Thanks, to be honest I'm tired writing them in Telegram. Seems, that they're doing withdrawals manually and can freeze you based on their own discretion.

The account is not locked, and I can keep trading. However the situation is worse now as they've put the same "pending" state on my new withdrawal (less amount, different coin), see here: https://ibb.co/xDfRyBQ

I wish I told you everything, but they don't say anything. So I'm in a situation when I don't know what has happened to my account and what's going on.

Correct me if I wrong, but they could've at least provide some details what's happened or which ToS I've violated.

Also, as I said, the subsequent withdrawals did work for a different coin for a lower amount which adds a degree of uncertainty. Also 2, I've told them that I'm happy to cancel the withdrawal.

Thanks guys. Yeah, I've tried to write them directly (https://ibb.co/fxr3bRF) multiple times. Basically, what happens is they just ask for your e-mail and nothing happens afterwards. When you start to attract their attention in the chat they just ban you.

By the way, this is my second issue with them. Previously I had a similar issue with ETH withdrawal, but after some discussions they released it.

+1 for scam. They won't let you withdraw and you'll never find a reason why.

1. I've been waiting for my USDT withdrawal since 2021-05-03 16:33:00. Still in "processing"/"pending" state.
2. I've created a support ticket - zero reaction.
3. I've contacted theirs telegram support FOUR times - eventually they've banned me there because allegedly "I know the situation", but I DON'T!
