they simply did not approve my documents and took my deposit.

Don't worry, Betcoin is an honest company. If you have done nothing wrong, you will get your funds. But if you have done something wrong you can choose a mediator of your choice and then they will decide.

Re: Shuffle account situation plus apology
by
MegaAkker
on 08/10/2024, 20:23:52 UTC
If I were the owner of the casino, I would have allowed the guy to withdraw his money, or better still, unlock the account for him to continue gambling with all profits removed. This is fair enough after an open acknowledgement, repentance and apology like this. To err is human and for the fact that casinos can hide under some facts to outsmart their customers by using the terms and conditions to cover up, they should be able to forgive in situations like this as well.
Well, that's a good thought and I believe the owner of Shuffle should do something similar and allow OP to withdraw his initial deposit if not the winnings. I know OP has broken the rules of the casino and for that the casino may terminate his account and not allow him to gamble anymore on their casino but at least they should send his deposit back and that would be a smart move by the casino. If Shuffle wants to maintain their reputation and they want to get praise instead of hatred then allowing OP to withdraw the funds would definitely will increase other players trust on that casino.
Yeah, I also agree that the player's repentance firstly gives him experience and apparently in the future game he will not try to cheat like that anymore. On the other hand, the forgiveness of the player who has cheated by the casino gives this action of the casino administration a human character, aimed at a friendly attitude towards the casino's clients. Including this is an example of a good attitude towards the players.

So the right solution to the issue would really be as you suggest here.

There are many solutions but it all comes back to Shuffle, how to deal with this problem, especially since OP has sincerely apologized, the owner should give OP his rights, even if it is only 75%, as long as his deposit funds are returned.
You are right, but at the same time, is Shuffle or any of their representatives reading this? That is what we should consider too. Tendering a public acknowledgement, repentance and apology doesn't move anything when the person you tendered it to didn't receive your message. I am not sure if any representative of Sfuffle has any username here going by the name "Shuffle" nor have the Telegram bot that would be notifying them when their username is mentioned on the forum. This is an eye-opener to the OP, "ndumm" is the representative I know with the Shuffle and I hope he can use his good office to show mercy.

I also wonder if Shuffle is even aware of this topic. Is there anyone who can alert them to this perhaps?
It would be good to know the final outcome of this because I also feel they should at least give this person his/her deposit back
@Little Mouse can you ask them to post an update here perhaps?

Re: Betnomi | Project status & Refund Plan!
by
MegaAkker
on 24/02/2024, 18:00:06 UTC
We have completed the refund process for the final set of withdrawal requests. Out of these, two have been denied due to fraud (account was previously banned). Three of them have been forwarded to the risk management team of our odds feeds and game providers. Apart from these five instances, all other refunds have been 100% completed.

We will process or deny the remaining cases based on the results of the review conducted by the third-party risk management team.

It was never our plan to stop Betnomi as it was going amazing before pause but it was my duty to make sure everyone was made whole.

Thank you all for your patience.

Good to hear this finally......if it's true at least.

So, since it has been claimed that all (apart from some frauds) refunds have been completed, can the people on here that were owed confirm if they finally received their refund indeed?

by

on 19/01/2024, 03:02:29 UTC
I read the whole OP and I have to say this looks very dodgy from the side of Coins.game
Taking away all winnings without showing clear evidence. Looks like they are just free-rolling you. Take your funds if you lose and maximum pay back your deposits if you win. That is the lowest trick a sportsbook can pull on players. Clearly they don't care about their reputation and all they care about is money. Let this thread be a big big warning for others.

Re: Rollbit disabling account and confiscating balance of $410
by
MegaAkker
on 01/07/2023, 19:17:30 UTC
Hey there,

Many thanks for submitting this and allowing us to further review your account.

I can see that your account was initially flagged to us by our sportsbook provider, Betby.

When an account is flagged in this manner, KYC is required from the account holder.

In this case, I can see that KYC was submitted from a United States IP address, for a United States citizen.

This resulted in the account being closed instantly as we're not licensed to operate within the United States.

This is made abundantly clear via our Terms & Conditions, in addition to the geographical blocks we have in place for the United States.

Considering your account was registered from Germany, it's our belief that our geographical blocks were circumvented to create the account in the first place.

I have instructed one of our support team members to follow up to your ticket to discuss the return of the remaining funds. Part of this process will involve validating the submitted KYC information.

We look forward to your cooperation!

