Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions

This is one of the major reason why arsenal are still trophyless for an extended period of time now, they stutter a lot in the transfer market, instead of acting decisively, they keeps on dragging on and on till the deal will either collapse or before the player comes, it's too late, so for things to improve at arsenal they real need to take away that harbit of dragging too long on a decisive target such as  victor Gyokeres.
Then talking about the player, is he going to do well or is he going to struggle? This is what we can't conclude yet till he has made the move first, so till then, he is still a very good target that can improve the attacking department of this arsenal team, but it would have been better if they would have signed him quick, so that he can join the team in their preseason preparation and get used to his new team mate right away.
Where others have made three to four key signings, Arsenal were struggling to make two but good thing that they have purchased the services of Christhian Mosquera, at least he can help the likes of William Saliba who, before the season was coming to an end started loosing form, making defensive errors.
It will really mean a lot to not just the fans but the Arsenal squad if they can purchase Gyokores. A strong and experienced player like him would change their pattern of play for the better.

You know the people see bitcoin ATM close to them and see that it will be fast, this has been the reason they prefer to use the ATM instead. What I meant as the appropriate time is to exchange the coin to fiat or the fiat to coin in surplus and it should not be in a way that you will have to do things in a hurry. You can make use of those decentralized exchanges instead if you are the type of person that I described, to do it in advance and not in a hurry.
I see what you mean now when you mentioned the idea of doing it earlier and in surplus but there's the category of people who can't have much cash lying around without the need to spend it all but all the same, it's great to know that there are other alternative ways to  battle this .

The news related to the transfer of Victor Gyokores is quite long. I remember the drama of Osimhen's transfer last season, which also failed after many offers came, until finally he could only be loaned out.
I hope that doesn't happen to Victor Gyokores. Arsenal does have a great chance to win it. When the deal happens, Arsenal could have performed better because they really need these players.
The adjustment process will definitely happen, it could be very difficult or even be easy for him, depending on how he can condition himself in the team.
That's my fear because several times when this kind of things happen, the next thing you hear is that the deal failed to go through because of slight misunderstanding. So far, the most quiet transfers have come from the likes of Newcastle and Tottenham Hotspur. They didn't make much noise but they went on to achieve their aim.
We're yet to get any news from the negotiations and fans have to keep their fingers crossed and even though there's every likelihood of the deal becoming a success, I won't advise anyone to get their hopes up too.

Above the anticipated $120,000 was a goal and it really feels like a dream met by many of us.
As for what prompted the surge is what anyone can not put in details because as the marketers liquidated is how various analysts comes with their individual figuratives. I also can say it was Trump regardless of the Chelsea winning. Perhaps I have not come across Trump's Speculating relatives of pegging bitcoin price to the football.
Is it even possible for sport events to drive the price of bitcoin when it has no influence on the economy neither politics? I doubt though but nothing seems impossible once it comes to manipulating global attractive point like that of stocks, bitcoin and the economy.
Nah, football doesn't have any thing to do with  Bitcoin price but I'm just guessing that it could be. Look at it, the day they won and Trump presented the trophy to them, there was an increase, call it coincidence but I just felt that either his presence at the stadium or their winning it.
Sadly, with how quick it jumped to the ATH,  it sharply redressed but I have a feeling that this dump will be a temp one.

Re: Elon Musk vs Donald Trump

Musk isn't happy with Trump's big beautiful bill so he's going to make a new politic party. He's the world's richest man he's going to fund the new party with unlimited cash & ads to promote who he wants to be president. It won't affect Trump because he'll be president for 1 term but the new party's going to take vote away from republicans & democrats in 2028.
I'd still maintain this; never trust a businessman. For all we know Musk may be agitating for a new party because there's something he wants to achieve and entirely because he's trying to kick against the Bill initiated by Trump. These two may be at loggerheads now and in public but do we know what goes on underground?
Trump has come out to describe Musk's intentions of forming a new party as "ridiculous" and even calling Elon Musk a train wreck. That description git home though because there are some actions taken by Musk that looks like something done out of impulse and as a result of a carefully drawn out plan but then again Trump could be so annoyed about this simply because he feels that should this plan of Musk gets carried out, it will cause some tension amongst those who support him. I means what more worse than having your main ally turning against you, right?

The best is to just do it at the appropriate time and not depend on bitcoin ATM. You can see many options for United States dollar on Bisq.network and Hodlhodl.

Is there an appropriate time though because it's like you'd be monitored for every transaction you make and when you do, it's like they get a notification. I don't use these ATMs but it would be appreciated if it's use gets scrapped because it's clearly causing more harm than good.

