Re: Blockchain Brain Training - new business idea to be improved

I don’t really see the point you’re trying to make by saying this 🤔what exactly do you want Blockchain to be used for when it comes to health, if not the same purpose of transaction? Blockchain works with cryptocurrency and its all for the purpose of transactions (of course I know there are people who claims it can be used for other purposes like voting, but now we are only sure about being used for transactions. And every that has taken part in the Blockchain technology are only using it for the purpose of transaction and creating their own cryptocurrency. Unless you mean that hospitals and other health related services should be accepting crypto payment?

Re: What are some not so obvious things that damage a country's economy?
by

Things that damage the economy indirectly.

For example I feel that fast food and an unhealthy lifestyle leads chronic health problems that probably affects the economy not just monetarily.

Of course we can't just deny these people care, just promote a healthier lifestyle.

What are other things that we can change that will affect the economy in a positive way?
There’s nothing like damaging the economy indirectly, people already knows everything that can damage the economy and those who do such things are doing it on purpose. They are aware of it already and still just want to do it because of their own selfish gains, without caring what’s going to be the effect of it on their country. Especially politicians and those in power are the ones that can be doing such things, exploiting their own country and covering it up and no one would know about it. So all those people that does such things are not doing because they don’t know the effect of it, they already know.

Re: Trading with goal setting
by
KEPLER99
on 11/07/2019, 11:35:34 UTC
Whenever you are trading, you should have a specific target as to when you want to sell your tokens. Without a target, you will sell your coin at any price. But the target will guide you when to sell or either Hold.
Setting target is great, but Trading with target still depends on the project and its volume. Sometimes when you set a target, you may still have to be flexible with it because not all target will be met, that is why I said it also depends on the coin. Imagine someone trading a coin that is 0.0001 and setting his target to be 1usd, he may never get that target till eternity, and that would not mean the coins is not performing well.

If he has a flexible target and the coin increases to like 0.02, that is more than enough to have given him profit to move on with his life and to next project, except it is a project like bitcoin that one can really be sure of his future, then we can be rigid about our target. Personally I don’t set target, once I see an increase, and I feel its ok, I move on to the next one, I don’t have to be greedy.

Re: Ideal Time to Accumulate more Alts?

Guys!

Do you think like me this is ideal time to buy more alts? We got now correction on bitcoin and we test support lines on ltc and eth. So? Buy Yet?
Now is a good time to buy any cryptocurrency you want, even Bitcoin, because there is still more time for Bitcoin to go up. LTC is going for a halving in like four weeks time or less and there is the possibility that the price is going to increase once the halving is done. And ETH will likely follow Bitcoin to the top. So there is every opportunity to invest now and make profit as the price goes up. I don’t even think that these three are the only ones that are going, others will as well be going up too. But LTC, btc and ETH are the big thing.

Re: Free Exchanges Fees? is this Possible.

on 10/07/2019, 07:35:21 UTC
can we possibly have an Exchange with little or No fees for trading and transfers of token. is it possible of having such platform especially for we that depends on Airdrops to earn crypto. seriously No time for bounties or trading. but it seems that we have been left out because the little we have can not be transfered to exchanges.
Quite a pity.
I have also seen someone ask this same question sometime in this forum and everyone was mentioning Cobinhood. At First time I thought they meant Robinhood crypto exchange but after searching it up on Google I realized it was another different exchange, with C being the difference in their name. I have not done much research about this Cobinhood but they claim to offer a zero trading fees platform and even secure and friendly experience. They also have an android and iPhone app, which I also checked out and they are very user-friendly. I believe the site might be legit.

Re: I want to lock $1 million.

on 10/07/2019, 06:52:36 UTC
Hello,

I have made $2 million with trading cryptocurrencies and I'm afraid of losing it all so I want to lock half of my money somewhere. Even if I get sick or die, I should NOT be able to withdraw that money. Is there an investment plan like this? Lock for 5 years etc?

