Well, it looks good.... and having the source code out there.... help to give it more credibility. (I hate these wallets with proprietary source code) 
it is also listed on walletscrutiny, cause just having the source code in the open doesn't mean anything. you can't be sure that what you download from the app store is actually what you find in the source code posted in the open. (i have no affiliation with walletscrutiny and never used unstoppable wallet)That's correct. Also Unstoppable wallet is listed on Fdroid app store now. What that means is Fdroid bot takes open source code of Unstoppable wallet from github, compiles it and makes app available on Fdroid app store. There is no other way to get listed on Fdroid.

Exactly, any centralized wallet can be switched off remotely because it relies on centralized server. Unstoppable wallet is literally unstoppable, because it uses p2p Bitcoin network directly. So as long as there are Bitcoin nodes out there our wallet will function. And in near future we will add support for personal Bitcoin node, such that Unstoppable wallet will work with your own Bitcoin node you specify in settings.

I read your cryptocurrency basics guide. Your aim to educate newbies is commendable, but I believe the quality of information might need some more work/improvement.
Yes, we position these guides as introduction to crypto/defi for newbies. Therefore we had to omit lots of technical details, and explain with simple words. Due to this, some information may get inaccurate. But if you have strong feelings about it and want to provide detailed feedback, we would be glad to work on it.
It's not about the omission of technical details. It's the understanding of what cryptocurrencies are, and what the blockchain is that's, I would not say wrong, but I believe it's misguided.
Remove DEFI. It might be good to educate newbies of where not to go though.

I would like to not agree with you about it. Crypto/Defi/OpenFinance are same things according to me. People need to get introduction to this field, and its new products as well. Ignoring is not the option, everyone needs to get educated.

By the way, you can use any ERC20 token with Unstoppable wallet if you know its contract address.
How to:
Just press Add Coin button, then Add Token button on top left corner, then choose ERC20 from menu, then paste contract address.
