Anyone still having PoS problem? I think maybe I find the reason for it.
If you send your coins by one time to your wallet, and your wallet have only one receiving transaction, it will make the Proof of Stake very very slow, I am not sure why it is so slow, and I need to look into it.
From my experience, instead of sending all coins through one transaction, you may split it into multiple, say, 10 transactions, and it will increase your probability of minting.

Yesterday we got the first client, and I briefly skyped with him over the application, and i will provide help to him until the Fall 2015, when he get an admission.
I am happy to get the first client. This is just a start. We are serious on this project, and it will be a long term project, not days, not weeks, not months, but it will last for years (depending on its impact, it may last my lifetime or beyond). I will put all my connections and experience in this project, and I hope it will be a success.

i think pool mining will be profitbale.......i would not say profitable but it will level out ur investments.....according to me
iam talking about pool only, in pool mining which sryptcoin is profitable now
LTC mining if you have asics as most of altcoins are in shambles these days.
i am currently mining with 5Mhs Hash power so Ltc is not worth it seems ..
LTC mining is now being taken over by high speed Asics , even 30MH/s asics are not that profitable , so I doubt u will make any profit with 5Mh/s on scrypt.
So what coin are u guys are mining with scrypt .....

Downloaded and installed 2.0.0 version of wallet.
Been stuck at 87,515 blocks remaining for over 10 hours now.

Everytime I restart the wallet the block count goes higher.
Wondering if I should delete everything in appdata folder except wallet.dat and try and redownload?
Yes, please add the nodes, and delete everything except wallet.dat (it is better to save wallet.dat somewhere else)
I am not very good at this..I delete wallet.dat in main folder or roaming folder?
u should delete every thing except wallet.dat and restart wallet
for safety its better you copy your wallet.dat some where else before doing this
Don't know what else to try.
I deleted everything but wallet Dat file in appdata and even re-downloaded the wallet. The wallet stills hangs at block 87k and now it shows no coins with 350 transactions.
I tried on another computer. Installed the wallet ran it. Copied wallet Dat file from original to this one. Wallet shows it synced with 350 transactions but no coins in confirmed, staked or anywhere. I see the coins in the transaction history but not in the wallet.
I am starting to feel like I have 95k useless coins.
If the wallet is completely synced , go to console and type
Repairwallet
And you will recover your lost coins
The "repairwallet" did the trick.
