Considering Path C, I think that the team that have the biggest chance to move on to the 2022 World Cup are Italy definitely. First of all, they have a very easy competitor like North Macedonia in the first stage of this path. And I see no chance for North Macedonia at this point. And after finishing them off, Italy are going to have Turkey or Portugal as their competitor in the final stage. And whichever team become their competitor, I expect Italy to advance.

Covid-19 started taking control of football again. There are already some players who are trying to get well because of getting covid-19. And there are so many matches currently to be postponed. I wonder if the situation can be under control until the European tournaments continue from they left. Otherwise, we could see many games to be postponed in the Europa League and the other big tournaments also.
I assume that Chelsea and Liverpool would also gain a decent victory today. Their opponents are Everton and Newcastle respectively and they are not very tough to beat honestly. Everton are getting worse every day and we know about Newcastle already about how much bad they have been so far. Chelsea and Liverpool both wouldn't want to make a simple mistake on the week City won also.
Liverpool didn't have any problem on becoming victorious vs Newcastle just as I expected and destroyed Newcastle by 3-1. They would have won this even by a bigger gap but this is still more than fine. But interestingly, Chelsea stumbled vs Everton. They also dominated the match but were not that good when it comes to scoring. And this cost them the win as it ended in a draw by 1-1.
Tomorrow, we are going to see two matches: Lazio - Genoa and Salernitana - Inter. The highly favourite teams of these matches are obviously Lazio and Inter. Especially Inter have been one of the best teams together with Atalanta lately. Salernitana have nearly zero chance here. And it is an important match for Lazio to take a deep breath. Manchester United's most recent match which was against Brentford has been postponed. And they have a home match in two days against Brighton now. Mata and Matic are still ill now but the condition of the rest of Manchester United's squad seems to be normal. And I don't see anyone who is ill in Brighton's squad. If it stays the same until the match, I don't expect the match to be postponed. Manchester United will have a tough match but they can continue winning I think.
There are three matches already that have been postponed. It seems like covid-19 has started to affect the Championship in a very bad way also after the English Premier League. And we know how much tighter the Championship fixture is than the EPL's. It is going to be even more difficult for the teams whose matches are postponed one by one. The season might end later than the date that was decided at the beginning.

It is no surprise that the champion didn't change. Maybe FIA would have decided that Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton would share the championship. But it would have been really awkward at the same time.

Barcelona should get prepared really well for their next fixture. There is a big winning opportunity ahead of them against Elche. And Elche are in a bad condition now. They are very near to the relegation zone now and they continue to struggle. Barcelona are also struggling nowadays but this is a big chance to win of course. They should show their quality and get a win by a decent score difference.

I agree with you. Newcastle need talented players like Dele Alli. And he shouldn't be considered as a bad player just because he didn't find many chances at Tottenham in the recent years. There were some in-team problems and Mourinho didn't have a good relationship with him. He wasn't showing a bad performance in the years he got many chances in the lineup.
I'm really enjoying Inter and Atalanta's great performances these days. They both have had a long-lasting winning streak until now. After seventeen weeks, we see Inter consolidating their place in the lead. Milan follow them right behind and Atalanta are the 3rd-placed team. This looks really familiar. In the last season, Inter became the champions and Milan-Atalanta duo had the same places. We will see if we have a similar result again.
