my withdrawal of ITNS worked very good right now about 30 min and it has been on my wallet

we already know about ITNS and some altcoins, i tell you to try BITCOIN. because they are scamming only few people to still having a "good" reputation  And read i''m not alone (far than being alone but wait when tweeter will see this thread)

They are financing terrorism

anyway FBI has been contacted and the admin 'better move his ass over here before i get really nervous, which is still not the case.

I deposited .25 btc the other day to stocks.exchange. Took forever to hit exchange, but eventually went through.  On another exchange today it took 3 hrs for an ETH transaction.

Re: Hard forks and Nano Legder
by

For this reason alone it is better to leave your coins on the trusted Ledger, rather than move them to an untrusted hard forking coin developer owned wallet...that no one has ever heard of.

A mediocre alternative is moving your coins to YoBit or another major exchange that has already announced support for the hard fork you're chasing (I realize their may be several).

Ad this Omega gent states above, while Ledger may choose not to support a hard fork, you still have the control of your coins and can move them to claim the forking coins...all of them.

Re: Best places to sell/exhange cryptocurrencies&tokens
by

Hi!

So i been collecting all kinds of different cryptocurrencies/tokens and i would like to sell or exhange them to another cryptocurrencies/tokens but not sure where. I heard that GDAX is good place if you have Bitcoin, ethereum or litecoins but where i should sell/exchange my other cryptocurrencies/tokens. So far i have exchanged some coins in coinpot.co where the exchange is free but sometimes i feel like i lose some coins because the coin value there is not always up to date.

id check coinmarketcap first to see the volume and price of your Alts and Tokens on exchanges. i recommend any exchange with a 2FA KEY; don't forget to BACKUP Your 2FA KEY.

this seems like a great wildcat but i have many doubts. 20+ year OG guy here.  the whitepaper only covers a small fraction of the petro industry. how will you convince the big boys to come on board with this? not trying to knock your token, great idea, but if someone walked in my office with an oil deal like this, i'd walk away in a heart beat.

At first thanks for your support,

I looked at the transaction log of the contract and the transaction was successful,
Have you tried reloading the page? On the main network it can take a while, some
of my transactions took more than 20 minutes, others only 1-2.

I experienced an issue with web3.js sometimes not reacting to events, but after a reload
everything was fine again.

Edit: Sorry this bug was my fault! I fixed another one and updated the client with the
address of my test network, It should work in a few minutes!

will a currency be implemented for the game to buy fortress or whatnot and then the game currency can be exchanged for ETH?

Re: Cryptocurrency and Taxes
by

Hi guys,

I was wondering how to do my taxes in US.
I’ve bought some amount of cryptos on Coinbase, then moved them in binance and has been exchanged for other cryptos.
Once I pay those taxes this year and keep the crypto as an investment, do I have to pay taxes next year, if I don’t trade, sell or cash out them? Also, what if I decide to send all of my crypto to someone else, and they don’t belong to me anymore?
Sorry if it’s been discussed, but the whole tax thing is very confusing to me. I heard something about new tax bill that will affect crypto trading.

Thanks!

I'm not a CPA and this is still uncharted territory.  I believe you don't have to pay until you cash out to fiat, pretty sure thats how it goes. Hope this helps. Definitely interested in  hearing what a CPA and the 2018 tax book says about this.

Re: Totally confused - about buying Bitcoin Cash with Nano Ledger S
by
ImNewAnDontKnowWhat2Do
on 30/12/2017, 22:03:04 UTC
Hello HabBear,

thank you for your reply.

Well I did go through it with an exchange, Litebit.eu which I mentioned but perhaps I didn't state it clearly enough.

To receive the coins, you need to have the Nano S connected to your computer correct?

So I was at Litebit.eu, logged in and at the buy screen, wanting to buy some Bitcoin Cash. I entered how much I wanted and all the fields, then I went to my Ledger Chrome app, and used the address from the 'main' wallet. Didn't recognize it at Litebit. Then I filled in the address from the 'split' wallet, didn't recognize it either. And I surely chose 'Receive' in the Ledger app, not 'Send'.

So I must be doing somehting wrong. And which one should I choose anyhow, 'main' or 'split'? When I connect the Ledger Nano S to my PC, enter the app on the Nano, and start up the Ledger app (Bitcoin and altcoins), the Ledger app first asks me which Bitcoin, I choose Bitcoin Cash. Then it asks me if I want to use the main or split. I've no idea which one to choose... like I said, I don't have any Bitcoins or any altcoins on my Nano S. This would be my first transaction.

So to summarize, if I want to use Litebit.eu to buy Bitcoin Cash and store it on my Ledger Nano S, which steps should I take?

I can't find any (solid) tutorials or anything on this.

So yeah.. any help'd be appreciated Smiley

you need to update your firmware and install the bitcoin cash application on to your ledger through ledger manager app.

Ripple is not Scam !!! Angry

Why? Reasoning, please.

banks use xrp to wire fiat securely, and very quickly; converting fiat to xrp.  if this doesn't help convince you. idk what will. there's a reason some of the biggest banks, amex, and now Japanese credit card companies are on board.

It's legit.

LocalBitcoins.net is a mirror for the *.com website.

Quote from: /u/Max_LocalBitcoins
Both are real. LocalBitcoins.net is a mirror site for users in countries that block the main domain LocalBitcoins.com.

In order for coins to get listed on coinmarketcap, they have to have, at the least, a $10k USD a day trading volume; if im not mistaken.  Could be wrong, i'm sure more individuals in the know will chime in...
