I don't have any hardware wallets, only alternative where hardware wallet is not required.

i was able to download the app from an external link

i received crypto from various sources, none of them was a scam, it was manny years ago when bitcoin was really low, i could get a burger at that time ,so i didn't touch them.
now they worth something and i would like to play with them, trade, make transactions, etc..
i login on the official website Poloniex.com
and they are asking me to download the app from playstore or from the official website this is the link:

If i am accesing that link i see "We're sorry, the requested URL was not found on this server."
The problem is i have some funds there already, enough to worth fighting for, contacting a laweyer or find more people that had funds frozen by them and act togheter, i am from a 3d world country and it worth to fight hard for me.

i tryed to acces the link from a laptop and 2 phones and i have same problem

I am trying to download poloniex app from playstore but i can't find it there, was removed from playstore by google?

Am btc pe blockhain.com si as vrea sa fac tranzactii micute de 2-5$, am aprox valoarea a 20$ in btc, din ce m-am uitat pe blockchain as avea de platit vreo 3$ la fiecare tranzactie, deci cred ca cel mai bine ar fi sa transfer pe un portofel care sa ma lase sa transform in xrp sau alta moneda.
Ca sa pot sa fac exchange pe blockchain ar trebuii sa fac verificarea identitatii, si pentru vreo 50$ total cat am acolo nu cred ca merita sa expun buletinul si ce mai vor ei pe un site online.
deci ideal ar fi un portofel in care sa pot convertii din btc in alta moneda, ma intereseaza sa fie taxele cat mai mici ca altfel raman cu nimic avand o suma micuta.

Yes it was a pop up, only i can close this and i can acces the send button, but i receive small amount of bitcoin few years ago, and blockhain split my bitcoin in bitcoin cash, ethereum and usd. or maybe i converted them few years ago and i don't remember.
I have 2 balances , one in defi and other one in trading :
20usd i can't see in what probably , but i don't see any option to tranfer this, i can send only crypto, if want to buy crypto i need to verify.

So because i have money split in 3 i will lose a bit for each transaction, i can't send them all in one transaction.
and probably i am loosing 20$ because i can't buy crypto to be able to send a payment.
Do you think it worth to verify identity, or take out as much possible withouth verifying identity?

I have tried to withdraw but i was asked to upgrade my account wich means to verify id.
so i can't do anything with the funds unless i am verifying this account, it's an old account maybe 10 years old. nobody asked me for id or anything i wish they would let me at least to withdraw.

I sent 20 xrp from poloniex to an adress but i checked on the blockchain and there is 0 balance after 2 hours from transaction, noting was received.
Also it says "Inactivated address".
The receiver should do something to activate the adress?

i prefer non custodial wallets i if you have other sugestions and you can bring some arguments bring them all
