Anyway, even though I have only your word that you wouldn't use my design, I am willing to accept that this was a failure in my part for failing to ask for an escrow before continuing work. And having said so, I retract this complaint and instead, I would only wish for neutral feedback stating of this incident.

In response to your copyrighted material claim, I would emphasize the fact that my work is not, in any way, another person's property. It was an original card created by me.

Therefore if you claim that it is copyrighted and you have no proof of such, you have no reason to refuse payment. If you find my work on any other website though, please send it to me so that I can have it(the website) taken down.

When hosting a contest, you are liable to choose at least one winner. It was a waste of time on our part that you have suspended the contest two months after we delivered our work.

EDIT: I do not require you to pay me, but I am willing to drop charges if every other designer in the contest agrees so.

What happened:: Recently, I called out on V. Lace for refusing to pay any participant in his design contest (see reference below). The user responded with this, a clear excuse to dodge payment. Because of the fact that one participant used a copyrighted image, he unexpectedly closed the contest to the others. I see this behavior unfit for a high-ranking member and that he deserves to be negged until prompt payment.

I, on the other hand, have sent countless PM's detailing on your unpaid contest here. Upon looking at your post history, I see that there was a sudden change of capitalization and grammar/spelling. Because of this, I believe that your account has either been bought or hacked.

But who am I to judge? No negative feedback has been sent until you can reply.

Seeing the previous posts, I think that's because you're unwilling to put it under H2testw which would dictate whether or not these are fake. Also, you gave no vouches, so we aren't able to double check.

First off, I don't see any attempts to scam. The user just wants to ask for a loan to buy something, and I think everyone here has a right to do so.

Secondly, after checking your 'Sent feedback', I noticed that most of your "appropriate" feedback are either duplicates or pointless remarks that involve random references.

If you really want to be a reputable member of this forum, try building reputation and not destroying others'.

What Linux distribution are you using? If ever you use GNOME, you can go to Terminal>Set Character Encoding to Unicode(Utf-8). Hope that solves your problem.

Sorry, I was quite unaware of that fact. I acquired this account at around February because of an old friend from another forum who has given me this account partly because I wanted to learn more about Bitcoin. But mainly because he said that and I quote: "it(the forum) is encouraging an abuse of power through a 'trust system'".

And yes, I admit that this account was used in a transaction between me and another party when it was a Junior Member. (Sidenote: We are both Filipinos.)

Yes quite recently, I have made a PayPal account through a VC but this issue took place months before. I was thinking if it were possible to create a 'stealth' PayPal account but to no avail. That was actually the main issue but, for some reason, more started to come.

I genuinely am not his alt. Given that the account is just a newbie, he probably disposed of it already. I have tried to reach out to him in my previous post but have not received any replies.

Also, scamming would not be of my interest. If you can check the DT that was given to me, it was alleged that I scammed a user just because of the suspicion brought on my trying to buy a PayPal account to receive 40$ and trying to trade that exact amount for Bitcoin. The amount was supposed to be redeemable from a site I spent some time on.

Since then, there had been many accusations towards my credibility, and I have tried to disprove them ever since although it was often biased because of the fact that I already have negative trust.

I must admit that some of my responses seem to arouse suspicion because of the way I defend myself but I wish to clear up every issue before making transactions with users here. (proofreading, design contests, etc.)

Furthermore, I wish to prove my credibility through reason not childish behavior and throughout my time on this forum, I have never lowered someone else's reputation to defend my own. Please understand that unless my address received transactions from the large number of scammers using it, I can't be liable to scamming.

A question that remains on my mind up to this date, however, is to how they have gotten my address. Perhaps, I wasn't discrete in my posts and have exposed it multiple times in the past.

Though, I am open to more suggestions on how to clear my reputation in some other way.

As I reasoned out earlier in this thread, users use other Bitcoin addresses to give a sense of trust. If I were to make an alt and scam, wouldn't it be wise not to put a Bitcoin address instead of exposing one to be marked a scammer?

Actually, what's scarier is a Legendary member who was inactive for above a year and a half suddenly using this forum again but having a different posting style. Instead of the old lowercase posts, he now has punctuated posts.

And I find that equally peculiar.

I am incriminating him of posting false information on his profile. By analyzing behaviour and the fact that he has never received any money to the address, this case can be dismissed.
