In a way.  The generated profit increases the Net Asset Value of the collective.  The market price is expected to reflect the NAV plus some amount of premium (or discount), based on future perceived prospects for the NAV.  For example an option contract will reflect an intrinsic value and a 'time premium' value depending on the length toward expiration.  A 25 call option on an instrument trading at 25 would have a 25 0 value on expiration day, but 7 days prior to expiration may have a time premium of 3, making that option worth 3.  It is the same principle in other vehicles as well.  Most investment vehicles will be market priced at a premium to the fluctuation Net Asset Value.

is there any reason all assets could be listed with links to what they are on the exchange platform?  For instance, like the alt coins are listed on POLO?.. you have a choice to display ALL, 10, 20, 30 etc?

1) the translation of the platform to Chinese opens up a huge market for NHZ (80% of bitcoin transactions are for the Yaun)

2) The HZXCHANGE is a novel efficient way to issue an asset, much like a company going public. 

3) The partnership with Blocknet and Bitnation shows the blockchain can be used for many things .. as in the so called 'Internet of Things'-- And these guys realize it.

4) The acquisition of NFD brings in dedicated high caliber developers to the team.

5) The team is transparent, and respond to questions quickly.  I believe this to be one of the most important factors in gaining popularity and credibility.

All of that being said,

It takes time to develop the platform.  It costs money.  It is not by any means 'easy'. 

I believe it is a good investment, both in HZ and HZXCHANGE, but it's going to take patience.

These are all my own opinions, and I do own both HZXCHANGE and HZ.

I expect to see the price of HZ at around .00001 or better by midsummer.

I expect to see HZX trading between 300 and 500 by midsummer.

With leasing you are combining your balance with other peoples balances in a pool, and as that pool forges blocks, you are paid out a % of the forging fees which are accumulated. The % you are paid out is based on the % that you contribute to the pool.
You can choose how long you want to rent out your balance for, yes. 1440 blocks = 24 hours (on average)
You aren't charging the pool to use your balance though.
You still have access to your coins while your balance is leased. You can withdraw or deposit at will, so they arne't locked when you are leasing.

This won't affect forging. Though, if you have a small balance, I suggest leasing your balance to a pool for pooled forging to increase your chances of forging blocks and receiving additional HZ.
