somebody contacted me and told about the 50% split. either scam or very poorly managed - they never asked for my withdrawal address - so they can not send me anything.
additionally i can not check what "50%" are, as i can do not have access to the backend, to see trades and balances..

Hello
We are starting payments for accounts whose users have confirmed their
verification. This news is already available on the home page. We offer
you the following payment process. You receive 50% of the funds that are
available for refund on your account, after that, you publish a message
about the received payment on all the following resources:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1151791
https://twitter.com/livecoin_net
And also in the most popular telegram channels:
https://t.me/livecoineng
https://t.me/livecoin_discuss
https://t.me/livecoin_payment
Send us links to your posts and we will transfer the remaining 50% to
you. You should send AT  LEAST 3 links to messages posted on different
resources.
If, after receiving the first tranche of payments, you DO NOT send links
with your posts, or the posts are offensive / negative / false, the
payments are considered complete.

Or, you can provide a notarized statement of no claims to the platform
in electronic form, which is drawn up by the notary, in 2 formats: pdf
and sig. The choice is yours.

By confirming such a payment scheme, you agree to the foregoing.

UNINTENTIONAL CHAIN SPLIT REPORT

While monitoring the Crown blockchain we encountered multiple chains that seem to be the result of unintentional fragmentation.
We are closely monitoring the situation and will update you all with a fix as soon as we can.

For now, please refrain from making transactions or setting up new Masternodes/Systemnodes.

Thank you for your patience while we resolve this issue,

The Crown development team

Unintentional?

Lets call it by name: The network is under contant 95% attack.. since a whole year there is one miner mining all of the coins. he changes his address several times a week - but he mines nearly all blocks, all in a row.

https://chainz.cryptoid.info/crw/#@diff

four days ago he maybe had a problem - then real pools again had a chance and mined blocks. now he is back on track.. this big hashrate fluctuations probably cause confusion in the network.

i don't really see a solution.. so maybe POS is a good idea.. or 5 algo mining like DGB/XVG/MYR ?

Fred

what about the mining difficulty? something seems wrong..
low diff.. many orphans!
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/bcc/#@diff
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/bcc/orphans.dws

every bock hit at bcc.coin-miners.info is coming out orphaned, with no exception.  Its never been like this.  What the fuck is going on?

the Chinese are fucking with the chain, guess it's time to dump BCC. Turning out to be just like Bitmark was, mine a bunch of blocks, then the Chinese peers re-connect with a few hundred blocks making the chain re-organize and invalidate everyone elses blocks.
yes. i think this is the end of this chain.

thank you for the information here.
no hardfork please.

please give us addnodes for the correct multipool.us chain.
other wise this pool has an unfair advantage / 51% attack.

okay.. i found the solution:
method submitblock has an unusual reply:
https://github.com/neurocoin/neurocoin/blob/c1421565827884cfbd38627aa22d128d7757f832/src/bitcoinrpc.cpp#L2356

you can nevertheless use submitblock and it will work.

so i tried https://github.com/jtoomim/p2pool - it worked ( although the invalid share rate was higher, sometimes 100% cpu usage.. )

now i switched back to https://github.com/p2pool/p2pool/ . but here the network is only 0.5 PH big ( 3 PH in the other version )

so am i an the wrong network, or are miners just frightened of the transition? will soemone join me?

Hello,

The network hash rate for the main branch (forrestv-veqtrus version) is indeed currently only 0.5 PH. It fluctuates a bit throughout the day. Since the split between the jtoomim and main branch the hash power in the main branch has decreased drastically, however, it is now again a bit higher compared to a few days ago. Before the split it was around >2PH on average (this fluctuated also a lot) if I remember it correctly, but even then P2pool was a very small pool.
The reason of the decline (this is just my assessment of the situation) is on the one hand the fact that the network has split, and on the other hand the confusion in the P2pool community during the transition to segWit, and the not so straightforward way (through github) to get the segWit compatible version of P2pool main branch. This has now changed. Forrestv has updated the links on http://p2pool.in/ and veqtrus has merged his segWit compatible p2pool with the main branch on github. I expect that this will result over time in a higher hash rate for the p2pool main branch (I hope).
okay thank you.. is there a possibility to combine the two branches again? it seems to be very uselesss to split this very small pool in two even smaller, separate networks..

so can you tell me if i got this right: if i now use this version: https://github.com/jtoomim/p2pool/commits/1mb_segwit and mine on my own node, the following 3 conditions are fulfilled:

1) i join the network with 1.4 PHash visible here: http://p2pool.org/stats/
2) it is not possible to create orpahn blocks,as every node will signal segwit support
3) it will be possible to mine blocks in around three weeks, when there are normal tx as well as segwit tx in the bitcoin network. ( and get fees from both )
