Ok i understand. The only sketchy part is ive done nothing to abuse the system if you’ve seen the screenshots I provided I was only playing live blackjack where I deposited 6000 then later on I got it up to 9000 and Ive never had this issue before as ive said ive withdrew 20k at once last month no issues and 6 months prior ive withdrew 15k. My only thing is them not being able to tell me what/ why Kyc was randomly triggered, or an estimate on how long it should take for them to manually review my document’s. I already have an idea for the outcome is that their going to ask for proof and adress and liveness as they asked other people i know who have the same issue and they still keep in mind never gotten their money even though its been weeks/months. This is a big inconvenience because I need this money urgently and im starting to wish they never even let me deposit it knowing they wouldn’t let me withdraw it. I just dont understand how I ask them why my withdraw is in review they tell me I need to verify with id as a one time thing but when I do it and it succeeds they all the sudden need to manually review it

Id also like to mention that ive been losing money since the coin I tried to withdraw which was Solana is currently dropping and I've seen my withdraw drop around 400 dollars from the original price inconveniencing me.

Thank you Shishir99 for understanding. Thats exactly what makes me nervous about this situation and me also texting people who have had the same issue and the shuffle team never resolving it. Ive already heard they use the  tactic of saying they want to manually review it so they can hold my money as long as they want to. Furthermore, I know a few people who have done nothing wrong and have never received their money and has been stuck in the in review process for months. Also after reading around I found some disturbing things about the owner and his past which makes me question the legitimacy of this website and I find it extremely sketchy and im praying I get my money as 9k is an extreme amount to me.

Well this is not my first withdraw and no none of my features have been blocked off. The reasoning Im making this thread because Ive seen this same issue with other people and when the withdraw is in review it takes weeks for a response and for money to be  released or it never ends up being released at all. I also think its  extremely stupid how the system accepts the information ive given to verify the kyc yet they still need to manually review it and can’t even give me a estimate or update on my review or why my account  was flagged in the first place.

Its just weird because the day before I had no issue withdrawing 7k but now all of the sudden they want to put my withdraw in review.  Their is still currently no update on whats happening to my money but im extremely nervous after looking around the internet and talking to people about shuffle doing this to other users and them never receiving their payout. I was maybe suspicious they flagged my account due to me withdrawing and depositing a decent amount after winning and putting money back into the website but that wouldn’t seem to be the issue as ive done it before. As again just last month I deposited around 1k and got it up to 24k and it let me withdraw but unfortunately I still ended up losing it as I put it back into the site.

This issue is very common and currently happening to me as i have a  8k withdraw is current still stuck in review even after verifying my identity and they wont release my funds and claim they need a manual review just to burn time and my user on shuffle is @vxrt

Hello im making this post to hopefully get a faster resolution for my shuffle withdraw being stuck in review for over a day now. I was recently gambling on shuffle.com and went to withdraw my winnings which was around 9k in solana. After doing so It has been stuck in review and when i contacted support they said i need to verify my identity and when i did and it went through they said it needs to be manually reviewed. A manual review shouldn’t take this long and they use this tactic to hold funds for an excessive period of time. Im genuinely confused on why this transaction was placed in review as ive withdrew up to 20k on that same account.