Bank cd wouldn't work for me because you can still withdraw that money with penalty.
Man like seriously?? Even if you sick or die!?lol. Lol… don’t y have a family or what!? Anyway, you can look for all these savings apps that allows you save money for as long as you want with interest that adds in annually. You deposit money to the app and set for how long you want to lock it and it stays for that long and you can never withdraw it till that time you have set reaches. In my country there is an app called Cowrywise and that’s what I have been making use of in saving money that I don’t want to touch.

Everyone is talking about how good the website looks and all that, well, I' didn't even visit the website and I don't care about visiting the website because I have no plans of playing this dice game. My question is - how many of you saying good website have made use of their website till now? I am very sure that none of you here are making use of the website, you all are just throwing comments and that's it. I don't trust any dice games that has played online… NahNah I don't trust any of them and I have my own reasons and that's because I do question their randomness.

Re: what are the things to consider when looking for a good exchange?
by

on 08/07/2019, 09:18:04 UTC
I am a trader or at least that is how i see myself. I trade on binance, okex, idex, mercatox, bittrex, houbi and some other exchange. Lately i notice a lot of new crypto exchange popping here and there. And as much as i know and safe guard my password and secure my account with 2fa, I am still curious of the factors other traders consider when they are signing up on a new exchange. Would love to know some of your key factors so i might look into those too.
Security is what most people are looking out for when they are signing up for a new exchange… But sometimes you also have to play your own role in ensuring the safety of your account on any platform you're making use of. Just like some people would tell you, never store your money on an exchange except the amount you're trading with, apart from that, nothing else should be stored on an exchange, cause they are online and can be hacked at anytime and stolen. So you playing your own part is also very important to ensure that you're safe. And like you have said, having the two factor authentication is very important… but I don't know secured it can be though..

Libra coin is just like another PayPal and that’s just how it is. It is mainly for transaction and it is not going to be like Bitcoin, because it’s not going to be volatile, it’s just going to be another stable coin. I have already seen a lot of big names jumping on it… but it wouldn’t like Bitcoin, it’s a whole different Bitcoin. The way I see it I might even make use of it, it’s not going to be of any use to me since I can make use of PayPal to send money to others so what’s the need for it? Unless maybe it will be important to those places where PayPal is not available, they can use it to send and receive money and also get paid online, cause lots of company are likely to accept it.

Re: What is the best exchange to start a new altcoin?
by
KEPLER99
on 03/07/2019, 11:45:16 UTC
If you have a new altcoin, what would be the best choice to list it at first?
I wouldn't recommend all these new exchanges, but it's up to you on whether you want to make use of them. Why I don't like new exchanges is because they don't have real trading volumes, they are fond faking everything so that they can attract investors to their site. So come to think of it when you list your coin on their site, you will see that it doesn't make any sense at all. It's best for you to look for all these old and trusted exchanges that have real volumes and list your coin there. If it's possible, you should even list it on binance.

on 02/07/2019, 10:47:58 UTC
Hi Everyone!

I just wanted to reach out to everyone here to let you guys know you can now earn money by sharing your cryptocurrency portfolio! I wrote up a brief article about this here:

https://blog.shrimpy.io/blog/share-your-cryptocurrency-portfolio-to-earn-money

Let me know if you have any questions!

Thanks,
Shrimpy Team
LOL this is not for everyone, it's only for those who are experts in trading and it's not really like the op has explained it here. You have to sign up on the website to become a leader and then start sharing your portfolio, but you don't get paid when you share your portfolio, you only get paid when sign up to follow, the $4 they pay is what you get… every month those people that are following you pays $4 each and that money is paid to you as the leader. So that means if you don't have anyone following you, you are not going to get paid. Well, it's nice.

If you're the type of person that is replying on hodl, then you're going to be facing these challenges. The only way you're going to be lucky is if you have already invested when the price was low as $3000. If it's not like that, then you're going to be having some serious problems with the price fluctuation. There are people that hasn't invested yet, just like some that I do see in this forum asking whether they should invest now that the price has gotten to $10000. To me that's funny… I don't know why someone would be watching price go from $3000 to $10000 and still asking whether to invest or not.

Re: How to Buy The Dip
by
KEPLER99
on 26/06/2019, 11:09:38 UTC
Hello traders!

