don't be so happy, many coin like this will end with the value of the ico and nothing more, we have already seen many ico like this oen it's nothing new, so why this should be special?
It's not about being special. I'm just happy that iconomi founders hang out with other funders of other cool companies, projects and exchanges. They also did an amazing job till now, it's very professional.

2. If you have even slightest doubt about this project, then you should not risk your money.
3. So far ICONOMI team is pretty on point with explaining nuances, strategy and future of this project - which is very good sign that it will indeed will be successful.
4. Which other ICO you considered as investment option beside ICONOMI? I doubt they are bigger at this point.
Look at DECENT ICO and compare: website, platform(after login), team, activity, etc
I wanted to invest there as well, but it just doesn't feel right. I really haven't seen a united team like ICONOMI is so far for quite some time. DOn't forget that they are a legalized financial company within EU. More than 1mil of euro was invested in the ICO so far - it is from people that do not hold bitcoins or any other altcoin. It shows a great interest from "outsiders". Can you show it for any other ICO?
I was looking into DECENT and considering to invest. But they couldn't launch ICO properly it was not good signal. Main things that prevent me from investing:
1. They postponed launch for 24 hrs (to 9/11)
2. On second attempt site just didn't work - I tried 7times in first 2hrs
3. Their bonus was strange 50% for first 3hrs?? And also unclear - limited to some amount.
After all this I just decided to strengthen my position here at ICONOMI

ok, it seem not to be a 2nd wave, team 's feedback is on time and expected, it is a good start for ICN to improve its valve.
It is, they address some of the issues that investor concern.That's an amazing news for me as an investor! also price of ICN will jump when hit exchange!

Over 1000+ newsletter subscribers is unbelievable, I believe there should be away to fish out those with multiple registrations and not to allow this fraud to go scout free.
it's normal and I think OP just selected those and get rid of multiple accounts that using dot string gmail trick, and it's now 1768,when you realize how much people actually coming to this thread from the views count,you will realize that it's normalI agree. There were also users on the ICONOMI.net who had been buying ETH since spring. So they didn't start from scratch.

Well , about the ICO i have seen more than 434k USD invested (approximately 755.7BTC) , and than 35% progress from 2000BTC already achieved on first week. That's good start for this project. I would be more excited with this project

To be more presice, it is just the 3rd day.
I have to say this project is so promising, so investors can't stop to inevst, loli really hope the figures are not inflated.. that's 1,462$ (~3BTC) per investor. The Trust being depicted is too much considering there are no set targets for investors and everything is for ICONOMI to decide at the end of ICO.
The high amount of average per investor, the more whales i think, look antshares they have 1k investors and funded 4500 btc, average 4.5 btc
Whale or two and you have average amount higer. I think antshares and lisk had 1000BTC whale separately. I guess its gonna be here as well. I have a filing some non-public fund is buying all promising ICOs w/ 1000BTC stakes.

It seems like the big fuzz over this coin is that Max Kordek holds one of the escrow keys. It really doesn't provide any unique functionality like other coins, other than to make people who don't care about Crypto more money. I mean, it is what it is, but it's just not as exciting as other coins. Would this coin reach its goal of 2,000 BTC if Max Kordek wasn't part of the escrow team.
from my perspective it's the other way around. more people will join out of crypto world better it is for all of us already in.
I thought of that too, but the problem is that it's not really people who care about the Crypto world joining. We are here, actually involved, reading about these new technologies. Outside people throwing money in, expecting big rewards, and I'm afraid it could be at the expense of others.
most people never cared too much about how Internet works, but when they started using it more and more than it really took off. in next few years I expect a lot of startups doing ICOs to raise money, most will fail but some will succeed. I actually believe next Facebook, snapchat or Pokemongo will be build on blockchain. to power up this ecosystem bringing fresh money in is a good thing. And if ousiders are buying token funds they will experience less volatility.

Somehow I was known about iconomi before this PRE-ANN. Can't remembered perfectly where from? Maybe, it was from reddit!
Would love to know_ what dose really means by ICONOMO ? If it's sorter form of a complete sentence, Ok fine! But I want to know that complete form as well.
If it's just a combination of words [ ICO stands for 'initial coin offering' what for "NOMI' ] I'm also ok with this promising project.

NOMI means names in Italian.

I don't buy ICOs as the risk is very high. I would rather pay a premium to buy the coin in the open market.
At least, I can assess the coin to see if it is worth investing. ICOs is risky as you are buying with your eyes closed.

Yeah and even then it's still risky. Check out the orderbook of Lisk right now. Some whale is putting a huge sell wall making people dump their LSK. It's very irresponsible of the whale.
Buying after ICO ended and listing of coins on a Exchange site its still risky. I bought Papaf coin after its relaese, it was just one day old and had good volume i thought it will go much higher than this, but when i bought that coins for almost .4btc it went down too quickly and now its worth only .004btc lol
