I learned pretty quickly from "gambling" in bitcasinos.

Retards will be retards, dont worry about them (even if they did pwn some of your btc and keep trolling you).
Just go to SR or atlantis and pay a group to ddos the site for a few days imo make them lose some income.
That or pay some kid to spam forums defaming their "service".

Dont give in! xD
The douchebags replying negatively to your thread are
 a) Idiots who dont give a fk and just troll for the sake of it or
 b) somehow connected to the site or "business" lol.

I have no intentions of even touching the idea of ddos. Nor do I have any kind of "revenge" plans, nor am I affiliated with any kind of anons. It seems like the guys at Jackpot Dice did a pretty good job on showing their true colors, in terms of customer support.

But you're pretty spot on about the reasons why some people reply negatively here. Ironically, those who call me a troll, are in fact trolling this thread, by completely ignoring what I say and they keep defending Jackpot Dice, and keep saying I am a troll, a bad loser and somehow connected to an anon private army.

I keep asking users like mem and sabahgamemaker to bring any proof to their statements, but they go on ignoring it and again throw mud. So an absolute lack of arguments, empty accusations and ignoring facts. Makes me wonder why a normal user would get so defensive of a casino, while completely ignoring rational questions addressed to them.

Though I have to admit, the joke made by mem about DDoS'ing his microwave and spoiling his popcorn was pretty funny, made my day! I guess some trolls can be intelligently funny after all. Smiley

Well, I was going to give up on this, but keep seeing people throwing around the idea of poor losers and anons.

Not sure this idea will get through, but here it goes:
- this was never about losing that small amount of money, of course there is a pretty good chance you can lose, that's life. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose;
- they guys at Jackpot Dice made wrong accusations about the whole anon army thingy, but never brought any proof to that. Miraculously, some readers blindly believe it and associate those things with this current thread, not thinking that maybe someone else might have said that. All they can do is say: "dude, you're a poor loser and you threatened with hacking", but the question "when did that happened and what's the proof to that?" never really finds an answers.

But, if the crowd decides that's how it happened, without any proof, than it must be true.

And dare I say it: how about if we kindly ask the Jackpot Dice admins to provide us with proof about those anon threats in relations to this account. I mean, if it really happened that way and is related to this current incident, then they can prove it and that will be the end of that, right?

sabahgamemaker:

Which of the following statements are closer to being true?
- you never read the chat log displayed above and have no idea what's going on here?
- a furious army of flying dragons have pledged to burn Middle Earth and Sparta?

this vxvc sounds like an idiot who either don't understand the rules or don't care about the rules, and when he thought he was griefed, he decided to go ballistic by saying he knows Anonymous and friends.

When did he say that? What's Anonymous have to do with our thread here? Is there any proof to these allegations? The entire chat log is displayed above, please point out where those threats come into place. Could it be that you didn't actually read it and jumped on false conclusions?

It seems that the guys at JackpotDice must have had some previous quarrels with somebody who might have said that and, unprofessional as they continuously seem to be, jumped the wagon by mixing apples and oranges, creating an invisible foe who threatened them with an army of hackers and bringing it in this thread here, with no proof of talking about the same users.

Bring on the swords and tinfoil hats! Where's my dragon?

Small clarification:
Accusing someone of a scam THEN asking for support is not advisable.
Threatening hack attacks unless losing bets are refunded is pointless and laughable.
Anon is not your personal army

Those lines do not fit this thread, as they have nothing to do with the events that took place. You must be referring to a different user, different situation. Also, there was never a direct accusation, as it was a possibility of a scam (read carefully the initial post on top of page).