I hope the previous trading guide was very useful for you and I know that this will also come in handy!

A lot of people want to jump in when they see the price has fallen down! But not always they choose the perfect moment. Well, you have to do your research because the price might still go down when you buy!

Trust me - I know this stuff, I bought Bitcoin when it fell to $13 000 from $20 000 and thought, YES!!!!!! This is my chance! Also, my dad transferred me $3 000 to invest in bitcoin and ethereum. Because I said that this is the lowest point!  Roll Eyes

You all can understand how that turned out for me...

So here is my new guide - or you can say it is the second part of the trading guide - https://paybis.com/blog/how-to-buy-the-dip/
It is very difficult to know when the price has dipped, but I believe that news can help. I relied on reading lots of news back earlier this year and it helped me a lot. Some of them do expert predictions and they predict what's going to happen if the price should drop to a certain rate or increase to a certain rate as well… SoSo when I buy and the rate starts to drop to what they have predicted, I have no other option than to switch immediately and have patience and when it has dropped again I will come back and see what's going to happen next.

Re: Bitcoin believers/investors are foolish or low IQ people ?
by
KEPLER99
on 21/06/2019, 08:23:50 UTC
Few months back when I was reading this forum, somebody said Bitcoin investors and supporters just think of Bitcoin $5000 or $10,000 or $40,000. They do not know anything.

$1 to $5000 in 10 years and Bitcoin people still say Bitcoin is an investment and not super-HYIP or ponzi.

My website: https://dangerousmother.com (for real world out there)

Talks of Bitcoin as global currency and Bitcoin taking over Gold and Silver.

Just like billionaire Warren Buffet who keeps saying buy Apple inc. shares and other shares and thereby pushing DOW Jones to 25000 with the help of financial cartel because people are too foolish and they believe in $1000 to $10,000 in 12 years.
One thing you should know is that a lot of people don't even care. There are things you will see and call it a ponzi scheme, you might think that no one is going to buy that, but don't be surprised that there are people that would always fall for it. There are some people who would think that since this is still working and the price hasn't fail, so they can take that opportunity and earn money while there is still time for them to do so. And as for Bitcoin, it is growing and according to some experts, it is not going out anytime soon.

Iloilo properties for sale accepts crypto as payment

These properties are owned by cryptocurrency proponents who believe that a conversation on making cryptocurrencies a viable payment option should start.

The owners are both cryptocurrency proponents, and told CoinGeek that they believe that a conversation towards seeing cryptocurrencies as a viable payment option should start.

The owners also said that another reason why they accepted cryptocurrency payments is because of their plan to have the proceeds from the sale of the properties allocated into a cryptocurrency investment.

Read more here: https://www.unblock.news/news/iloilo-properties-for-sale-accepts-crypto-as-payment
Everyone just wants a take on cryptocurrency, they are hoping that the price would go up so that their companies can hit huge amounts of money. I have been making use of cryptocurrency for a very long time now and the last thing that ever crossed my mind was buying anything with cryptocurrency. I have never tried such a thing before, I only use cryptocurrency as an investment and that's all I do with it and nothing else. If I feel like I want to make use of the money I have in my crypto wallet, whether there are services accepting crypto for what I need or not, I don't think of that. I just withdraw my money and use it for what I want and that is it.

Checking out all these things are just a waste of time. I already invested since April when price was around $3,900 and the price gotten to $9000 so I don't have time to be checking all these things cause they don't make any sense to me anymore. I'm already sure that price is going up this month and it is going hit another all time high price before the end of this year, even if it doesn't, one thing I do know is that I have already made a lot of profit. Bitcoin is all about taking the risk and if you don't take that risk early then you have missed out. A lot of experts said it that $3000 was the bottoming price for Bitcoin but a lot of people never listened.

Re: 4 Things Traders Must Do To Be Successful
by
KEPLER99
on 15/11/2018, 07:02:32 UTC
THESE 4 TRAITS WILL MAKE TRADERS SUCCESSFUL

If you have a passion for trading, Dr. Brett Steenbarger has some choice words for you: you're not going to make it. Instead, traders need to be passionate about markets. It may sound like a minor distinction, but it's not. In decades of working with billionaire hedge fund managers and traders, he's found that traders that are passionate about trading don't put in the work and trade too much.

