Re: Official Newbie BitInstant Support Thread (Active Customer Support)

I am not a customer of BitInstant, but the way some of you (not all of you) are treating these support representatives is atrocious. I understand you're frustrated, I understand that you want your money, but some of you seem to forget that on the other side of that keyboard is a human being. I'm not going to take a side in this "BitInstant fraud" debate. On a personal level, even in just the interviews I've seen with Charlie, he is an incredibly good human being. I doubt his/his company's intent is to defraud anyone. Considering the sheer volume of complaints I've seen, they're probably practically crushed under the amount they have. All in all, remember basic human decency folks. I understand you're upset, but that gives you no license to treat another human being in the way you have done so far.

Seriously! You must be one of many BitInstant employees masking as customers, because if you're not a customer why are you even on this forum?
Many people lost significant value in the delays that Bitinstant caused, including me. When I placed my order BTC was $110.00, four days later when my order was posted BTC was $91.00 and after promises of being compensated for any loss We get told "we have no control over the volatility of BTC"

Though the person on the other side of the keyboard may be a human being, this is business and when they keep lying and stalling and shortchanging you the personal side of this transaction is irrelevant.

I was contacted by Gabe from Coinapult asking for a valid address.
The only one I know of is the the address on my wallet page.
I've sent this to him But I haven't heard anything back and still no Bitcoins.

What is with this coinapult crap?
My business was with ZipZap and BitInstant, now they're saying someone else is the problem.
There is no end to the incompetence.

For me this has been going on since Tuesday, others longer.
This should've been corrected in a matter of hours, I have NO faith they know what the hell they are doing.
Meanwhile, we are all out our money.
You took our money in exchange for Bitcoins and No bitcoins, no answers.
You have spent more time complaining about customers complaining then correcting the problem.
You complain about people sending duplicate support tickets, but you don't respond to intitial tickets.

Yo, ZipZap...wait up I need to talk to you......
Good luck to everyone waiting
This was my third time using BitInstant and my last.
You just don't mess with peoples money.
This should have been fixed in hours, not going on 3 days and counting..

This is what makes more than a technical issue.
They know that orders are not getting posted to their wallets and yet they keep taking orders.
This is a debacle

Let's see if I have this straight.
You, Ursay, are posting on forums, answering emails, working on support tickets and trying to correct the deposit issues.
Is BitInstant a one man operation?
If this doesn't get corrected soon, it may time to contact the attorney general.

You need to understand.
This is a Huge issue for your customers, not a technical glitch.
I made my deposit to ZipZap yesterday and still No Bitcoins in my wallet. $500.00 worth!
Your priority should be getting people their deposits.
My past deposits took about 10mins after ZipZap got paid. Its coming up on 24hrs. since I paid ZipZap and not even a statement of why it hasn't been deposited to my wallet.
This is no way to do business.
I am Very disappointed.
