selling ONT

I have 30 ONT currently worth $42. They are in an O3 wallet.  I want to see them and buy BTC. Hitbtc wont accept them, saying I need to have at least 0.01 ONG to go through with the transaction, but actually I have around 0.5 ONG.Changelly says they wont do the exchange as they want a (fluctuating figuire) 32 ONT minimum.  If anyone has an idea of websites  that deal with the stuff where I can exchange small amount BTC to

Paxful still works fine for me. I've never submitted KYC on Paxful or LBC (which I've never been fond of in the first place) and things still work fine for me at the moment. Fees really aren't that bad IMO, though I don't make a large amount of trades on Paxful and I still purchase most of my coins from exchanges that I have done KYC on. AFAIK cash trading still exists on Paxful, but I've never tried using it on the site before.

re cash trading on paxful: there's 10 active listings across the USA if you want to buy. there's 7 active listings across the USA if you want to sell. i'd have to drive 8 hours to meet the closest buyer and i'd have to pay a 6% premium for the privilege! Undecided

cash trading is dead.....

you can use coinbaazar.com , its a new p2p exchange launched worldwide, with all payment modes.

I APPRECIATE ALL  THE INFO. BUT WHICH OPTIONS DID YOU USE IN PAXFUL WITHOUT KYC TO BUY BITCOINS? SOME ASKING FOR PAYPAL WAIED KYC BUT THEY WANTED SOME WEIRD GAMING CARD BOUGHT WHICH MY BANK BLOCKS -I AM SCREWED

Localbitcoins is not accessible. Are there total bans on Bitcoin w/o KYC

I have with difficulty registered an account, using an email and password thrice with localbitcoins.com but cannot re-access. I get 503 forbidden. I am able to access localbitcoins.com using tor browser, but the captcha goes in an endless loop.

Clearly localbitcoins may not be illegal but they are making it hard are they not?

Does anyone have info on this website,

I had been unsuccessfully been trying to get hold of $20 on Paxful and chose the option with no passport required. My bank which is a standard English bank and declines every single transaction that goes to buy an amazon gift card etc and they say they dislike bitcoin even though its not illegal and cancel anything they suspect is related

I live in Dublin and wonder if anyone can help me get hold of $20-$50 worth of BTC?

Thanks,
Horse

Re: Is it possible to have lots of Altcoin wallets on external hard drive?

And What about the AppData folder where SIA wallet has taken up 8GB disc space?  Can I change the default storage

Since you have Windows, I'll teach you the trick.
You'll find out in your life that there are many apps that use AppData and such folders to deposit their data, since it's M$ standard and it has to be OK, right? And most don't have option to change that.
But you can make a symbolic link. The app will believe it uses a folder in AppData (or wherever...) and the actual data can be somewhere else, even a different drive.

You have to do (in AppData folder) something like: mklink /D your_unwanted_folder_name "D:\path\to\new\folder"
your_unwanted_folder_name has to not exist, you have to move it away first.

Dear NeuroticFish

So I move one of the folders inside say Appdata>Roaming to external hard

drive?#
Then we add a symbolic link inside Appdata>Roaming?

how to do that?
I   I know the mkdir command on command.com to create a director
Is Mklink a command on the it as well?

Sorry for my ignorance,
Thanks

I assume you should have a 1Tb hard drive on a 64-bit laptop and you can simply have lots of different cryptocurrencies' native wallets, and  save their private keys safely somewhere else.   My hard drive has only 32 GB and a slot for an SD card and one USB slot .

I am currently trying SIA wallet which after 10 days of trying has not fully downloaded, and has occupied 8 Gb of the hard drive in the AppData folder as of yet.  This wallet is giving error messages I don't understand

SIA does not install in C:\Program Files, and  I  cannot find where it installs
The Daedalus and iota wallets are installing, after running the ,exe file, in C:\Program Files

Can I have my altcoin wallets on my 64 Gb SD card or on a USB external hard drive?
Running the program did install it automatically on C:\Program Files\   and so this may be
a matter of making a program install elsewhere, in a different folder???
And What about the AppData folder where SIA wallet has taken up 8GB disc space?  Can I change the default storage
to a different folder than Appdata? This SIA folder in AppData, worth about 8Gb disc space, can it be deleted and the
SIA wallet continue to work properly?

Sorry for dumb questions, any replies will be appreciated

use ladger nano's, it contains a large amount of alts! and you will not need to install hardware wallets on your computer

THANK YOU FARPROC

Yes, binance works without KYC as I know. I don't have a large deposit there (usually it's no more than $3000) but there wasn't any problems with withdrawals without verification at all.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH PUBLICJUD

Binance without kyc
by

I am aware that some websites which have KYC allow small amount transactions without KYC.  Has anyone familiarity with Binance, and if I make a deposit can I withdraw, the amount being less than 50 USD.

I am thinking of adding my existing bitcoins to binance to buy request network, which O gather has far to go,then storing them in myetherwallet

Some websites are very fussy if you ask them questions like that. I once mistyped my mobile number on a website and they told me no changes & i cannot be accepted

lost phone (2FA device) & Blockchain sez wont allow login until 23rd of Decembe
by

I have never been in this situation. Its 8th of December, and as I have lost my mobile SIM card  I requested [Suspicious link removed] for deactivation of 2FA, and it sent an email requesting confirmation.  I confirmed, but saw blockchain was still requiring SMS.  So I panicked and clicked "Forgot password". I reset to a very long password.  Then saw no confirmation of password change email.   To my horror realized blockchain was not going to allow log in until 23 December, 14 days from now.

Has anyone else been caught in this situation or do you know about the 14  day rule?   I hear bitcoin is going to crash. Is there a way to get into my blockchain account faster?

If I can't get into my account for 14 days, will I really get in after 14 days, or will blockchain steal all my money?

What is a safer way to store your bitcoin? I mean if you lose one device you should have a backup device should you not?

Thanks for help-feedback-comments-any'

Re: Official Xapo Service Discussion

Dear David

I'm a newbie to Bitcoin and Xapo.  I started my first mining contract with Hashocean.com recently, by moving bitcoin from my Xapo account, and was supposedly sent my 1st payment 0.005+ BTC

It was sent 3 June and its now 2 days and  I have not got the payment to Xapo.  I have sent a question to Xapo today by emailing support@xapo.com about this matter.

I have had payment  (from hashocean) sent to the original bitcoin address given by Xapo when I first
opened my Xapo account.  The BTC address I have given hashocean is correct.

Can you advise about this non payment  or is that because it is Sunday

I hope I'll get a reply

Thanks
