Yes, the 1st wallet i made in electrum was view-only (because i didn't knknow what i was doing) and i created it by just importing the wallet address and it showed the correct $184. The 2nd wallet i made with the alicebob wallet seed phrase and it shows the $1 that is currently reflecting. Its like its not even related, but alicebob does generate a new wallet address everytime. There were no other wallets i was using at this time either.

As of yet i have still not been able to recover my assets.  I have reestablished communication with the alicebob "support team" for whatever Good it might do. I tried downloading 2 recommended wallets and importing my alicebob wallet through the seed phrase. I was successful with both but the blance shown was $0. This is in spite of the blockchain explorer so showing my $184 in the wallet. I don't understand what would cause this.

I was using the AliceBob wallet with no problems until the other day. I sent 2 transactions, one for $140 and another for $40. Both were confirmed on the blockchain but never showed in the wallet. I looked on the blockcjaon explorer and it showed all my previous transactions as well as these two. This is the letter i sent to AliceBob support who seemed to be interested, but when confronted with the facts and my having the transaction ids they have stopped responding.

"I hope this message finds you well. I am experiencing an issue with two Bitcoin deposits that are confirmed on the blockchain but have not yet appeared in my AliceBob Wallet. I have written previously and was told the matter would be forwarded to your tech team. This is a list of all the information you/they might need in helping resolve this situation.

Issue Description:
The transactions are fully confirmed on the blockchain, and I have verified them using a blockchain explorer. However, the funds are not reflecting in my AliceBob Wallet. Since AliceBob generates a unique address for each deposit, I'm unable to directly verify the wallet address, but through looking at the blockchain explorers list of previous transactions from the wallet address i am certain it is mine and can provide the TXID and other transaction details.

Could you please assist in locating these deposits and ensuring they reflect in my wallet? I’ve made sure my wallet is fully updated and synchronized, but the issue persists."