If you ask me, the news of. Victor Gyokores is becoming tiring. Heck, how difficult is it to get just one player. If it were clubs like Liverpool or Chelsea, what you'd hear is ,"Chelsea have signed so and so player " and that's the end of the story but with how prolonged the Gunners are making this matter be, I feel that the disappoinment would be much if it happens that the deal falls through.
I have no doubt that if the Swede comes to Arsenal, there would be changes in the pattern of play but I also have the feeling that Victor might not easily adapt, it may take some time before he gets used to English football but when he does it would be bloody.

No doubt Trossard is a good player, and sometimes he wins a game for Arsenal, but I disagree with you that Trossard is a better player than Martinelli at Arsenal because Martinelli is one of Arsenal's players that used to force attacks for Arsenal, and anytime Martinelli is not fit to play for Arsenal, Arsenal always struggles to win a game.
In terms of match appearances, Trossard has a total of 38 in last season while Martinelli has 33 and you'd credit such a situation to the fact that either the Brazilian was out injured or Arteta just wanted the Belgian to start ahead of him but anyway, the difference in stats between these two is a small one. Although they are both equal in goals provided this season in the EPL,(Cool each, I still prefer Trossard over Martinelli.
Trossard is more reliable than Martinelli in my opinion because the man confidence in front of goal is much higher than the one Martinelli possesses and the Belgian has been made to play in the false 9 position and has excelled at it too.

I no understand wetin you dey try talk, but Satoshi created bitcoin in such a way that he has no special right than anyone in the bitcoin community. There was no "right" to sell, whatever that even means. Decentralization puts control in the hands of no single entity
Wetin make me use the word "rights" nah be say nah something wey person build and like most things wey dey built or created, the owner dey get the rights to him creation and fit sell am, especially if nah technology related so I just classify Bitcoin like something wey you fit pass on the ownership of but nah currency wey just one person no fit own if not the chances of monopoly go dey nai make Satoshi make something every body fit access.
Quote
The amount Satoshi is said to have is just an estimate, nobody really knows how many bitcoins he has. Satoshi has also not spent a cent from any of those addresses, hence the speculation if Satoshi is alive or doesn't want to spend the coins for privacy/anonymity reasons.
I agree with this fact.

They both are similar, but Martinelli is younger than Trossard, that's might be the reason because Martinelli could be more better.

It's already hard for 30 years old striker to play in Premier League, if he care with his career, I guess he will move to Serie A.

Trossard isn't for long term prospect, imagine if Arsenal successfully bring Gyokeres and Eze, it makes no room for Trossard.

You make a point about age being a factor but I still maintain that in terms of performance, Trossard is much better than Martinelli. The Brazilian has pace but often runs out of ideas in front of goal, unlike Trossard. Now that the procurement of Eze is still in the wind, it would be best to retain the Belgian because it would be unwise to throw away the dirty water you have just because you feel there would be rain.

Any opinion can change over time. Some time ago there was a vote, and they voted against it. But what’s stopping them from holding another meeting and voting in favor, if global policy trends create conditions where it becomes more profitable to put Bitcoin on their balance sheet.Any entrepreneur is interested in profit, and they are definitely no exception.
Let time and chance do the deciding for them. Every business aims to make profit but that doesn't mean that they will not consider the risks involved in whatever financial decision they make. The reason they voted against Bitcoin 8 months back was because of its purported volatility index and that hasn't changed yet but it doesn't mean it won't.
Microsoft is a big company that no matter what time they choose to enter the market as investors, they would still make huge bucks out of it. Granted, it's better to start now than later but the thing is, it's still their choice to make.

The worst part of it is that the home addresses of people using the bitcoin ATM that were also leaked. And definitely it means they are people that are using the ATM for high amount of money because small amount of money may just require phone number verification. This is just one of the negative reasons not to use bitcoin ATM.
It is just one but to me the most harmful because those who use it are no longer safe. If your data doesn't get used for whatever means the person who has accessed it wants to, there are chances of being attacked at your home thanks to the revelation of your home address.
The only way is to avoid using these ATM machines but then what if some people encounter the issue of finding themselves in a situation where there is no money in their wallet and they want to make a huge transfer? Is there no way to get cash without giving out your personal data?

Just because an organization or individual doesn't invest in bitcoin doesn't mean they are stupid. We don't need to be hostile or hateful towards people who don't want to or refuse to invest in bitcoin because it is their choice and right.
Everyone has different opinions, preferences, and tastes, so don't try to impose your thoughts on others.

