Maybe the price can still go up by a lot, but i dont know, i have always been looking at this coin as a dead one, it is being high pumped right now, and that is the reason of why it is now worth $8 each.
But that is only because all the altcoins that are on the market did the same on the past, there is nothing changing in here.
I have at least 10 waves, i will hold them for some time, but i dont know.
Not only this one apart from BTC and ETH everything was driving the value at same level slowly. However just keep holding and liquidate when its reach beyond the usual limit and buy again at the dip. Thats the common strategy to make some profit. Its bit hard decide while yo holding for long term.
How do you know when to sell to buy again. im always afraid to do this. Waves reached over $15USD a few days ago, and was ideal to sell ,but i always wonder, what if it keeps rising all the way to $20? So im never sure if i should sell or not

1. Footy has Rarity - Only 4 million coins total can exist. There is a small POS inflation rate - about 3% annually (for staked coins only).
How many of you can say like the Winklevoss twins - that you own whole percentages of a cryptocurrency.

2. Footy is the first Fantasy Sports Crypotocurrency ever made. - Footy is the Bitcoin of Fantasy Sports!
3. Fantasy Sports is a multi-billion dollar industry - with tens of billions of dollars in annual revenue just for Fantasy Football alone! If you count all the illegal gambling the figure goes much higher - maybe hundreds of billions? (not that I am condoning illegal gambling - but it's a fact of reality that must be considered anyway).
4. Coinmarketcap list just under 900 altcoins; of those listed only a small percentage of altcoins have a cap of less than 4 million total coin. Every coin on coinmarketcap with a rarity of less than 7 million total coins produced are all worth more than $2.00 USD - with the exception of Dreamcoin (because of YOBIT) and FOOTY CASH (which is currently undergoing a price correction: 5000% increase in the past month alone.)
5. The coin was greatly undervalued because of unawareness of the Footy cryptocurrency and Fantasy Sports as well. As more and more people become aware of its value the price will continue to rise.

The focus right now is on creating masternodes for the coin. They will help provide stability to the network and incentives for ownership.

I think you should hodl instead of selling. Don't panic. You should've sold them when they got high so just keep hodling. This is not the best time to sell in my opinion.
It wasnt a panic sell. as i said, i invested long term. i dont care about the dips, i just thought i could make a small profit if i sold after a 30% increase that day, and rebuy the coins the next morning. The past weeks every time where the market had a good recovery day, it went right back down the next.
Buy high, sell low.
That lesson was a bit expensive, if you aren't going to study and watch the market for quite some time, don't try to day trade, just HODL, otherwise you'll get REKT.

High and Low are relative terms. Yesterday i sold "high" compared to that morning. Its as if you sell bitcoin when it hits $2,800, and you think you sold high, but over the next few days goes to $3,500.
Hi guys. I bought Waves, Stratis and Sia about a month and a half ago. Then everything came down, lost about 60% of my money, but was still holding, and i plan to hold them for a long time. But in the past few weeks there have been days when the market goes up, and my coins go up abouth 30% just to lose the gain the next day. Ive seen it over and over for the past weeks.
So Yesterday i decided to sell after a +30% gain in the day, expecting that this morning, the price wouldve gone down and i can buy more of the same coins. To my bad luck i woke up to a bull market. So after doing the numbers, id have over $700dlls more if i didnt sell anything yesterday. Well thats the cost of playing i guess.
My question is. I want to buy my coins again, im just not sure if i should buy now, or wait for a dip. If i buy now, im buying higher than what i sold yesterday, if i wait, maybe the price goes higher still.
Experts, what do you think will happen in the next 2 days? should i buy now, or will the market go down again?

Hi guys. I've been lurking for a few months but this is my first post. I'm new in the cryptospace and only started investing about a month ago.
I bought a few waves, siacoins and stratis and I'm holding them.
I want to start playing with part of my portfolio and day trade, that is buying and selling on a daily basis for profit. I currently use Bittrex.
My question is, lets say today I think the market will go down and I want to sell my alt coins. You sell to what? Bitcoins? Because bitcoin will also go down, you go to fiat? Can you hold fiat in bittrex? My question is, when you sell and wait to buy, in what format do you hold your money while waiting?
