About four days ago, I made a deposit of $600 into my Roobet account and went on a Blackjack heater of a lifetime, running that balance up to $128,000. This was all raw. No bonuses or promotions were used.

Once I requested the withdrawal, support initially told me it would be processed within 30 minutes. That was four days ago.

Since then, I’ve received nothing but delays. Every time I contact support, I get vague excuses like “security checks,” with no real information or timeline. The responses feel copy-pasted, and no one seems to actually be reviewing the case.

Important Notes:
   •   I’ve never had any issues withdrawing in the past.
   •   My account is fully verified and has been active for years.

At this point, it feels like they’re intentionally stalling. I’m posting here hoping that a Roobet representative sees this and steps in to resolve the situation. I’m not looking for drama. Just my winnings that I rightfully earned

Rocketpot honoured the deal and was credible. Locking thread, this is now resolved

I’ll be able to verify everything as I have everything documented from the very beginning. I’m currently just waiting to hear back from rocketpot before posting as a last attempt to resolve this amicably

This is slightly incorrect, they’ve never stated they were waiting confirmation from the game provider. They did the game provider check weeks ago. My last update was I was told to wait for the “compliance” manager. You can recheck my updates in case you missed something

Sorry for the delay all. Still no 10k this week from rocketpot, but I’ll have a big update coming in next 48 hours.

^its already been 7-10 days. Ive been fair to the casino once they started paying. I locked my scam accusation thread and even changed the title of my thread. Now today just met with further delays and no answers. Finance manager then vip manager then licence holder then compliance manager… it’s a little ridiculous. I won’t be changing my thread title now until I’m paid in full. I’ll hold off on scam accusation thread for now as there’s still time to receive todays payment

UPDATE.
No withdrawal today, it’s still pending. Tried contacting Sofia today couldn’t get a hold of her. Constantly being told she’s not available. A support agent did tell me this though

I’m honestly extremely disappointed and frustrated at this point, due to the lack of consistency with communication and consistency with what I’m being told. I’ve been told I’ll be emailed an update for the past 2 weeks now and I haven’t received one email. I’ve had to constantly go in live support to get answers and I’m unable to get direct answers. It’s been over a week now, first it’s the finance manager, then it’s license holder and now I’m being told the compliance manager. Just seems like rocketpot is trying to further delay. Changed title thread back to “refusing” and will be reopening scam thread if I don’t get my 10k payment or hear back by the end of the day
