Re: Buy Reddit Upvotes - Upvotes.io

I think that even aged accounts can still get banned if they look very suspicious. For example, whenever I order 100 upvotes, at least 10 comments should come with it. upvotes without comments can look very suspicious to the eyes of mods. Just a reminder to you guys.

It is interesting how much 10000 upvotes costs? Upvotes.io provide such service, but they do not promise such amount, and I can not imagine that you can make 10K manual upvotes in short time.

I agree.. I checked upvote.io and found their services to be very cheap if not the cheapest around.. I love their full package since it has better offers compared to other marketers and still remains relatively cheap.

I think the purpose of KYC is reasonable since we wouldn't want money launderers to move their money freely. However it's our responsibility to make sure that the company that has our information has a good track record. I would never give out my personal information to shady ICOs for example... It's a good thing an ICO marketplace project is launching soon since we will only be required to submit KYC once and use encrypted data to join all ICOs it lists.

Re: 1-2 years of Bear Market from now? (or much less?)

As long-term investors, the longer the decline, the better it is for us since we can gradually add to our positions every chance we get. I would rather buy cheap than buy when prices are already going up. What's important is that we trust the coin we are investing in and actually do our own part by researching about them and their team.

With the coins we bought cheap, we could also invest in good upcoming ICOs like Aitheon, Menlo One, etc.. This way we can take advantage and still gain in this bear market. Note that we shouldn't just randomly join just any ICO, but those with real potential to grow. Before doing so, a lot of research is needed. Here's an interview video I found a few days ago featuring Menlo's CEO https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rw1QBpBYE6o

The DAI stablecoin is the first of it's kind, so it's kinda hard to understand at first glance. It offers 1:1 parity against the dollar by converting any excess to a variant of Eth. How this will work in trading, I have no idea since it seems like and advantage for buyers when you look at it.

just utterly sick to my stomach for losing 13+ BTC.

I have now lost my entire life savings.

Please don’t completely bankrupt me.

As an additional warning to those that are new to the space...

If the amount of value that you are holding in crypto is such that you would be devastated if you lost it all, then you are holding too much value in crypto.

These are experimental, volatile, and risky protocols.  Do not risk your mental and emotional well-being.

This is precisely why we need crypto regulated in order to protect us from any unauthorized transactions.

I've fallen victim to a couple of HYIP scams and Ponzi schemes in the past and all because I was blinded into making quick cash. Well there is no such thing and have learned it the hard way. It's a good thing that we have people like you sharing their knowledge for the newbies.

Re: WTF is Bitcoin?
by

No, gold is a physical thing you can hold in your hand. Bitcoin is electronic data. It is stored on the blockchain for everyone to see. Everyone cannot see all the gold. The blockchain cannot be manipulated unless there is someone who controls over 51% of the mining power. Gold can be melted and turned into other material. Both are hard to change. Gold and Bitcoin are similar in some regards, but also very different.

There is always a war somewhere, but I don't believe it has any effect on whether people want gold or bitcoin.

I really agree with you mate botch have deference characteristic as investment, gold are the old one traditional investment keep in the very safety bank house, bitcoin is decentralized and keeping bitcoin in online wallet have risk but this coins have big capability to give people better life for keeping for a long time.

You can "buy gold" online though which can still potentially be hacked. Although gold is safer for investors since it is less volatile especially when the world market is stable.

Here's the official telegram of their project. https://t.me/paybear
Actually, I have already embedded it on the OP, I think you have missed that one out. But if your looking further assistance it would really be good if you'll just contact the admin directly through the support ticket of paybear's website.

Thanks mate. I might have missed it as well as I jumped str8 to the discussion lol. Will also take a look around since I haven't heard much about PayBear yet.

Re: What age to teach kids about crypto?

I think teaching them about the concepts of saving, investing, and earning are important as soon as they are able to start comprehending these things. It's not necessary to only teach about crypto since a good foundation is still needed for them.

I hope that Lightning would be a way to upgrade bitcoin. I do not have enough information to say if it fail or not. Let's hope for the best. Maybe it will be succesfull anyway.

I think a lot of people call it a 'band aid solution' since the lightning network actually does not utilize the bitcoin blockchain in confirming transactions.

Gambling is purely based on luck while trading is based on speculation with technical analysis. More people actually end up losing in the long run if they gamble long enough.

We would never be able to determine the next major price movement for Bitcoin, so if you still believe it will continue to grow, invest a portion of your current capital just so you won't miss the ride. Keep the other portion in case another buying opportunity presents itself.

For new comers, opening wallets, buying & holding coins is a good way to invest and learn.. Once you get the idea of how things work, you can move a little further like mining and stuff.

I don't think we were given a choice at all. Citizens have privileges, (ex. stay in the country for as long as they want) but at the same time, we have responsibilities and paying taxes to sustain our govt is one of them.

We should have an active poll in this thread. Seriously though, I doubt that Eth will ever beat Bitcoin in value for obvious reasons..