Summary:
User will take more time to learn about BitCoin, while SRoulette (should) work on providing better user support, understanding that not everybody is a troll or bad loser (as initially implied), while also striving to be one step ahead in terms of politeness.

part 2
----------------------------
10:10 SRoulette: DONATE I am STILL waiting on your txid's
10:10 SRoulette: if you are unable to supply them I shall assume you are a troll
10:11 SRoulette: vxvc jackpot dice does not pay out losses
10:11 SRoulette: you want reverse dice which behaves like SD
10:11 SRoulette: vxvc again if you look at the very blockchain.info like you provided
10:11 SRoulette: you see the payout address listed
10:12 SRoulette: 1 year of operations (nearly) and not a single missed payout
10:18 SRoulette: vxvc as you dont seem to grasp what im trying to explain to you, perhaps the forum is the best place for you to discuss this
10:19 SRoulette: there are many threads explaining how provably fair works if you need any refrences Im happy to supply them
10:20 DONATE:: Okay SRoulette, I am at work, allow me a few moments
10:21 vxvc: The only thing I am not "grasping" SRoulette is your general attitude towards user who need assistance. Starting with banning IP's and then treating us with disrespect t
10:21 DONATE:: Stop rocking the boat vxvc.... Jesus
10:21 vxvc: that trumps any other problems a user may have
10:21 vxvc: Ok, I will stop here
10:21 SRoulette: DONATE thanks appreciated
10:21 DONATE:: crate your own company/site/service and you can ban/unban whoever you please... You create something, you choose how to operate it.
10:22 SRoulette: vxvc Im sorry are you accusing us of scaming you now or just having a cry ?
10:22 DONATE:: this is a privilidge we are being granted by their service, NOT a right
10:22 SRoulette: you go back and forth between scam, no payouts, not my address and "your mean"
10:23 SRoulette: Jackpot Dice does not payout for a loss, play Reverse Dice
10:23 vxvc: SRoulett, as a general answer, yes, your assistance has shed light, and I stand corrected.
10:24 SRoulette: our results are provably fair and have been for nearly 1 year - verify them yourself we encourage it
10:24 vxvc: The only challenge remains your attitude in solving problems,
10:24 SRoulette: well
10:24 SRoulette: and having a rant ?
10:24 SRoulette: this is a troll box, honestly have it it guys
10:26 SRoulette: vxvc your approach leaves much to be desired, no one repsonds well to a bad loser accusing them of running a scam
10:27 SRoulette: but I do want to ban TOR ip's so thank you for advertising you are on TOR Wink
10:27 vxvc: No problem, you should also start banning VPN's, there only a "few" of them Smiley
10:28 vxvc: Not everybody is a troll and I am not a bad loser, but I know that how you conduct a business will reflect the user's trust on you. I wish you all the best in the future!
10:28 SRoulette: you are a very very bad loser vxvc
10:28 SRoulette: Ive seen many and you take the cake
-------------------------------------------------------------

The price for the most-non professional user support goes to "SRoulette" from Jackpot Dice, for assisting confused users with banning them, calling them trolls and very bad losers.

Kudos!

Ok, so here is how the chat goes on Jackpot Dice, and also the admins attitude. I gotta wonder, are the admins just kids?

09:33 vxvc: vxcvc
09:34 vxvc: You guys should check this forum post before playing here on JackpotDics: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=242665.msg2574197#msg2574197
09:35 vxvc: it looks like there is a scam going on

09:35 CodeMonkey: but I shall let SRoulette know about your links, thanks
09:36 DONATE:: Thanks vxvc!
09:36 DONATE:: Knowldedge is power!
09:36 CodeMonkey: lol the idiot doesnt even verify his bets
09:36 CodeMonkey: he just lost and had a cry
09:37 CodeMonkey: I remember you, thats the "I am anon beware" guy lol
09:38 DONATE:: hey vxvc, did you create that reddit post?
09:38 DONATE:: What are some other good BTC wager sites?
09:39 SRoulette: hush monkey
09:39 SRoulette: no begging sorry
09:40 SRoulette: but be do reward anyone that finds a bug Smiley

