Hello I have not been able withdraw my Eth for 5 hours because confirmation emails have not been coming...
This is the 2nd time this week... I missed 2 ICO's because of this...
It is incredible... After fiat and crytocapital, we are not able to withdraw e currency either...
Please solve the problem asap...
I have opened a new ticket and also replied to earlier one..

We would like to remind once again that CEX.IO is not a scam and we are just facing temporary issues associated with the increased growth to which we appeared to be unprepared.
As soon as the complicated situation comes to an end and we deal with every single issue that was reported by the users, we will make our best to ensure that such situation will not appear again in the future.
We understand that dealing with the money of our users requires from us to take the responsibility. Still, not every time everything depends solely on us. There are sometimes the external factors we are unable to overcome.
Unfortunately, it comes at the expense to our customers, and we are constantly looking for the ways to ensure faster processing of payments and flawless working of the platform.
We understand the concerns our users have with the money, and we are doing everything possible to ensure they receive their money. If there is that much demand, then recruit 100 people or 1000 people or 10000 people but DO NOT HOLD OUR MONEY!
It is obvious that you use our money for daily interests, crypto trading or whatever...
Even small exchanges in Mozambik process their withdrawals with automated API's and I have been waiting for a Crypto Capital withdraw for days...
If you are not going to let us withdraw our money in a reasonable time, then do not accept any type of deposits...

After reading a lot posts about Cex.io bank transfer nigthmare, I decided to take a look at CryptoCapital, which is actually a third party payment system. According to Crypto Capital, internal transfers between bot Individual -> Corporate, Individual -> Individual, Corporate -> Indvidual, Corporate -> Corporate are INSTANT and FREE OF CHARGE. However Cex.io takes %2 Fee from USD withdrawals. But that is not the real issue, The problem is Cex.IO is not integrated to Crypto Capital API. They probably manually transfer money to Crypto Capital, by Opening the web site, login into it, fill the form and "Click". This is the most out of date, most primitive method of paying.

As Crypto Capital says, IT MUST BE INSTANT, unless someone is not doing it MANUALLY?

This is why Cex.Io is not tier 1 exhange, nor tier 2. It is a tier 3 exchange with terrible technology integration.

Cex.Io is the biggest regret. Do not use it!

And Its activities must be investigated by both MI5 and InterPol, and immediately stopped.

Please send as many request as you can to legal authorities

Yes dude... An investigation is 100% needed to find out what they are doing with our money...

It says on your website that:

"We are preparing your withdrawal for sending.
If this status lasts more than 1 bank day, please check your email for updates."

I haven't received any updates. In fact all I received is automated emails telling me I should wait at least 10 days.

If I will wait for days and days (may be weeks who knows!), what's the point of Crypto Capital integration ?

Even very very small exchanges have automated deposit and withdrawals with API's...

I don't want to believe you are still managing these processes manually in 2018
