If you wrote to them in a calm and professional manner to query your case they should not have blocked you but if they deemed you were aggressive or rude maybe that was their excuse (or rationale). Would you be able to post the message you sent them which resulted in them blocking you?

I think a demand letter from a law firm will force them to act on their promise.

They promise to return the second day, but still no money. I will keep in touch, looking for a lawyer to start an information campaign so that people will stop using this wallet.
Exodus should at the very least make exchange partnerships with third parties that do not have a tainted reputation. If people are using their service in good faith and are then being held in a system (that they did not ask to be held hostage to) then the onus has to be on Exodus to do something about it.
