Just look same time, same minute, they mark that game as lose, and the another who I won, they marked as void . hahaha but this is not real what they doing!!!!!
Its clear that this accusations lack the necessary prof to be call a scam act on the side of 1xbit as you have been advice to read the T&C of each site you play in so as not to violate any of them. And if you have more evidence to prof your case then head on the their security team to have your refunds.

Everything would be ok, if they let withdraw deposited money. Ok, I would understand they want to avoid loss of incomes and void all winnings but approve deposit withdrawal, but these f******* scammers even steal people's prive money. It's unbelievable.

I understand that your account has been blocked and you cannot withdraw your deposit. I don't know exactly what the internal procedure at 1xBit looks like, but it from what I can see in this thread, your case is still being investigated. I think you should be patient and wait for an official reply.

Haha, I wonder how much do they pay you for support and commercial all the time. My case isn't the only one, all of cased described here are almost the same. People win some money, 1xbit ban accounts, and if you have luck you will get your deposited money if not money is gone. Guys like you try to make view of 1xbit warmer, but actually you're the same liers as 1xbit. You're even worse, because you get money for lying.

One more question to 1xbit empoyee. Why you stopped replying people on TrustPilot?
Why all these pepole in need are forgotten by You? They are in the same issue like me. You stole their deposits and winnings and even don't reply. Shame on you.

If they are on big minus, they start to steal users deposits.

These positive comments look like fakes, and probably they are. For 3 weeks, they've stopped replying people who's money is stolen, joke, isnt it?
Basically I can understand to take my winnings, ofc it's not ok, but still better than stolen deposit worth almost 1300$ (20 mbt).

Hello, I feel helpless, that's why I decided to add 3 words from me about 1xbit. I posted this on Trustpilot but I see 1xbit stopped replying people who have been cheated...
I created account 2 days ago, deposited 20 mbt, won 17, withdrew and I've been logged out from my account. Ofc useless chat employee recommended to write to the security department via email. I received a message they stop collaboration with me and CAN'T withdraw even my deposit. I don't know how it's possible to still exist after so many negative reviews and cases. They are just pure thieves. Pepole win some money, get banned and can't withdraw even deposited funds. Also they stopped replying aggrieved poeple at TrustPilot. I'm really mad, I lost 37 mbt, it's about 2400$. Ok, don't care about win, but give me back my deposit! I didn't break ANY RULE, that was my first and definitely last account on your service. The fun fact is I didn't take any suspicious bets, I just bet corners in yesterday's game Germany - Liechtenstein.
