Re: Your thoughts on the future price predictions of BTC by experts

No one thought that we'd experience a price surge of $120k as of 3-4 years back so it's quite conceivable that Bitcoin would peak to greater numbers in the coming years. Secondly, these are all speculations so there's a possibility that come 2030, Bitcoin hasnt hit the $1m mark as they put it or it could surpass it.

If I were to predict Bitcoin price by 2029, it would be around $500-600k and this would be as a result of the post Bitcoin halving event that would have it's lingering effects.

Just my opinion. This topic would suit better in the speculation board.

Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions

This was a truly excellent signing for Arsenal. I believe we'll see a much better Arsenal forward this year. They signed a player who performed exceptionally well with Sporting Lisbon last year. The Swedish striker also played exceptionally well for the Swedish national team. I'm sure he'll score plenty of goals for Arsenal in the Premier League. He's good enough to fill the gap in quality strikers Arsenal have been needing for a long time.
I won't lie that I began wishing that Man UTD should just grab the guy because it was as if Arsenal weren't serious but who knows if it wasn't for the fear that Man UTD could come in and put more money that strengthened the Gunners to hurry up with the deal? Either ways, at least for the first time in a long time, the club have gone for a quality striker and achieved it. Now their fans would breathe easy that the deal has been dusted and now they can now wait for the season to start.
Arsenal will be playing against AC Milan tomorrow as part of the club friendlies, let's see if this news would spur them to win.

Do you think Manchester United can compete with Arsenal in the new season? In my opinion, it is impossible at the moment, there is a gap between the levels of the teams. Arsenal was strong enough without these transfers, and Manchester United seems to be in a very bad state and these few transfers are attempts to level the situation a little. So I do not expect any reaction from Manchester United to this transfer.

We don't know yet if the Red Devils would be able to match the Gunners this time around. If I'm not mistaken, Arsenal only beat them once last season so maybe there could be a difference this time around. The fact that Arsenal has landed Gyokores should not mean that they are unbeatable because other big teams have also added to their squad. All I see is that the confidence level of the Gunners would be higher thanks to the presence of the Swedish goal machine.

Re: Economic differences between older and younger generation
by

Are there any characteristics from the older generation you would want the younger ones to learn so they can progress economically?
One big reason why the younger generation hop from on job to the other isn't because they are impatient, although some are but it's cause they want to get one that the pay can be good enough for them to be able to meet up the bills and all the rest. You mentioned that in the olden days, it was quite easy for them to purchase houses, pay for bills because the economy was bearable so since it's not the same now, you find them looking for jobs that can enable them work from home to at least cover for the area of transportation.
The only thing is that the younger generation should learn to be as hardworking as the older ones where because some of the youths we see now are so entitled and feel that everything should be handed them.

Between these number 20s Spurs, Arsenal, Chelsea and Newcastle have signed, who's going to be at their best next season?

You can't really predict yet about either of them but at least for Joao Pedro, we've seen his performance in the club World Cup. If I'm not mistaken he had 3- 4 goals so it'd safe to say he would have a head start amongst all of them.

Re: Biggest Bitcoin holder

Elon Musk isn't really interested in Bitcoin if I should say so, so buying the number of Bitcoin to rival that of Satoshi will just mean he wants to do that for publicity stunt and nothing else. Satoshi will keep increasing in wealth because Bitcoin will keep surging. Now that Satoshi is in the wind, we can't speculate if they would add to their holdings but for the time being, I think the title of biggest Bitcoin holder would still go to Satoshi Nakamoto.

Is this going to be the last time we'd hear Manchester United struggling to get this player since they have been forced to pay the required £70m? I hope they get this very player Mbeumo to join them. I think this £70m came out after Newcastle turned their attention to get Mbeumo, like the transfer market is getting hotter and hotter. Liverpool went on to get the striker Hugo Ekitike that Newcastle was suppose to get and they (Newcastle) saw that they couldn't make move for Hugo Ekitike that was why they turned to get Mbeumo and that pushed Manchester United woke up to splash in the £70m to get the player.
The reason why Man UTD have upped their bid is because they know Newcastle won't waste a second in securing his services so in order for them not to lose out completely, they brought money. So all it needed was for the Red Devils to get a competition for them to show they are serious in acquiring this player? Which means the money being asked wasn't an issue. I also hope they get Mbuemo because with unbalanced at the moment, they'd all the bolstering they can get.

Re: Bitcoin’s 21 million supply limit
by
Liliana1304
on 16/07/2025, 06:56:55 UTC
It was capped at 21 million by Satoshi Nakamoto to create scarcity. This is one of the features of Bitcoin and that way, there wouldn't be issues of inflation.

Bitcoin supply limit or hard cap is usually reached by a process called the halving which occurs ever four years and it has been revealed that the last Bitcoin would be mined in 2140. As to the question of if anything could lead to the change of the supply limit, the answer is nothing because this supply cap is controlled by its incentive and governance model which means that despite the desire by miners to change this design so that they can make more profit, Bitcoin doesn't have the incentive to change cause that would affect its core investment theory which is scarcity and would also result in inflation like I stated earlier.

They will do everything and anything trying to stop the massive popularity Bitcoin is gaining by misinformation , FUD campaigns Etc. That is happening right now But they are failing miserably as Bitcoin is constantly proving itself to people That it's the Future. The more people understand it the more people will not want to go towards fiat currency. Hope people that are unaware of Bitcoin get to know about it so they Can be Actually Free.

