Re: If Israel and Iran go to war, what will happen to crypto assets?
by

It depends on how the conflict intensifies and if other nations will be dragged into the conflict, right now it doesn't look like that and i believe a resolution is probably closer than allies joining in the fighting.

If it develops into a full blown war, then crypto assets would fall in price, that is normal, but it isn't only crypto assets that will suffer, the global economy would also suffer, the price of oil is already increasing, imagine what will happen in a full blown war and how it could contribute to more inflation.
I don't think crypto will be free from this conflict since it appears the Israelis have attacked crypto infrastructure to choke out Iranian funding.

Crypto markets are like a leveraged bet that investors are hungry enough to take on high risk assets; any uncertainty and people will move to safe assets like gold.

Bitcoin to $10 if Tehran goes nuclear, not nuke proof since it relies on functioning electrical and internet capacities to be used in transactions and investments

Re: Imminent war between Israel and Iran

In February this year, we saw US president accusing Ukraine president Zelensky of 'gambling with World War Three' and now he is backing Israel in attacking Iran, hypocrisy meets itself.

We saw US attacking Iraq in the name of WMDs and hundreds of thousands of people lost there lives due to that attack. End result was US found nothing like WMDs in Iraq. On the same lines, Netanyahu selling the world his snake oil for 30 years, no kidding. Netanyahu as a opposition leader in 1995 said, Iran can produce Nuclear bombs within 3 to 5 years. There are compilations about Netanyahu claims for last 30 years that Iran is acquiring nuclear weapons https://www.youtube.com/shorts/D2n3ZEKn130

The EU and US is silent on genocide going on in Gaza by Israel and the same west is saying that Israel doing 'dirty work for us' in Iran. It's interesting that Israel who has Nuclear weapons and is not even member of NPT is asking other country to quit nuclear program.

Ukraine wanted Europe and US to get more involved in war against Russia. Russia is not going to use nuke in Ukraine but if Europe and US got involved, there would be chances of the war going nuclear and even if it didn't there could be more countries joining the Russian. Which could lead to a world war.

While US aided bombing or Iran with the help of Israel as proxy comes when Iran is at its lowest. There's no country that would stand in favor of Iran as all of them knows Iran making a nuclear bomb would be devastating for the reason and the whole world.

In short, attacking Russia might start a world war but a even complete genocide of Iran won't.
It's not a good thing but its always the strongest that bullies and gets everything. The weakling either die fighting or be slaves to the bullies.

I guess it depends on whether the other powers in the Middle East (Saudi Arabia, Turkey) are willing to accept a stronger Israel at the cost of a weaker Iran, especially with what is happening in Gaza and the West Bank.

Also Russia has many times threatened nuclear retaliation for any perceived breaches of its red lines (from F-16 shipments, HIMARS to Western missiles) without really unleashing nuclear missiles: it seems Russia has a habit of moving red lines a lot whether a "red line" gets breached.

Russia has humiliated itself against an unexpectedly strong Ukraine, I wouldn't be surprised if more countries or groups attempt to take advantage of the diversion.

Re: Is Jemlit.com’s Mystery Box Hype Worth It?

no I wouldnt call it "a scam" but probably this is "too good to be be true". people love to share such sites because they will earn a couple of bucks if you buy something there...

https://jemlit.com/it/box/rolex-vs-ap?search=&sort=&category=
how you can verify the process for providing the prize? how you can trust they have these items and these are realy provided into these boxes?
how you can trust that they are not just dropping the cheapest items and thats all?
since you cannot know, how many items/boxes are ready to be used, or the way they are going to assign the prize, I would just skip and avoid to waste a signle dime here.

Yeahh looks a lot like those gambling boxes that was popular in 2017, no way there isn't a catch.

Caveat emptor, pigs get slaughtered.

One Punch Man.

Seasons 1 & 2 are out.

Season 3 is due out october 2025.

I second that recommendation, One Punch Man is goated.

You would think such a premise would be Mary Sue like but the show (and the manga) manage to prevent it from getting stale

I started with Azumanga Daioh (slice of life anime about school life), One Piece (sea adventure anime about rubber boy) and K-ON! (school band of cute girls).

Honestly don't worry about being perceived as cringe for liking a particular anime (with exemptions of course; stay away from the shit with children), whatever vibes with you.

I recommend reading the manga first before watching the anime; a lot more background and characterization often occurs there.

My mum taught me how to do housework and cooking on my own, helping me becoming a self sufficient adult.

It appears a lot of the answers here seem to generalize all women into a monolith of attention seekers, liars and leeches based on a couple bad experiences; obviously you aren't obligated to feel ok about the situation but don't paint every other woman under that brush.

Women vary a lot like men vary a lot.

Smh if you wanna do that, at least get some connections within the power grid.

Somewhere like South Africa or India would be better (not condoning this practice obviously, just amazed at the lack of preparation they had)

Re: Bonus of over 1000 Euros stuck behind wager wall, fml
by

on 01/12/2021, 21:03:32 UTC
OP, this kind of posts look more like attempt to scam, really. I mean, you didn't say clearly what are the rules for the claim and basically you want all the risk to stay in lender's hands, which is not normal.
If you truly believe you can get that bonus, I am sure that you will find proper collateral and lend the needed amount of money - whether on Bitcointalk, from pawn shop or, why not, from family or friends.

I am sorry for making myself unclear.

I did not request any funds to withdraw that, I just stated that unless someone helped me with this, I would be unable to withdraw this.

If the screenshots you're showing paint the full picture, it should be a no brainer to deposit your own money to reach the required wager amount, no? Even if we assume that you lose all 717 euros meeting the wager requirement, you'd unlock a 1029 euro bonus guaranteeing you a 300 euro profit.

I was bonus surfing for free cash, I didn't expect to make a profit and certainly not to this scale of a 1000 Euros.

I know that I have conveyed the wrong impression with my message, but it hurts to be accused of scamming.

Just ranting.

Managed to be very lucky at ClubRiches and got 1000 Euros.

Only one problem: It is stuck behind a wager wall.

They don't count wagering your bonus as wagering in total, so it is stuck here.

Unless a kind person was to give me the money to claim the wager (which I doubt will happen), I guess it will be gone within a week.

Godammit.  Angry

One Art Piece per Day
by
MNbag

⭐ Merited by PowerGlove (1)
I will show one piece from my art portfolio every day from the very beginning.

Fair warning to everyone who is viewing this thread that my pieces may be rough as they were the first-ever pieces I made digitally.

This is the oldest piece I have from when I first started drawing digitally in 2018.

This was made on Microsoft Paint with a trackpad by a 14 year old who had no prior art experience which explains the certain quality of the piece.

Just to show you where I am at the time of writing and to maybe cleanse your eyeballs, here is the most recent piece I did called Spy among the flowers:

At the time of writing, I have 1,584 pieces of art in my portfolio.

At one a day, I would have finished posting all of them at 5th March 2026.

See you next time!

Re: The Largest Crypto Exchanger in Thailand has been acquired by Commercial Bank

Expect Bitcoin, and by extension crypto, to become more corporate in the following years as the entryways to the crypto world become manned by the financial world.

Expect a neutralization of the privacy benefits of cryptocurrency, increased regulation and the shutting down of decentralized currencies as they prepare to push crypto into fully-fledged security similar to stocks, bonds and futures.

This will have the same effect as government regulation

Satoshi specifically started up Bitcoin to avoid the very same financial system that caused the 2008 recession via providing a brand new way to do business in. This development goes against that.

That is my opinion.
