Even a baby can percieve his mothers breastmilk from afar

This adage means that even the youngest or least experienced individuals can recognize or long for something essential, like a baby recognizing the presence of its mother's breast milk even from a distance. It highlights the innate or intuitive understanding or attraction to something important.

Bitcoin Illiquid Supply Hits An All-Time High
by
Kensure
on 23/11/2023, 22:00:30 UTC
The accumulation of 70% of Bitcoin remaining stationary for over a year is a significant milestone. Just think despite Bitcoin's rise from $15,700 to around $37,000 in the last 12 months, a vast majority hasn't budged. I vividly recall the November 2022 FTX crisis when Bitcoin's price plummeted, critics predicted its demise, and the media celebrated prematurely.

Yet, none of this affected Bitcoin holders. They held firm and even increased their holdings over the next year. Despite complexities like geopolitics or Fed policy, the basics remain: supply and demand. With stagnant supply and increasing demand, the price is bound to rise. This aligns with Satoshi Nakamoto's insights, buying a scarce asset only drives its price higher.

The lesson is clear
Conviction matters. Accumulating and holding onto a scarce asset, regardless of volatility, can yield rewards. Looking ahead, with factors like the halving, potential policy changes, and a potential Bitcoin ETF approval, the next 18-24 months promise excitement. The world is slowly realizing the power of a dedicated group accumulating a scarce asset. it's an intriguing time for Bitcoin. Cheers to what lies ahead.  Cheesy

BlackRock CEO is now a marketing Officer for Bitcoin
by
Kensure
on 23/11/2023, 13:16:08 UTC
BlackRock CEO Larry Fink has expressed complete support for bitcoin, stating that it is an "international asset" that can be used as a hedge against inflation and currency devaluation. This is an important development because BlackRock is the world's largest asset manager, and its clients could potentially invest billions of dollars in bitcoin if the bitcoin ETF is approved. This will surely lead to a huge Smiley increase in the price of bitcoin.

The next bitcoin halving is less than 10 months away. This event, which occurs approximately every four years, reduces the amount of new bitcoin that is created. Soon, the Federal Reserve is likely to be forced to cut interest rates and start printing money again at some point in the next 18 months. This would make bitcoin even more attractive as a hedge against inflation. Cool

However, I believe the next two years could be very bullish for bitcoin. With the combination of BlackRock's support, the next bitcoin halving, and a potential return of QE could drive the price of bitcoin to a new all-time highs.

You can agree with me that;

BlackRock's CEO has expressed support for bitcoin.
BlackRock is the world's largest asset manager.
BlackRock's clients could potentially invest billions of dollars in bitcoin.
BlackRock is considering offering a bitcoin ETF.
The next bitcoin halving is less than 10 months away.
The bitcoin halving will reduce the supply of new bitcoin.
The Federal Reserve is likely to cut interest rates and start printing money again.
QE would make bitcoin even more attractive as a hedge against inflation.

I great oh my people of the high table .some times Person no Dey fit predict wetin go happen in every minute of our life’s ,expensive Dey come out even when we no plan am.you fit say okay today I no go spend much and the nxt minute you Dey mechanic shop Dey repair your car ,or one thing for house fit just spoil for your house .you fit con say okay I go leave am first ,then boom gas’s don finish😂  .other thing again na plenty waka waka ,person Dey do birthday you Dey there ,party na everyday you Dey club ,you don’t even know the different between  your needs and your wants .these are things we can’t control cus most of them are unpredictable.but on the other hand we can actually manage them not totally but to and extend in other to reduce our daily expensive .now how can we archive this ,first some of us really need self control ,because most times we spend money on what we don’t even need, you just feel like oh my friend is buying so let me buy or maybe we just want to use it for show so we just buy even when we don’t know how is been used.secondly we should limit the way we go out ,we must not be seen every where,am not saying we shouldn’t go out but we should go out only when is necessary.

And lastly our savings account should be different from ours spending account, these money is for unforeseen circumstances .so when ever problem like car issues etc comes up we can just settle them ,knowing fully well that you have kept the money a long time ago fir that particular problem .you won’t have to temper with your savings or money you kept for something else.

For you to make it in this country we are in ,you do not have to work hard but smart.if you take a close look you will agree with me that the people who work very hard are still poor till today ,while the people who apply wisdom in what they do are becoming richer by the day.even the Bible says”wisdom is profitable to direct”when you’re a problem solver you become more valued .take for instance two people have supermarket that they are both managing, one is using a bar code rider in his shop and also a scanner to scan a product that a customer purchased.and in the other hand the other persons has non of this things ,he still using the old  method to calculate the price of goods or items purchased by a customer, and maybe there are about 20 more persons in the cure waiting to be attended to .and the person in charge is wasting so much time with one customer.what do you think would happen.next time you won’t see those customers again because they would prefer to go to where they will attend to them faster.and the person they’re running to will make more money.while the other person will keep suffering for lack of knowing.