09:42 DONATE:: ...Several transactions have been returned to me after timing out... Does that count as a "bug"? lol Smiley
09:44 SRoulette: txid please ?
09:45 DONATE:: Follow up question. Because I am beginning to worry as almost $100 is affected by this
09:45 vxvc: as I was saying, before getting my ip banned: check this forum about possible scam on Jackpot Dice: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=242665.msg2574197#msg2574197
09:45 DONATE:: It has been almost an hour, none of the amount from my last two transactions have been returned to me
09:45 SRoulette: players bets do not affect each other
09:45 vxvc: SRoulette: I am using tor + vpn,
09:45 DONATE:: no confirmation either. very similar to what the other guys was just mentioning
09:45 vxvc: so banning my ip is kind of funny Smiley
09:46 SRoulette: can I have the txid please ? Smiley
09:46 vxvc: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=242665.msg2574197#msg2574197
09:46 vxvc: How come some transaction would go through and other would just dissapear?
09:47 vxvc: Is this a glitch in the system or a scam?
09:47 vxvc: Sometime I send bets on the Dice and would win, other times nothing will happen, normally it shuld be a 0.0000546 return or something to let you know you did not win
09:48 vxvc: yesterday I sent over 20 bets, out of which only a few got through, the rest just dissapeared, along with my money
09:48 vxvc: It's not because I lost the bet, but because nothing happened when I sent the bet, only one in 5 would have a confirmation return
09:49 DONATE:: a60065ebc27d63d67110d775ba6b91705d4c69f476161a49301a997df44492ce
09:49 SRoulette: no scam vxvc we are approaching our 1 year anniversary of operations
09:49 vxvc: And your attitude, SRoulette, is very dissapointing, you keep banning people who complain and mock them, like you did yesterday with that guy who lost too many times
09:49 SRoulette: if we had been pulling any shenanigans we would have been caught out
09:50 CodeMonkey: well boo ******* hoo
09:50 vxvc: So explain this: bets go from my pc, nothing happen, bets go again, ony return, other not
09:50 SRoulette: Sorry you feel that way, we prefer not to let players have a public meltdown
09:50 vxvc: Yesterday you were laughing at a guy who was not pleased and then banned him, like you just did to me a few min ago
09:51 vxvc: Explain: So explain this: bets go from my pc, nothing happen, bets go again, ony return, other not
09:51 SRoulette: like any casino we escort (temp ban) players out when they become abusive
09:51 SRoulette: txid please
09:51 vxvc: You have an interesting definition for "abusive"
09:51 SRoulette: all questions can be answered when a txid is provided Cheesy
09:51 SRoulette: monkey, dont make me ban you
09:52 vxvc: ok, help me out then, what's "txid"
09:52 vxvc: the transaction number of the bitcoin address?
09:52 SRoulette: the actual transaction ID
09:53 SRoulette: still waiting on your txid's as well DONATE - lets see this bug your claim please
09:53 SRoulette: as Im pretty sure it does not exist
09:53 vxvc: ok, one sec, I'll give the transaction ID
09:53 vxvc: don't pat yourself on the back just yet
09:53 vxvc: 637a724e6399627ac731888f2c66c6644cb0a25b0d903112960c23e85216c9ae

