You need to have new user sign up with your link but I'm not sure if it's a daily limit or remain that way until you get a new referral. Only OP can answer that.

Next time, before installing windows, please backup important data.

Which drive did you install windows? C or D? If you installed win on C, your data is still safe. Check disk management, activate drive D.

If you format and install win on D, it depends on which file system you use, FAT or NTFS . If you format with FAT file system, most probably you have lost your key forever.

If you use NTFS, you can still try to recover your files (no guarantee)

Same here. I cashed out on Oct 29 and it's still pending till today.
