I placed a bet on the blockchain on 1/22/2015 after a couple emails to your support email address and now this post I want my measly .035 btc back that was never put into play.. Here is the txid f1ec30f5b25ca8e3bd0fd938838f197bc5a7f624bcd40ccd97c820184bd85015
Thx Adam

I can confirm that this transaction was not processed and it was because of the downtime we had during this time. We are manually processing this transaction later today, sorry about the delay.

I still have not received anything.  Shouldn't it be processed by now?

Yeah I mailed them twice and no reply.  Its actually the second time this has happened except the last time it was .1 BTC that lost in the clutter I guess.  Fortunately I got that back..  Hopefully this gets refunded to??  I agree the customer support bites.

@Buziss  Thank you for reading my post!!  I always bring proof, as a business owner I understand the importance of reputation. Proof isn't just welcomed if you are accused it is required IMHO.

I wrote Satoshi dices ripoff operation on Jan 25th to inquirer on never having anything processed for this blockchain transaction of a measly .035 BTC.  They never responded?? The tx # was f1ec30f5b25ca8e3bd0fd938838f197bc5a7f624bcd40ccd97c820184bd85015  It remained unspent for almost 2 weeks.  I went to https://satoshidice.com/lookup and it show nothing for the transaction?? So is this something that is becoming a problem with this place.  I mean its only $7.50 and it clearly didn't get put in play but they won't  refund me.  Just think is BS.  I usually gamble for a bit higher stakes glad they screwed me with a petty .035 I guess?Huh?

Thanks,
Adam

I love this coin and support the developers 100%.  I believe this is a phenomenal idea.  One of the very few coins that have a legitimate purpose.  It can and will stand on its own merit unlike many of the clone coins seemingly released by the dozens each day.  lol

One question and it maybe a noobish question but is there a way to discover how many blocks have been processed since the difficulty was last re-targeted?  I've tried to support the network even during these higher difficulty times but it seems re-targeting has to occur soon.  Seems the last re-targeting was Oct 3?

Thanks,
Adam