They know that they have failed miserably but it wouldn't hurt to keep trying. After all if you can't get all, there's still people who their opinions about Bitcoin can affect and those are the timid investors.
From the get go Bitcoin has received enough backlash to sink it but the fact that despite the criticisms it has received, it has grown to this level of it at should tell people that Bitcoin isn't just some inventor's pastime.
When I read news about people who still hate Bitcoin or regard it with distrust, I just shake my head and try not to give it too much attention because people like this want to stay relevant in the society by all means so what better way to gain views and comments than to poke fun at the biggest cryptocurrency?

Dogecoin is a meme coin. Elon Musk has joked about it many times and has even stated clearly that he was just joking and even told people not to buy Dogecoin.
It might be a meme coin, but it's the biggest and oldest and the second biggest POW cryptocurrency. Initially created as a joke by Billy Markus and Jackson Palmer in 2013 but you'd agree with me that ever since Elon Musk made it popular, it wasn't regarded as a joke anymore.

Quote
But it's not his fault that people are naive or don't understand that Dogecoin is a "shitcoin"just a meme with massive inflation. There are 10,000 new Dogecoins created every single minute! That’s actually worse inflation than fiat How can a meme coin ever be considered "sound money"?All shitcoins can never be sound money, and honestly, all altcoins are just shitcoins. Bitcoin is the only real, sound money.

People really need to do their own research before buying into hype coins like this.
People are attracted to something that has gained hype by someone as influential as Elon Musk like moth would do to a flame so even though it's a shit coin, tweets like being the Dogefather and the CEO of DOGE has a way of inciting confidence in the minds of many, don't you think?

Don't forget to mention the one and only Warren Buffett who regarded and still regards Bitcoin as a virus. Like there's a long list of names he has associated Bitcoin with and here's just a few;

*Bitcoin= rat poison squared
*Bitcoin= a delusion
*Bitcoin= a gambling device with a lot of frauds attached to it.

The funny thing about these individuals is that they can only say what they want about Bitcoin, cause FUD but it still will not change or stop the growth. There have been so many haters of the coin and sometimes I wonder if it's actually Bitcoin that has made them bitter or the fact that their traditional fiat is slowly losing its value.

Chelsea were the better team in the game and I must say that for the first time since this tournament began, no team left PSG as utterly frustrated as Chelsea did because the English club brought their game to them. In other games, PSG would be the ones knocking, asking all the questions, forcing you to make defensive errors but this wasn't the case for Chelsea as they matched the energy of their counterparts and for the first time, I'm seeing Donnarumma falter in confidence.

Robert Sanchez was given the Golden glove as the only keeper to maintain 3 clean sheets in this tournament and I've got to admit that it's a well deserved award. This new crop of Chelsea players could change the way we view the club and I see them even doing more in the coming season of the EPL.
Enzo Maresca would be a very proud coach right now because in just one season, he has won two trophies for them and also made them eligible for champions league competition next season. This was something his predecessors found difficult to do.

The man had sadness on his forehead, which is why he felt that sadness in some way. However, we should exercise carefully so that we do not get hurt due to our negligence.

Sadness on his forehead? It's normal to get upset and even angry at yourself when your workout gets cut short dur to an injury but I doubt it's because he had sadness on his forehead that got him injured. If anything I suspect that he either may have over exerted himself prior to today or he just had a bad landing since such things happen.

While we try to exercise to keep fit and maintain shape, we can't avoid the pains and injuries that come with it.

I really commend the dedication of those who are being consistent in this push up exercises. Personally I'd say I even envy the commitment because i think I might lie flat and not get the energy to get up if I attempt to do a push up. Keep up the good work guys!
If I may suggest to the Op, I think the thread should have a new title; something like a new price because we have surpassed $100k and are getting to $120k. At least a little tweaking to keep the spirits high..

It would have been great if the Op has stated from the beginning that the pic wasn't his and not waited to have received correction before noticing his mistake. That means he would have left it there has it not been discovered as a lie, right? Anyway, I guess the lesson the Op is trying to let on is that patience is rewarding. Who would have thought that a $50 investment could yield one such a massive profit? I for one would have doubted my ability to hold for that long or the fact that Bitcoin price could rise to the level it is now.

Notwithstanding, congratulations to the real owner and this is just a reminder that investing in Bitcoin is not for the weak and doubtful minds.

I've got me a Chelsea fan who has been grateful for the easy teams they have come across through out the campaign and now that they are set to play PSG, he's jittery because he knows what they would face. Is it safe to say now that Chelsea fans usually look for the easy way out because if you are confident about how strong your team is, you will not be nervous about your opponent right?
Chelsea since the start of the competition have been giving fans hope that they can do something and I will not lie and say that I expected them to get to this stage they are in but that's not the point now. What I'm waiting to see is of their latest striker, Joao Pedro can do the magic to PSG that he did at Fluminese. One thing with Chelsea is if they make a new signing, they would brag about that person so much that  you'd think that person is incapable of a mistake.

Jackson now has been shifted to being their third choice striker, meanwhile when he first came to the club, there was so much hype about him. I told myself I wasn't going to make too much comment on the Chelsea vs PSG game till its over because if there's anything I've learned in football, it's not over yet until the whistle is blown.
