Using the power of Proof of Work mining, weâve created a coin where miners are contributing to the donation of money to animal welfare shelters. These shelters initially include the ASPCA who already have a cryptocurrency donation mechanism but with intention to expand to the RSPCA and other organizations suggested by the community.

I have actually started using the SwitchDex exchange already and it looks great. Slight correction. The ESH airdrop for ESH holders distributes unsold ESH tokens from the ICO for the remainder of 2019. However, 50% of trading fees will be airdropped each month to ESH holders FOREVERRRRRR. When trading volume kicks off, gonna be a nice steady flow of income
- You can set the minimum Employee score required for tasks, perhaps in this case you would have chosen someone with a score of 600+
- Instead of "Declining Payment", you could have sent either a "Second Chance" request or a "Mutual Cancellation" request, this ensures that you're Employer score does not get affected
- You also have the option as an Employer to set up "Bonds", this will ensure that only a dedicated Employee will apply for the task
- And Finally, if your Employee does not complete the work, They have 48 hours after a Mutual Cancellation to complete the work, you would then have the option to withdraw their contract and rate them appropriately.

Yes I know all these options, I'm on Latium platform since beginning.
But I think they will be useful for others.
Score 600+ won't help, as new people don't have such score. Moreover I think score system can be improved, but I won't send suggestions as I already sent some, and I didn't receive neither promised bonus nor any response)
By the way after approving many twitter/facebook payments my employer rate improved and I think soon it will be restored

They were auto-hired to my task but most of them or everyone didn't complete the task.
I'm not willing to pay 10 LATX for nothing, so I declined payment (in order to free budget for normal applicants) and my Employer score decreased from 756 to 398...
Not very good experience, but at least we know how it works...
For other simpler task may be it will be easier to give them 0.10 LATX.. than to worsen Employer score even more

You can still offer suggestions on the Latium platform. Make an account on there and if you go to Help>Bug Bounty, theres an option to make suggestions. If it gets approved you get rewarded 1000 LATX.
Hello. I just want to know if how long will the payment pending in my task will be completed? It's been 24+ hours now since i completed the task.
Which task did you apply for? If it was a Latium sponsored task, I believe they check those every other day and approve them manually.
I liked this project and even used to participate in their bounty program, then worked with alpha version and got some tokens by the means of the platform.
And now is time for me when I need to get some assistance from the Latium Beta. I put here one task and hoped that users of the platform will help me to reach mine goals for the reasonable price which I propose for their work.
But I faced the problem that employees are not hurrying up to execute my tasks. I tried to understand why. I started to check the platform and couldn't even find how to estimate the number of potential employees.
I didn't find the number of registered persons on a platform. - How to see it?
Are any abilities to increase the number of views on the task? How to do it?
Can I write directly to the potential employee with good executors rate?

In regards to having your task completed quicker, usually picking employees with higher reputations helped expedite task completion. Could also be a reward issue, having a higher reward would attract a lot more attention.

I think title of this thread need get attention while this token sale has been finished long time ago than you should edit this and remove the words of token sale from the title.
