99% of the account that didn’t get back are from the users who abused the casino promotion. I’m sure cloudbet email you about the reason for requiring you to KYC. You can have your account back if you comply with there KYC requirements. They just have a unique KYC method as reported by other user here but you will surely recover your account once you complete the KYC.

Thank you! I didn’t even use any promotions so I think I’m okay with that. I’ll look on the thread to try and see Other peoples experiences of this. Do you know how long it usually takes?