Thanks,
Razer

Hello, I moved from the United States to Germany in February and have my residence permit since March. The document I uploaded clearly is from Germany, not USA.
I am not able to check anymore but it could indeed have been that my phone was on a US-connection (because I still have my old US phone membership and sometimes still use it to watch videos on my phone which require a US IP-address) while I was doing the verification. This was unintentional but I think it is a way too quick judgement to think that if a person 1 time (possibly) logs in from a US IP-address he or she immediately is from USA. As you can see in my account history all of my account activity was done from my German IP-address and no VPN was ever used.

As I said, I uploaded a legal German document as my ID, and if you want I can also provide you a recent German utility bill.

If you then verify that and let me log back in then I am satisfied with the outcome. After all now it seems my account disabling all comes down to a mistunderstanding.
Although I still find it strange that when I asked for the reason of the disabling, all I was told was "sportsbook abuse and we cannot tell you any more details" and now it turns out to be about being from a prohibited country.

So please contact me on my registered email and we will continue on from there.
If I get my money paid out I will ofcourse update this scam accusation and change it to resolved.

Rollbit confiscated my balance of $410 out of the blue yesterday.

See here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5458053.msg62480562#msg62480562

Be careful with Rollbit, they can and will confiscate any amount you have on your balance. They can call everything simply "sportsbook abuse" and will not go into further details.
I strongly advice to not bet in the future with Rollbit and choose other sportsbooks instead!

Rollbit disabling account and confiscating balance of $410
by
MegaAkker
on 29/06/2023, 22:22:25 UTC
Hello,

I am really disappointed and surprised about what Rollbit did to me yesterday. I had been betting on their sportsbook since about 3 months without any problems, having multiple deposits and payouts processed succesfully. Then suddenly a couple days ago I could not bet anymore as I had a message saying I needed to fulfill KYC. So I did, I uploaded my ID card and some selfies. And then when I checked back a couple hours later to see if it had been verified by now, my account was disabled and I could no longer log in. So I asked per email for a clarification and they said that my account was "permanently disabled for sportsbook abuse".

This is how the conversation went:

Me:
Quote
Hello,

My account is disabled. I submitted my verification a couple hours ago and now I suddenly cannot log in anymore?
Please tell me what is wrong and what other documents or verification you might need from me.

Rollbit:
Quote
Hey!

What error are you seeing upon login?

Lunr,

Rollbit Support Team

Lunr

Rollbit

Me:
Quote
"account disabled, please contact support"

And this while a couple hours ago I could still log in and I did the verification. Made a photo of both sides of my ID card and several selfies with my face pointing a different side each time. And now I check back to see if it was verified and I suddenly cannot log in anymore. Very weird.

Rollbit:
Quote
Your account is permanently banned for breaching our terms and conditions.

Lunr

Rollbit

Me:
Quote
What conditions did I breach then? I am very surprised to hear this.

Also, why is this only the case after my verification? Is there something wrong with the document I verified?
Please explain to me.

Rollbit:
Quote
You were banned for sportsbook abuse.

You aren't permitted to create accounts in the future and your account will remain locked indefinitely.

Lunr

Rollbit

Me:
Quote
What kind of abuse? I have been a normal customer for several months. What is the absue? I really don't understand it.

When did the "abuse" take place?

Rollbit:
Quote
Unfortunately, we cannot provide further details of this extended review. The account will remain locked for abuse.

Lunr

Rollbit

Me:
Quote
This is absolutely rediculous. If there was abuse you should not have only noticed it after 2 months.

You have every right to lock an account and close it, but not to confiscate the remaining balance of $410. If you transfer the remaining balance to my last used withdrawal address then it's fine, but if you dont then better be sure I will be opening a complaint about this on Bitcointalk forum and Askgamblers.com

So please let me know if you can transfer the remaining funds to my last used withdrawal address or not.

One thing is for sure, I will never open an account at Rollbit.com anymore. That part is clear for me.

Then Rollbit stopped answering and now I am here to warn you all against these filthy practices of Rollbit.com

Rollbit I invite you to defend yourself and come up with proofs if I really did something wrong.
Expain to me why my action was fine for about 3 months and all was good and then suddenly out of the blue a couple days ago there was "sportsbook abuse"?
And please also define what the supposed abuse was.

Also let me know if you are willing to hand over this case to Askgamblers for them to judge independently, and then everyone can be sure of a fair outcome. If you are so sure I did clear abuse then you should not be scared to take this route.

