The reserves on btc-e are getting down.. what is with my money? :/

Are they still under attack? i used your service about 8-10 times... only 2 attempts was really instant. else i have to wait at least 1 day.
i like the idea behind it, but technically it is not ready for use. i hope you will fix these problems soon.

the mtgox code is used and no money received. bitstamp price went 0.65$ up!
