Funny thoughts from you guys. I'm quite sure not even one here would have hold through the up and downs. If you would have bought Bitcoin @1$ and it came to $100 then drop to $20 again and then suddenly reaches 100$ again you would have sold everything out 

Maybe in a few years you will write "Shit i should have hold my Bitcoins @~$15k and sold it now for (~2020) for 200k."

I think people are afraid to invest in crypto, because volatility in this market is very high, the market isn't settled, there are no laws that are the same for the whole world. In addition, an important role is played by the media, which, instead of really considering the pros and cons, continue to publish myths about the dangers of investing in digital currencies. People, who don`t want to understand crypto-currencies themselves, believe such myths and don't invest.

I disagree with you since I myself is using bitcoin as mode of payment when purchasing online, buying game credits in steam, paying my bills and even paying my insurance. It is somehow used as a store of value right now just like gold but bitcoin didn't totally fail when it comes to currency. There are still lots of individuals that are using bitcoin not just only for investment purposes or trading but as well as a mode of payment.

With the lightning network and much lesser fees compared to last year, I think there is an improvement when it comes to bitcoin as a currency but if and only if the time comes that bitcoins supply limit will be reached and the demand to acquire bitcoin increases then I do believe bitcoin at this very moment in time will never be used as a currency but just an investment vehicle or a store of value because I'm pretty sure the value of bitcoin will skyrocket.

My teaching job pays me too well to quit for full time crypto.  If i was to hit it big maybe i would reconsider.

I doubt this is true and most likely a scam asking for BTC first. If it is true I recommend arab countries as they charge no tax on crypto earnings.

By the private keys do you mean just the password I chose? or is it like in bitcoin wallets where they give you 10 random words? because i don't remember if I got any of those.

I have 7000 onions I purchased from novaexchange.com but afraid to update my wallet to try deepvault feature. Is there an online guide that can teach me how to update it without messing up my deeponion wallet?

I did my first purchase on novaexchange.com with no issues, I then transferred onions out to my new onion wallet. I recommend novaexchange from my personal experience I had today.