09:55 vxvc: So I bet 0.151BTC on 50%
09:55 vxvc: (yesterday)
09:56 SRoulette: http://satoshiroulette.com/txlookup.php?txid=637a724e6399627ac731888f2c66c6644cb0a25b0d903112960c23e85216c9ae&mode=BTC
09:56 vxvc: That's just one of them...
09:56 SRoulette: result is 20
09:56 SRoulette: ok next please
09:56 SRoulette: you can check them all yourself btw - that is a public page Smiley
09:57 SRoulette: if the bet does not show, it will within the hour
09:57 vxvc: Who is: 17WP63TtXb8ZuGAKmnmS7QUHXXeew5arta
09:57 vxvc: That's not my bitcoin address
09:57 SRoulette: db is synced every 60min or quicker if players request
09:57 vxvc: Who did it get sent to?
09:57 SRoulette: actually it is
09:57 SRoulette: if you look @ blockchain.info you will see its the very first sender
09:57 vxvc: not really, it isn't
09:58 vxvc: I am looking at my bitcoin wallet, that address was never mine
09:58 vxvc: Payout txid:   N/A
09:58 vxvc: Pay Amount:   N/A
09:58 vxvc: 17WP63TtXb8ZuGAKmnmS7QUHXXeew5arta - not me, that's for sure
09:59 vxvc: so how is this working then? I sent from one address and then it gets resent to another random address?
09:59 vxvc: And why would only a few go through? Because I did win a few times yestarday and transactions went smoothly (at first)
10:00 SRoulette: it will be a reserve wallet
10:00 SRoulette: sorry
10:00 SRoulette: reserve address
10:00 SRoulette: every time you send btc it used a new address for the change
10:01 SRoulette: these addresses are kept in your "pool" until you request a new address
10:01 SRoulette: each bitcoin wallet actually starts with 200 addresses and only generates more when you request
10:01 SRoulette: ie you have over 200 addresses
10:02 SRoulette: you can verify the address is yours easily enough
10:02 SRoulette: also blockchain.info never lies Wink
10:02 vxvc: So did I just loose all those bets, are they floating around somewhere where I can't access them now?
10:03 DONATE:: All of my bets are STILL unconfirmed and "floating"
10:03 DONATE:: they have not won, lost or been sent back to me
10:03 DONATE:: Your systems seems to be forzen up along with my money frozen in your system!
10:03 vxvc: What's the procedure, I am used to satoshi dice, where I place a bet and it always comes back to my original wallet
10:03 DONATE:: I'm out $85.00 and the worst part is it's not even from a losing bet! lol Info
10:04 vxvc: I concure with "DONATE:
10:04 DONATE:: [:
10:04 vxvc: *concur
10:05 vxvc: On satoshi Dice and other, one would place a bet and would ALWAYS get a return on the SAME address, no misterious pool of 200 address
10:05 vxvc: Now what can I do, how am I supposed to get back those bets? It wasn't a great amount of money, only around 0.29BTC, but still...
10:06 vxvc: I was getting ready to bet much more before loosing confidence with this procedure

Anillos: yes, 0.00000001 is nothing, but the point was that you would normally get a confirmation. For example, on Satoshi Dice, you always get something back, no matter how small, just enough to know that your bet was unsuccessful and here is some small change back. If I bet 0.01 on a number on Satoshi Dice, I would get back 0.0000546 if I lose, which is insignificant, but it's proof the transaction went through. On Jackpot Dice, many transaction just disappear, as if they never happened, which tells me something is wrong.

JDTH: Yes, it seems like Satoshi Dice stands out as being pretty legit, though in the end they usually win it all. I don't care if they are making a profit, good for them, as long as they provide a good and legit service, they deserve to profit, it's like any other business.

Anybody knows if there's an official complaint site where we can point out the bad apples of Bitcoin-based businesses?

Hey guys!

Based on my experience with Jackpot DICE, I had to create an account here so that you become aware of how they operate.

The website is http://satoshiroulette.com/ and the specific page I played on is http://satoshiroulette.com/jackpot-dice.php?mode=BTC#

I have played about 0.29 and lost it all, not because I was unlucky, but because the site would simply not return anything to me. I would bet on a number and sometimes I would get something back, other times I would'n get anything, not even the minimum payment when you loose, something like 0.00000001, nothing. I am using the default Bitcoin Wallet 0.8.2.

I had over 20 transactions, out of which only a few would randomly come back. The rest would disappear into the void of the Universe. My last 3 transactions were done yesterday, more than 12 hours ago, and only one came back, so this is not a delay caused by the bitcoin network, it's something else.

Also, I have watched the chat window on that page and the website admin is mocking some users, laughing at them and then banning their IPs. One guy was angry for losing 13 times in a row and was threatening to write about it on many forums and the admin was laughing at him and also banned his IP. Just check the chat window there and see the attitude "SRoulette" has with regards to some players.

I don't know if there is a glitch in their systems or if it's a scam, but all I know is that many transactions did not go through, except a few which did, so this can't be a good thing, it needs to be investigated. There is nothing wrong with my PC and no network problems, I tried several other Satoshi Dice-like websites an always got a return, be it a minimum when I lost or something bigger when I won.

Not to mention their chat moderator's attitude needs improvement. I don't recommend using Jackpot Dice until this kind of problems get sorted out.
