I would NOT switch to altcoins now. The major bull run already happened and bitcoin went sideways.
BTC will move again (either up or down.. does not matter) and this will hurt the alts.

I would leave the portfolio diversified with 60-70% BTC and maaaybe cash out a little before new years. The thing is: nobody can predict the market but look at the sheer numbers. Does it look like healthy growth  to you?

In general you should balance your portfolio. For me it is 65% BTC and 35% Alts.
It is true that BTC outperforms almost all Alts long term. Alts are especially good when BTC goes sideways or consolidates for a bit. If BTC is on a bull run I am more like 80% BTC and 20% alts.

Good choices. Especially Neblio will gain a lot of ground pretty soon.
Other than that I highly recommend looking into Oceanlab. If you believe in Waves, Oceanlab becomes a no-brainer and has so much room to grow in 2018.

I would recommend to look into Neblio. It has it's own blockchain platform, devs are delivering ahead of schedule and you can stake it with 10% staking rate (even on raspberry pi).

What is holding it back currently is on the one hand that it is still rather unknown and on the other hand that it is not yet listed on big exchanges.
Both will change pretty soon, so it is a good time to get in and start staking.

I read into this project a little bit and think it has a great chance to create future passive income.
Now for this year it is too late to join the pay out anyways and I don't expect much for this year as the project has not really kicked off.

Especially a new website built by pros would be a quick win. Should have been done already. It's a big turn off for potential users AND investors. Along with it we need some well done how tos and marketing stuff like flyers for everybody to download. All of this needs to be done by people with a background in design and publishing.

Of course the app is the most important part. But transparency is king in crypto. If you fail to communicate and be open then thats bad. Especially if you claim to have somebody for marketing and community in the team who is invisible. Questions on telegram and here are hardly replied to and the telegram links still point to nowhere despite the dev being reminded to change it again and again.

The early investors are usually the most enthusiastic and can be your best ambassadors. If you treat them like the team is doing currently, nobody will be there when you are done developing in your basement.

The team sucks badly in everything community and communication related. Telegram link still broken (although known for at least a week), no feedback on questions here, no feedback on bug reports, no roadmap. You desperately need to get a clue of what you are doing in these areas lambo!

Who is doing what? The world is a big place.. I don't know where you are from, but here ISPs are not enabling you to sell your WiFi and there is nothing comparable.

Agreed! What we need are short weekly updates and a monthly blog with roadmap updates and so on.
I would expect that this is easily possible if you have someone in the team for the marketing and community part. If it is not possible you need to change the team! Employ someone for it if you cannot handle it currently. I suspect that you could even hire people from your community for some WiC bounty.

It is clear that something needs to be done here. There were also already notices by members in telegram that the links here are broken. The dev said he would correct it, but still the links are broken. Take your job more seriously! It takes like 2 minutes to correct the links. Slack can be completely removed since it is not used anymore.

Agreed. It's a shame that design wise this little flyer already looks tons better than the official website.

What about Marketing? Your site states that you have a person for marketing on board but so far I am only seeing you being active. What is that person doing in order to 'create buzz'? What kind of activities are planned?

And also important for investors:
When will you start looking into bigger / better exchanges? I think it will be necessary to take some of the collected money and use it for things like buying into exchanges such as cryptopia.

From what I see in telegram chat you have a good community behind with many who would like to support with marketing and all kinds of stuff - but they can only be enabled if you provide somebody from the team to coordinate that and take care. If you would do so, you could unlock a lot of potential.
