It will get lost in their system.

Is there still no other way to get hold of someone from freebitco.in other than the support e-mail address nobody really gets an answer from?

I never had issues before with the site before. The withdrawals were always quick for me. I didn't buy any fun tokens, so I didn't know the WOF spins weren't working anymore. So by unlucky chance I deposited when the site was already offline. And that deposit has been missing ever since. Their system showed it as pending - now as complete. But the funds never made it into my account.

6 weeks and my 0.0125 BTC deposit still hasn't been credited, because the site went offline for days and took my money.
 This site has no possibility to contact someone that can help with issues.

They probably think it was completed. But you never received the funds.

Yes that issue seems similar and shows how difficult it is to get in contact with the right people.
The only thing I can prove is that I never got the e-mail that the deposit was credited because the site was down (without my knowledge).

It shows as completed on FBC and the blockchain, but the funds were never credited to the account. When the site came back up it was still showing for pending for a couple days.

I then did a small test deposit to see if I can trigger anything to get it credited. Maybe that added to the problem.

Only they can look into my account and see that the numbers don't add up. I only got a standard reply from Fin, who runs the customer support that they will look into it.

Yes the story is true, unfortunately on this website you can't see a list of internal transactions. Hopefully FBC does have all the internal transactions and they can see that the numbers in my account don't match. Deposits - minus gamblings/various things you can do on the website minus withdrawals since the site went down. That would show that the funds were never credited.

So I can't really prove on this forum, that I didnt gamble the funds away but hopefully they see the error in their accounting.
But since their support is non-existent, I consider the funds lost or even stolen.

I deposited some BTC around 0.0125 BTC, I didn't know the site was offline.
The deposit showed as pending when it came back up.
I wrote a ticket to the Support (which is useless). They replied: We'll pick up your ticket soon.
Now it shows as completed. But I never received the funds in my account.

It's been almost a month and I don't think I'll ever receive it.

I sent a deposit during the downtime. Didn't know it was down.
It showed as pending after the site came back. Now it shows complete but I never got my deposit credited.
Contacted support, they said they will look into it. Nothing so far.

Anyone else having the same problem?

I was quoting the odds when I placed the bet. I'm not familiar with time weighted bets, more with bookies offering fixed odds.

The closing odds were 1.99 for Joe Biden. So my winnings are roughly 0.01*1.3*1.99= 0.02587. I expected something like 0.023 still not bad. Thanks.
