Past few days I lost 1.68 btc in primedice. I lost this money unbelievable way. I can't effort this lose. Because my losing way was not been normal. This money was been everything for me. I don't have any money for living. I know it's gambling, and refund is not primedice policy. but what I do no now. me or my family not reach. It was been my fault, I playing. Now my situation is not good. My study will be stopping for this money, also I can't go back my home without this money.

I guess not important for support / admin to reply your ticket. You just yelling "I Want Refund bla bla bla" . You've agreed to all policies of site when you register. If you feel cheated (Rigged) There's provably fair to prove. PS: Mate, All will be better

On the contrary, it's absolutely normal losing when gambling otherwise not even a gabling site would exist and survive.
You should be aware of it or become aware before committing same mistake again.

If you know the risk at first on playing gambling then you should didnt risk that money.It does really hurt and im feel sorry on your losses man and expect that admin or staffs of PD wont reply on your emails since there is no refund once you lose the money.If you lose it then its your responsibility.

Which part that you think not normal? Just because you lose while using martinfail? You switched under and over on every bet but you lose it all then you think it is not normal? Will you say that it is normal if you win all those bets?

This is not my fist gambling. Your sites have problem. Check my screenshoots. It's too funny when you see some make few profit then primedice made him poor just in few second.

Firstly, sorry for your big loss earlier when you played at 1.42x multipler, but you know all of your bet are provably fair, you can check by yourself each of your bets. So, there is no refund because all bets already verified. Assume you were won earlier, would you like to send back your winings to primedice?[...]

If you click on the Fairness link in the top menu bar of PD, it gives you an explanation of what "Provably Fair" means and also provides you with the information and resources you need to verify your roll numbers independently.

How long you've been playing dice in a provably fair site? Seems you are just pretty new in the business. Nothing to worry about on your screenshot, you just got hit by bad luck when you increase your bet size, it happens some time and if you really understand provably fair you wouldn't be here complaining

You gambled with more than 250$ if you were not afford to lose them you shouldn't have played with them at first.
Gambling sites are the exact opposite of charities. Their goal is to rip you off from your money... And you did it willingly hoping for a profit.

How long you are betting 1.42x ? Those rolls look perfectly suited to busting someone who rolls that often... really bad luck