To be successful trading, Dr. Steenbarger has learned:

1.   A rule of thumb for how traders should control losses so that they never lose more in a morning than they can make in an afternoon, more in a day than they can make in a week and more in a week than they can make in a month;

2.   Why traders should not just focus on minimizing their weaknesses, but also maximizing their strengths;

3.   A simple trading journal that will help you improve each day; and

4.   That the best traders are ones that embrace losses and use them to become better.

www.tallinex.com wants you to make money from the markets.

Simple way of making yourself a good trader is by losing some of your trades and try to understand everything you have lost and try not to do it again in the future.
Well I slightly differ from this. Don’t lose intentionally. You can’t make yourself a good trader by losing intentionally and then thinking what are the measures to be taken. Be realistic and put every possible effort to make thing successful. When you lose in this way, you would get to know the potential of your work and how can you tackle these problems next time.
I have ready this earlier that people think if they would lose intentionally to get a better picture of trade it would be best for them. For me, it is not. How can you lose intentionally to just check the loopholes you have in your trade? This might have some positive points but most of the cases, it would destroy your earlier investments.

So many exchanges are beginning to consider delisting USDT, there is a huge call for auditing with the team doing nothing about that, and there is no element of truth and integrity, to even be able to trust holding USDT, then why would anyone want to take such a chance of losing their funds in the end?

https://www.ccn.com/huobi-lists-four-regulated-stablecoins-vying-for-tethers-crown/

Huobi, for example, are in the process of rapidly listing four other stable coins. They have lost faith in Tether and want it off their exchange as soon as possible it seems. The team will continue to refuse an independent audit I'm sure, because it would simply expose them even more and then Tether really would crash to zero.

It is currently still sitting between $0.96 and $0.97. Marketcap continues to dwindle. Best case scenario for Tether is it recovers to $1.00. Worst case it crashes to zero. The risk:reward ratio is horrendous. Holding Tether right now is an awful financial decision.
This is actually something a lot of people should be considering, knowing that tether one way or the other is already a mess and it is just a countdown right now for its end.

From this news you shared, it practically showed that a lot of exchanges, both old and new are really not fancying the idea of Tether usage anymore and if anything is not shady with tether, I wonder why the team will refuse auditing in the first place. And as far as something is shady, you really do not want to end up being a part of it.

by
KEPLER99
on 08/10/2018, 13:15:38 UTC
Considering all the ups and downs which we are witnessing from last 8 months do you still think that bitcoin will atleast reach the value of $10,000 by breaking the boundary of $6,000 to $7,000 which is going on from the long time.
It will reach 10k and I think it would be taking some time but it won't be as far away as 2020 like people think. I think we will reach 10k easily during 2019 even maybe early times of it and not like summer or something. However the trouble is not reaching 10k its staying there.

I mean 10k is a nice threshold for all of us and we should be excited about reaching there however the important is if we can manage to keep it above the 10k limit from now on. For example the price has not fallen below 5.8k levels this year, which is great news, even tho we dropped from 20k we are not below 5.8k which is amazing, if we can manage the keep price above 10k on 2019 we will be very lucky.

What is your opinion on the current market? Good day coming soon For traders because of major coins are in oversold position. Just need some good news. It's time to buy  Ethereum, Bitcoin and others coin
Yes your opinion very nice.I see crypto market all coin & altcoin some increase and decrease. Now the CRYTPO market is 80% descending. Let's hope the crypto market will grow very soon. I had to buy some ethereum and altcoin. So if you invest in some bitcoin and altcoin. Hopefully, the crypto market will be able to earn a lot of money after the price increases.
For the altcoin market, unless we start seeing some real life usage, we may as well just keep experiencing the same fate that has begot them over the years, which is being pumped and dumped.

The crypto market will surely grow, I believe things would change but how they eventually change and in what form they change to most especially with real life adoption is what matters the most as this is what would bring about a sustainable growth in the ecosystem and not just some speculative assets like we have at the current moment.
