It's so blatantly a ploy to fleece you of your CANN - think about it. If you're selling then someone else is buying. That person has now bought 10,000 at say 5300 Satoshi. You bought 10,000 at 1300 Sat. The average price paid per CANN increases which over the time of the shakeout leads to a new floor and the run up to a new ATH.

Looks to be a good scrap between 4700 and 5400. Could be a new floor establishing somewhere in between.

1 BTC between here and sub 5000 sat. There's just too many willing to sell.

It doesn't add up - this is way, way beyond an ordinary dump. I suppose the good thing is those fuckwits that pumped this coin will be gone so it can acheive some organic growth as opposed to being pushed and pulled up and down every 6 hours.

Yep, I have no problem taking coins from the weak - they are the ones that are driven by unfathomable greed and fear and who stifle many a coin's progress upwards. I see the potential in this thing and wont be selling a single CANN until I see at least 50,000 Satoshi. Less than a $100 invested at current BTC prices so I have no qualms about putting them away and forgetting about the price.

Sometimes its the ones who invest small amounts, enough to make money but not enough to lose sleep about - that end up making the most ROI because fear doesn't come into it.
