was aware that raising this totally legitimate question among the community would bring fud on this thread from both sides of the community, but I was quite sure that it would be way better to handle this in legitimate XC thread compared to any of those "XC is a scam"-threads.

Afterall, it played out nicely on atcsecure's and Synechist's side who handled the situation correctly.

I didn't dump any of my XC holdings before posting as I truly believe in a longer term promise in this coin.

BTW. I checked out the Bittrex order before posting and the whole depth of order book was only around 20 btc, now there's buy orders for 53 btc worth. Sell walls were at 16 btc for upto 0.00075 and they are down 8btc.

Market depth is looking way(!) better than it was before the premine question and the volumes are up, that's not a bad thing imho. And we are again trading at the same price we were before the question.

And when it comes to this thread, I need to say that I am quite disappointed at the treatment I countered when posting a legitimate question, some of the community members who post a lot were calling me as a fudster instantly.

However, I did research the situation beforehand more than most are willing to and checked out all of the posts made by atcsecure and Synechist. There was no mention of premine wallet's address change from the one posted on reddit and no mention that it had been spent. So, I did see a need for raising this question before any of the fud posters notice it. I'm quite overwhelmed by the fact that no-one in the community had checked out the premine address in months, as I thought that some of the community members would be watching it as Synechist replied on reddit thread.

I became a XC holder and community member when I saw transparency of the team after losing btc on some other coins and desired to hold from may after mining it from day one. And that hasn't changed.

Dealing with premine question now, at this price level is way better than it appearing later on fud threads.

I did see accusation of "premine dumped" on a fud thread and I'm glad I checked the situation out. Just imagine if one of the the participants on the mud-throwing threads had found it out, thankfully they are lazy and usually aren't willing to check out the facts.

Giving free bullets for "XC is a scam"-threads (and not dealing with the situation) is bad on a longer timeline.

Main concern of bigger investors has been the premine and if it has already been spent on development and hired(!) personnel, this is a good thing on the longer run. Coming out clean and transparent is always a good thing.
