[WTS] 9 pcs KnCMiner Jupiter (550GH+ ASICs) - Price: $50/each or offer
by
Jine

Hi,

I got nine KnCMiner's over that haven't been in use for a while. No PSUs included. Fans and similar in good condition, a few scratches on the boxes tho.
Located in Stockholm/Sweden, shipping will be a nightmare outside EU - but if you arrange pick up I'm willing to send them.

Two 140mm intake fans, and each module (4 per unit) has its own Arctic Freezer Freezer i30 heatsink.
Included beaglebone black controller (so each unit is stand alone).

I haven't tested all units for a while, but I'm pretty sure they all work as before they were disconnected.

I'm willing to sell them cheap and fast.

Post an offer, i rather sell all at once than a single unit.

Hej,

(Two 140mm intake fans, and each module (4 per unit) has its own Arctic Freezer Freezer i30 heatsink)

Det sitter även en Beaglebone black i varje enhet.

Säljes i befintligt skick. Inga nätdelar medföljer (dom drivdes tidigare av vanliga PC-PSUs).

Skickas helst inte, hämtas i Skogås/Stockholm.
Utgångspris: 200 SEK (eller bitcoin) eller högstbjudande.

Any idea what percentage of your blocks had a coinbase signature? Or maybe you have a list of generation addresses? I could at least get a history of the blocks for a list of generation addresses, even if I couldn't get the shares per block.

When we switched to poolserverj from pushpool, which was using a new address for each block. Poolserverj used a static address which we changed from time to time, then shortly after we started using coinbase signatures
.
Search in this thread to find a date for it.

Not at hand right now, maybe later, I lost pretty much the entire code-base just recently in a hard-disk crash, but It's possible that I'll be able to recover data from it.

I also tried to search on archive.org for https://www.bitlc.net/statistics/rounds without any results...
I found old stats, but not the list of rounds. Sorry mate.

I think someone else here DO have that list tho.
Someone even wrote a bot for it, so it should exist in IRC-logs...

This is why:

https://blockchain.info/hub-nodes

inetnum:        46.253.195.48 - 46.253.195.63
netname:        SE-JINE

Quote
jine@jine:~$ host 46.253.195.50
50.195.253.46.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer ve141.cust.jine.se.

As our company and my hosting services and I have a pretty darn good uptime/connection/routing, one of my clients placed some bitcoin-node there.
It's one of my better VPS-nodes has that same IP-range allocated to it as Bitlc.net used.

I thinks it's pretty cool tho, we're hosting the largest Bitcoin-relay Smiley

But as satated before, the information on blockchain is incorrect.
If someone knows the people behind it, please contact them and ask to remove the IP to Pool-connection for all Bitlc.net's previous IPs I couldn't find any contact information directly so...

EDIT, i think all these can report blocks as bitlc.net, as they are previous IPs used.

By the way - I still haven't heard of Erick, and i don't think i ever will.
I haven't visited bitcointalk since my last post, at all.

Well, i appreciate that, but as i said - I've quited the bitcoin-community cause of this, and i won't be back anytime soon.
I won't get involved again, I trusted the wrong people and I wont do the same mistake again.

It takes a (sorry for the bad language) SHITLOAD of FUCKING WORK to make a pool operational and fully functional 24/7.
There have been times when miners have called me at 3 AM just to tell me that the pool isn't up - I'm glad to not receive those calls anymore, but still a bit upset over the situation and result of this project. I still consider bitcoins.lc as my little baby, which i failed to raise/take care of.

You deserve an update regarding this. I can say that nothing what so ever have changed in this matter.
I've given up regarding reclaiming the funds. I've personally lost about 228 BTC cause of this - and i know that I'm not alone in that...

Erick have been AWOL since the incident and I haven't had any success in contacting him.
A friend of mine visited his last know address in NY only to find out that there was noone around by that name.

Since the closure of Bitlc.net I've quited the entire bitcoin-community due to this incident. I haven't made a single transaction nor do i have any involvement in either Bit LC Inc. nor the bitcoin community anymore.
Bit LC Inc. is (as far as i know) no longer a company - i got a notification about a foreclosure due to unpaid taxes (i think), but as I'm not a board member nor responsible - I don't know anything more than that.