For corporations like MS or Apple, focusing on business, products...is the top priority because that is their core. Maybe bitcoin is not a priority for them and just because they refuse to invest in it now doesn't mean they won't invest in it later. As a tech giant with over $3 trillion in capital, they will always have the opportunity to invest in bitcoin when they are ready.

Well said, although I think I understand why the Op is so annoyed by their supposed stubbornness to boycott Bitcoin but like you said, everyone is entitled to their right to choose and make decisions that affects them and the fact they allow Bitcoin to be used for payment when topping up your MS account means they aren't actively against it.
Most times, we become too invested in crusading for the growth of Bitcoin that we turn hostile to those who don't get orange pilled immediately, but I've come to observe about these things is that those who have in one way or the other kicked against Bitcoin have somehow changed their thoughts and opinions.

Since the Gunners have been running around trying to get players to get prepared for next season. I never thought that they would still want to sell Leandro Trossard after he made a good account of himself last campaign with him coming off the bench to score a number of goals for the Gunners on several occasions which gives them the required 3pt, a great player whom I thought would still be at the club even with the signing of the Chelsea's former winger Madueke. Trossard will be sold to help balance the books at Arsenal. To me I thought someone like Gabriel Martinelli will be the one to make way for the new winger but instead is Trossard who might be leaving anytime soon for £20m as the Gunners demand price and clubs like Bayern are also looking to get him since they couldn't get Diaz from Liverpool and Fenerbahce are equally coming for him, is it proper to let go of this player?
It's bad that they want to sell Trossard instead of Martinelli and if you ask me, the Belgian has made more account for himself than the Brazilian. I guess with the fact that Trossard has changed agent, he's feeling that it would be best to leave rather than opt for a renewal and also with the arrival of Noni Madueke, he feels he may not have as much playing time as he used to.
Trossard became a regular starter for the Gunners I think when Martinelli got injured and he impressed the more, scoring when he starts as much as when he was brought off from the bench that's why I feel he should be kept instead of being a sellout option.

As BTC hits new highs, the anonymous founder's fortune rises putting him just outside the world's top 10 richest.
Link

I'm very sure even satoshi nakamoto never believed Bitcoin will become this big, Bitcoin is growing day by day and with the way Bitcoin is growing if it continues like that which I'm sure it will, Satoshi Nakamoto may one day becomes the world richest man.
Anyone who is accumulating and holding Bitcoin can never regret it, Bitcoin has not reached half of it's growth meaning Bitcoin will keep growing more bigger and better.
I also sure say him envision say him go blow nah make him make the thing decentralized, free of outside interruption and government control. People dey like rush go put head for that thing wey look unique as to them e mean say them follow amongst people wey get coin wey no dey like the traditional fiat but you fit still use am make purchase.
I go agree say when Bitcoin first come market, many people no reason am, meanwhile some risk takers see am as something wey get prospect but still dem apply caution.
E no surprise me say with the level wey Bitcoin don reach so, Satoshi go follow be amongst the rich people for the world.
I like the fact say as him invent this coin, he no rush sell the rights give government just to make more money but him keep am as him own, continue him anonymity and still dey cash out so that we no go dey hear cases like say governments dey find way to fit remove am from the picture just because him creation dey mess with their plans somehow.
You know this saying " when you can't beat them, you join them?" Nah how the governments don dey regard Bitcoin and all thanks to the genius idea of being anonymous.

Laszlo is not dead yet, he is still alive. Or am I wrong? If he is still alive, he can just feel like to login again and see what is going on this forum.

The account posted last in 2014. This is not yet something we need to be worried about until he starts posting something that can be harmful to any member of this forum. His account has not changed hands.

Also Laszlo did not posted using another account that his account has been hacked.
I agree with this opinion because it's possible he could be the one trying to resume using his account but may have forgotten his password since as you noted it has been eleven years when he last showed up here so it's not something to get worked up over until the account starts doing things that are shady.

Honestly, I'd like to see him get active because he has become quite a legend Grin

I know that it's nice to promote Coinbase and all that but when you're beginning to vehemently insist that users keep their coins on these exchange, it looks fishy. Like they know that anything could happen to your coins but they aren't bothered. It's really a bad way of promoting the company if you ask me because by the time some naive ones listen to their "advice" and something happens to their monies, it becomes a problem.
The question is; why will people want to leave their funds in exchanges after what happened to the likes of FTX, Mount Gox and the others. Haven't they learned their lessons yet?
