On 2017-07-25 (08:10:09) I made a deposit to my BTC-e address

What was the tx ID?

Here is a thread where somebody already addressed this issue: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2057347.msg25899175#msg25899175

Since I made higher deposit, I don't want to post my transaction id in public chat.

The coins were not directly moved to this address 1FFs5hv6JBScJq63aFZvBaNsP6FwnhVgre. They just ended up there one week after the seizure and originate all from fomer BTC-e deposite addresses

I basically got the same issue; when the website was already down my coins have been moved to this address: https://blockchain.info/address/1FFs5hv6JBScJq63aFZvBaNsP6FwnhVgre
Currently they are unspent and probably in the hands of the authorities

The wex support is telling me that they don't possess historical data on transactions and orders of the old platform. So they are not able to approve or deny my words, even though I can provide screenshots of my old BTC-e deposit address.

I’d be alright, if I get 50% of my old balance back.

BTC-e ceased using the old block chain in July when the Feds seized the servers with those hot wallets on them.
The moved the funds to safer wallets.

Why you are raising the issue almost 6mths. later I fail to understand.
If the coins were not in your BTC-e account when they came back live in Sep. then they never arrived.
What is the point of linking some wallet balance from a week after the BTC-e servers were seized?

You are screwed.

On 2017-07-25 (08:10:09) I made a deposit to my BTC-e address
On 2017-07-25 a few hours later the coins where moved out of my account.
When BTC-e came back live in September my whole balance was gone.
Ever since then I am in contact with the BTC-e/wex support.

All 929.5 BTC on this address 1FFs5hv6JBScJq63aFZvBaNsP6FwnhVgre originate from former BTC-e walltes and were moved there on the day of the seizure.

Already being done by them. Guess the partial exit scam wasn't enough. I still think there will be large contracts on the admin's heads for what they did.

Yeah and I am still talking to support about my coin being gone now. Funny enough, they are actually responding, but it takes them forever. Right now they are telling me that my old BTC-e wallet isn't on my WEX account. No duh, lol. That's exactly the problem, it's all gone now! I doubt it will go anywhere, but I'll keep bugging them about it anyways.

Have you received any balance compensations by wex? My coins are also gone.

Has anybody, whose coins have been also moved to the same address, received a balance compensation by wex?

It appears that the site is seized by the US departments of justice. I doubt that you would be able to recover any of the stolen funds.

Their old domain is seized and also some user funds, like mine. I am in contact with the wex support, but all they do is telling me that they don't possess historical data on transactions and orders of the old platform. So they are not able to approve or deny my words.
Like others guessed, the coins are probably in the hands of the authorities because of money laundering and some users get screwed.

I remember receiving the email for the lawsuit back then, but I didn't pay the $500 to join.
Lately I have spoken to someone who joined the lawsuit, but all of them signed a non-disclosure agreement.
Beekeeper (Cristian Ilie Schipor) has now several millions and nothing really happened...

Signed an nda??  More like they scammed more users of 500$ each.  This scam has the workings of people that have had lots of practice.  Lawyer knew it was a lost cause as well. Poor fucking people got stuck from all sides on this one. I threw in the towel after spending a year being strung along.  This group of thieves really made a bunch of enemies.  They could have just took money and ran. No they kept up with updates all while laughing at us go crazy on the ltcgear irc chat.  Was all funny to them.  Workings of someone with a lot of money. Playing games with those of us that have to work damn fucking hard for what we got.  Real class acts.

Anyway still have some bad feeling towards this it seems. Really left sour taste in mouth.

BR

Josh Garza pleads guilty to fraud while Beekeeper has never faced any charge.
Seems like they scammed even more money, since Arti was the one who initiated the lawsuit.
I also remember when Arti and Oz paid him a visit in Bucharest without accomplishing anything

With the current btc price, I have even more bad feelings towards the whole ltcgear scam
I guess justice will never be served in this case...