I'm personally really, really, really sorry for what's happened.
I feel personally responsible even tho people say that I shouldn't - but it was my project from the start and i really regret it went this way.
I've permanently damaged my own name, trust and my reputation - which was the reason for my "retirement".

See you some other time, some other place, or perhaps some other life.

I want my hard earned BTC.

Just as a side-note, i had a personal account at bitlc.net, with all donations and funds dedicated to improving the site (for example, when we offered bounty's for improving pushpoold and bitcoind), i think it's about 200-300 BTC in total - I personally lose those to, if this isn't resolved.

Last Week - Blockchain.info reported a block found by Bitlc.net

I'm pretty sure there was an extra block found that wasn't credited. I don't have the data in front of me, but I noticed that on the statistics page it shows who found the last block. A week or two ago it changed  from one user to another but the shares and everything else just kept going like nothing happened. Then just a few days ago the stats changed to say that the last block was found after something like 12 shares.  There was no credit for it, or the previous block.

Also, the bit about how his partner has an encrypted cold wallet and he has the key doesn't make much sense to me. Whenever you need to move money from the cold wallet somebody has to have both the key and the wallet together and they can just keep a copy of both obviously.

If anyone have the blocknumber or hash for that block, please check if it contains /P2SH/ BitLC - cause it should.
I can't find anyone in our wallet tho, i really wish i did. Cause that would at least add 25 BTC to the wallet.

I couldn't trust even Erick with the encryption key - just to avoid situations like these - where he actually could use the funds.
I'm paranoid in that way of thinking, you wouldn't even begin to understand how much.

I actually had/have (unsure if i still do) a copy of the cold storage wallet to (not identical, but pretty close), encrypted with HIS gpg-key (this way - it became failsafe - it required 2 parties to get access to it).

Yeah... sounds like bull shit to me. I wonder if we can mark bitlc.net and jine as 'scammer' now?

Mark me as whatever you want, my mission here is to get "my baby" back online and retrieve the funds.
This wasn't anything that i either choice nor wanted, if i really wanted to scam anyone, i could have taken out all those funds my self.

If i recall correctly, the record in funds we ever had was close to 8000 BTC at one moment. That's a lot more then what's we're missing now.

An update tho:
A few interested investors have contacted me the past day wanting to buy-out everything under the agreement of supplying the us with the lost funds.
I will keep the contact with them and you some-how updated, and let you know how this turns out.

Currently that sounds a awesome solution, as I'm willing to give up everything just to get you funds back.
If if i had any savings personally, i would use those to compensate for the lost - trust me.

It's our upstream ISP's thats malfunctioning. Doesn't seem to be an attack. Our 10GE core is still alive, but the rest is down...
I'll keep you guys updated as much as i can. Bitlc.net will boot up automatically when the issues are resolved.

ETA - No idea, it's not just us.

EDIT 20 minutes later:
All systems are back online, an ISP technician are on his way to the DC to investigate WTF just happened.
It was a really bad coincidence as i lost all control over my environment at the same time i accidentally cased the MySQL server to hung.

1) Our upstream ISP seems to have a few issues - i get tons of reports of OTHER servers and services crashing.
2) Our MySQL hung due to a PPLNS-test implementation, sorry for that (my fault)
3) Rebooting everything and restarting it in the correct order.

ETA 5-10 minutes max.

Yep, I'm working on it Smiley

It went down about 13 minutes ago due to a MySQL failure (hung process) - reboot in progress.

I'm currently investigating the possibility of getting help from others to implement PPLNS - as you may notice that my attempts have failed and/or been so heavily delayed.
There is still plans for this, don't give up yet!

I must also apologize for the people that have sent e-mails to us during the summer, all of them should have got replies now - but I'm truly sorry that it took so long for some of them to get replies.

My top priority for Bit LC Inc. / https://www.bitlc.net/ right now is PPLNS, trust me on that one.