I must tell you that my Coinplay experience has been truly EXCELLENT. They have good odds, many markets and they pay super-quick (all payouts processed within 10 mins) and I have had about 8 of them spread over a couple of weeks for decent amounts. And all of this without KYC.

I understood the scepticism at first when their website looked like a copy of 1xbit but I can assure you guys that Coinplay is top notch.

Congrats Coinplay on your excellent job and if you keep this up I'm sure you will grow to one of the most popular casino/sportsbooks around!

Hello Duckdice,

I was thinking about joining your website but before I decided to sign up I wanted to check out your live soccer odds first.
And what I saw is that you offer rediculously low odds.....look at the screenshot below....
On Serie A soccer game Fiorentina-Milan you offer odds of 1,68 vs 1,52 on the asian total and 1,92 vs 1,37 on the asian handicap....that is the lowest I have ever seen in my life....this cannot be serious that you are offering such horrible odds to your customers? I mean 1,85 vs 1,85 would be normal.....1,68 vs 1,52 is simply theft.
Nobody will ever bet on those odds so I assume this is a mistake, right?

I just wanted to point this out to you, because you must not want this I assume.

Certain regions do not allow gambling sites to operate without a license specific to those regions. We make every effort to keep our terms up to date regarding this. As mentioned in the TOS, it is up to the player to determine whether accessing and/or use of the website is compliant with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Thank you.

Sounds good. I had the same conversation with Betfury a couple days ago, they also banned Germany since a while. They said they are in the process of getting a license which will enable them to start accepting Germans again in the near future. Are you also planning to get that license soon?

All Curacao licenses are useless. Yes, on paper they are real licenses but gambling companies only take them because they are super cheap and the licensor don't ask much questions. If a player wants to submit a complaint to the Curacao licensor about a website, then the player will get no help at all. It's a complete scam.

Hello Betcoin,

I wanted to register but I live in Germany and I checked your terms and this is listed as forbidden countries:
Quote
2.5 The website does not permit accounts to be opened by customers resident in certain jurisdictions, including but not limited to the United States of America (including USA dependencies, military bases and territories), Australia, Afghanistan, Belarus, Belgium, Côte d'Ivoire, Cuba, Curaçao, Czech Republic, Denmark, Democratic Republic of the Congo, France, Germany, Greece, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Liberia, Libya, Lithuania, Netherlands, North Korea, Portugal, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, Sudan, Syria, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Zimbabwe , Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Portugal, Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, the Netherlands, Saba, Statia, St. Maarten, Singapore or other restricted jurisdictions ("Restricted Jurisdiction") as communicated by us from time to time.
And then in another secion of your terms, this is listed:
Quote
2.8.8 Universal Monsters (Dracula, Creature from the Black Lagoon, Phantoms Curse and The Invisible Man) may only be played in the following territories: Andorra, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Ukraine, North Macedonia, Turkey, Austria, Cyprus, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia.

Can you explain to me how German, Netherlands, Greece and Russia citizens cannot join the website but they can play that certain casino game?

Also, I'm pretty sure that couple months ago when I last checked your terms, Germany was not listed as a forbidden country yet. Why have you recently included it as a forbidden country? Your license does not forbid you to accept Germans and most other crypto sportsbooks do accept Germans from a Curacao license. So why did you decide to cut out customers from such a big market? I can imagine you had a lot of German customers so why would you not want their business if your license is not forbidding it?
Or can you confirm that Germans are allowed and this line was a mistake?

on 02/03/2023, 03:22:40 UTC
Hello Sherbet, I want to join your website but I am from Germany. And even though your website is not blocking German IP-addresses I see in your terms that German customers cannot join.

But your license says this: Under this license, apart from its own diligence and legalities, the license holder is not authorized to offer its services in the territories of Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, France, Netherlands, Australia, UK, Spain, Saba, Statia, St Martin, USA, or any other jurisdiction that the Central Government of Curaçao (formerly the Netherlands Antilles) deems online gambling illegal or are blacklisted.

So why are there certain countries, like for example Germany, which you are allowed to accept users from according to your license, but you still decide NOT to accept Germans? Any reason for this?

I have to take my hat off for Rollbit.

My experience has been excellent with this website. I joined last week, went on a winning run straight away and I thought oh dear they will probably force me into KYC right away....but no....quickly processed all my payout without questions.

Rollbit is a top notch serious casino/sportsbook!!!

We often only comment when we have negative feedback, so I thought it was fair to say this.