Now you see the both persons are working hard but the other person applied wisdom to what his is doing .he worked smart instead of working had .therefore working smart pays more than working hard.

Re: Avoid sending your BTC to the same wallet its coming out of - Quick reminder
by
Kensure
on 20/11/2023, 09:30:36 UTC

Just a reminder, always double-check your receiving address before sending. Bitcoin fees are high, and if your Bitcoin gets sent to the same address it's coming out of, it might return, but you'll lose the fees. You can't afford to lose $10 due to a careless mistake that could've been prevented.

If it’s possible don’t use the copy and paste address method so that you can also avoid clipboard malware, just type the receiving address straight into your wallet and triple check it before you broadcast your transaction. It’s a bit more time consuming but yet it’s better than sending your coin to a completely different address due to an unknown malware.

In your case you could have lost more than usual due to high transaction fees, but if the network wasn’t congested you could have only lost a few cents since you’ll still be the one receiving the coin back into your wallet more like you just gifted miners your fee, lol.
This is helpful, but it could become stressful because the person needs to input each alphabet and letter individually. It won't be practical for multiple or bulk sending. In my opinion, it's better to compile all addresses in a spreadsheet. Then, whenever you want to send, you can simply go there, copy, cross-check, and send without having to type all the time.

XRP Is Not A Security(?)
by
Kensure
on 14/11/2023, 01:50:08 UTC
There was a court decision in the Ripple/XRP case yesterday, which set the internet on fire.

The proponents of XRP were boasting that XRP was confirmed to not be a security. The detractors of XRP were claiming that XRP sales to institutions were confirmed to be sales of unregistered securities.

So which is true?

The answer is complex, but both have a strong argument.

First, institutional sales of XRP were deemed to be unregistered security sales.

The argument is that institutions were not buying XRP as a replacement for fiat currency, but rather they were buying XRP for the future potential appreciation in the token price.

Here is the relevant section from the ruling:

The explanation seems crystal clear here, so you may be asking yourself why XRP almost doubled in price yesterday and people seem to be celebrating on the internet? Well, non-institutional sales—including on exchanges and secondary sales—were confirmed to not qualify as sales of a security.

If XRP is not a security, then majority of the other cryptocurrencies will probably be classified as not a security. This would create regulatory clarity once confirmed.
Regulatory clarity will lead to more investors allocating capital to the space. They will have less friction in getting approvals from their compliance departments, while also having greater confidence in the underlying assets that they are holding.
Exchanges, such as Coinbase, are already adding XRP back to their platforms. This means that more investors will have access to the token, but it also creates a stronger argument for Coinbase and others that they are not allowing unregistered securities to trade on their platform. Coinbase’s stock is up 100% over the last 30 days and 37% in the last 5 days.
The SEC will have to decide how they are going to proceed with the regulatory oversight of the cryptocurrency tokens. There is an argument for them continuing on the same path as they were before this decision, but there is also an argument for a revised strategy that is less aggressive.
It is not hard to see this legal decision emboldening various entrepreneurs and companies in the crypto industry. Some will take a path of arrogance and “I told you so!,” but others will simply use this new information to adapt their strategy to further achieve their goals without being loud and brash about it.

I don't know why I feel like it's the only cryptocurrency worth investing and I would love to try  but am still learning gradually about it.

Re: Cryptocurrency Safe and Secure... Yes/No
by
Kensure
on 12/11/2023, 17:22:35 UTC
You can not say cryptocurrency is safe and secure unless you point to some particular coins or tokens. There have been many scam projects and pump and dump projects. Some coins remain shit and become of no value. All these makes many cryptocurrencies not to be secure. It s not only when they are safe in your wallet that you will say they are safe, you have to talk about the whole project of a coin and token and how successful it is.
Bitcoin is the only reliable cryptocurrency at the moment. What else do you expect it to prove after the previous bull run and the upcoming bul run . Look at the way Bitcoin gradually show its uniqueness it is nothing compared to other cryptocurrency

This bullish momentum - Breaking through the $35,000 mark
by
Kensure
on 12/11/2023, 09:00:44 UTC
Last week was highly anticipated for Bitcoin (BTC) enthusiasts, as it saw the price surge above levels not seen in over a year. Taking a look at the moving averages, the MA-20 (in red) has shown significant strength compared to the MA-50 (in orange) and has managed to avoid any negative trends this month. This suggests a positive sentiment for the world's largest digital asset.
On the technical front, the RSI (Relative Strength Index) is poised for a potential move into the overbought territory. This might lead to profit-taking as BTC could reach new yearly highs once again.

This bullish momentum, breaking through the $35,000 mark, is largely attributed to the growing optimism surrounding the potential approval of a Bitcoin Spot ETF by the SEC.

Overall, the next targets for BTC can be placed at $36,000 and $38,000, respectively. In case of profit booking momentum, support levels can be placed at $33,000 and $30,000, respectively.

I was advised to move the topic to speculation but i dont know how to lock or close the previous topic.
